Firstly reduce the weight for leg pain do stretch your leg muscle and heat formation and tk help physiotherapy treatment.

Sir I am 32 years old I am suffering back pain problem and spondylitis problem please help me.
1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. LIFE-STYLE CORRECTION 1) Correct your sitting posture. 2) Take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) Foot should rest to floor easily. 4) Take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) Do neck & upper back extension, give feedback after 4 days.

My mother has been suffering from joint pain since many years. Sometimes her ankle, elbow, knee joints swell and she feels the pain. Please suggest what should she eat and avoid. Her age is appx. 45 yrs. Please let me know if you need any other details.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Check your sugar levels immediately. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Consult after 5 days.

My mother is suffering from acute knee and back pain. She can not walk even for a small distance and whole night can not sleep because of pain. It seems all the lubricant in the knee joint has dried up. What should she do now to relief from this pain and also to increase the lubricants? She is 65 years old. please help me as I can not she her suffering from this pain.

Hamstring Stretch Lie on your back with your left leg flat on the floor. Loop a towel or rope around your right foot and pull your leg as far as comfortable toward your chest, while keeping a slight bend at the knee. Keep your back pressed to the floor throughout the stretch. Hold for 10 to 30 seconds and then release. Repeat 3 or 4 times with each leg. Do this stretch 5 or 6 times a week. Short-Arc Knee Extensions In the same starting position as the straight-leg raises, put a ball (about the size of a basketball) under your left knee so that your leg is bent. Slowly straighten your leg. Hold, then slowly lower. Repeat with your right leg. Exercises To Avoid A few of the following exercises can be done safely if you have chronic knee problems; they're on this list because they're more likely to be done improperly. The exercises above are safer, while still giving you similar results. •Full-arc knee extensions •Lunges •Deep squats •Hurdler's stretches.

Might be coz of wrist pain as you are mouse and your wrist has to support and if not then it will strain from the dge of the table so the advise would be keep doing stretching before starting your work every morning and during day repeat stretching of the wrist as the pain is coming from the computer I suppose.

Hi I can understand your problem. 1) apply hot and cold fomentation. 2) learn strengthening exercise of quadriceps and hamstring from physiotherapist. 3) do regular stretching calf muscles. 4) wear comfortable foot wear. Do share investigation reports if you have.
