Hi doctor, I would like to understand the difference between pre term delivery, term delivery and post term delivery. Can the very first delivery of a woman happen as pre term? What factors stimulate pre term delivery? Please help with answers.

If it is consistently Breech near your date then C section is a safe option. But we need to see, investigate the reasons for decreased water levels. If they are consistently very low you can go for C section even before the date.

I’m 29, single. I have regular “painless periods” every month. In December 2016, I was on primolut N 5 mg tab for 10 days as I had to delay my periods. Since then I bleed only for 2-3 days and the color of the blood is dark brown. The flow of blood is less. After a week I have colorless/ white discharge. Earlier I had periods for 5 days with normal bleeding followed by white discharge. Is this normal? I’m worried.

Primolut N 5 mg tab for 10 days as I had to delay my periods. Since then I bleed only for 2-3 days" they are not related. However for less bleeding It needs detailed medical history, clinical examination, looking at old reports and may be take out some new reports before you can be advised so meet Gynecologist.

I am a 26 year old woman. My question is having salt more sometimes with chili powder is bad for health.
Anything is excess of what the body requires is not good. Try to take more of natural foods like fruits nuts etc and good amount of water to help reduce the salt craving.

If you wish to terminate the pregnancy, visit your gynecologist urgently to assess the age of pregnancy. Treatment for termination has to be done according to that. If the pregnancy is more than 20 weeks old, it is not advisable to terminate pregnancy
