It is called as peri arthritis shoulder and for that you can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm.

Hello Dr. I am asking a query about my mother's health. She is 50 years old and not having any bp or diabetes till now. She is quite well in health. But now from last 1 years shes having arthritis in her both knees. She takes pain killer and follow her daily activities. She is very active but this pain ruining her health. 1. Please avoid too much pain killers for longer time, it has side effects. 2. Wear knee cap hinged for support while working or walking. 3. Do isometric exercise of knee (kindly see youtube video of it.) 4. Reduce body weight if over weight. 5. In Physiotherapy clinic take Ultrasound therapy if possible.

Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Its gout pain Your uric acid is high that leads to gout, gout is a form of arthritis characterised by severe pain, redness and tenderness in joints. If you have any symptoms of gout, consult physician for pain relieving medicines at the same time restrict protein intake.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement.
