Please It seems that his immunity is low Please increase it by Avoid Kurkure, chips, chocolate, biscuits Give him home made fresh food always Give Sy geriforte by Himalaya 2. 5 ml twice a day regularly It will boost his immunity Sy augmentin 5 ml twice a day for 5 days Sy allegra M 5 ml once a day for 5 days Re Consult me on Lybrate after 5 days.

After a long day my friend ritesh told me about what he did that he addicted of sex because he has no girlfriend and not any facility to having sex he start to watch porn and after that I start to imagination to have sex to himself but I likes to have sex himself. When you sit down to study. Keep a target. That you should finish this much in this time. And don't get up before you finish it. Studying with a friend helps. Also put your leg in a bucket of cold water when you study. That helps in keeping you awake.

you may be having some allergic bronchitis duebto some allergen factor. do regular warm saline gargle have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin C thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. you will be alright.

I am 28, divorced, college dropout, unhappy person with a night job in a IT company, which I don't like very much. I'd even met with an accident few years ago, survived with fractured knee, it is well set now but got bow legs. I almost am bald now, have deep holes on face due to pimples. I had so high aspirations in my life some 5-10 years back and I was a very happy person back then. And I feel that my life has completely ruined with all these troubles and loosing hope on my life. I don't have any suicidal tendencies but not liking my life at all. Started smoking and drinking after all these with 10 cigs a day and drinking once a week. I am even worried to remarry now fearing that she might not be happy with me. I don't see any other person with so many troubles like mine .

Yes, the situation may appear bad and depressing but life is full of such problems even if all looks hunky dory for others. Instead of making matters worse, you should put your life back together with all the positives that are there: you are alive, have a job, in fairly good health, and still very young. Leave the past behind and take charge of your life and what happens in it. You are in charge and make it go this way or that! You can get married but before you do that get your act together. Do not expect marriage to be a solution by some magical means. Quit your smoking and go to a gym regularly and get fit again. Your attitude is what matters. Do a personality development course, personal grooming course, and improve your academics by doing some relevant course and enhance your career prospects. Because you are young​ these can be done with a couple of years!

Not absolutely normal, take care go with proper diet and protection from allergy and infection. Get a test repeat after 10 days and compare.

Please suggest.
Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine - try to get at least 6 to 7 hours of uninteruppted sleep at night time Go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every Night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background 'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.
