Men in their 20s are more active and possess fast metabolic rate and they can be good in bed too, even after having a tiresome day. How can this not be possible in your 30s? This is because you have hit your 30s and there is a lot of difference in the peak you had in your previous ages. This change is quite critical, as what you do during these changes affects your overall sexual health. 
The male menopause also known as andropause starts hitting individuals as early as 35. During this stage, there is a drop in the libido and even can cause erectile dysfunctions. 

How do you avoid this? 
Here what you can do on a regular basis to keep yourself fit at all times so you can be fit when it matters the most! 

  • Check your family medical history 
  • Check your testosterone levels proactively 
  • Eliminate artificial sweeteners 
  • Keep a check on your alcohol consumption 
  • Dump the junk and add more veggies on the palate 
  • Get a lot of sleep 
  1. Check your family medical history: Family history is an important determinant to understand the faults in one's genetic DNA. It matters even though you and your family must be living a different lifestyle or live in a different environment, but as they say, it is all in the genes. You can still lead a healthy sex life if you are active and fit at times available to you. 
  2. Check your testosterone levels proactively: Declining levels of testosterone brings a lot of problems such as hair loss, decreased sex drive, depression and memory levels which is again a vicious cycle. To avoid this, include meat, fish, cheese and yogurt in your regular diet. 
  3. Eliminate artificial sweeteners: Sugar may not be our strongest friend, but it is our strongest foe for it all does other than lessening sweetness in our morning tea, coffee, diet soda, but also increases the risk of developing non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. 
  4. Keep a check on your alcohol consumption: It is okay if we gulp down a drink or two of red wine daily, but if it is more than that, then you can say goodbye to love making sessions as excessive drinking can not only destroy your liver and your gut and so on, but also impairs your libido. The key here is just moderation. 
  5. Get a lot of sleep: A minimum 6 hours of sleep is ideal as it helps your brain health, manages your stress levels and most importantly optimizes the male hormone production, which helps you in a healthy libido to satiate your partner. Men who sleep less than 6 hours have an increased risk of stroke and heart disease as well. So take care of your body while you can before it's too late!

Why are you so frustrated? Its not your fault that you have diabetes. Its nobody's fault that you are diabetic. Its something that has happened and you should not overthink about it. There is no cure for diabetes - cure means the permanent solution to a problem which ends the problem. Diabetes only has treatment which keeps it under control. And believe me, for some people, diabetes has worked out as a miracle. People, who would have otherwise, never paid any attention to their health or to their bodies - became fit and alert towards exercise because they got diabetes. They started to learn about their physiology and body functions because they became diabetics. You are young and you are intelligent. Please use diabetes as an opportunity to understand your body and fitness. You will be much happier!

You get your body tired with running or or jogging or gyming, once a while mastrubation good for body and mind but excesssive mastrubation is not good in long run and sorry to say you may get in to this which may lead to errectile dysfunction when you need the the most. Pl do not do mastrubation with visualizing pornography you have double the losss.

Inspite of taking 22 units of insulin in the evening and 50 units in the morning I find through Aviva Accu - check that my evening RPS is between 300 - 400 and the morning FPS is between 190 - 300. The very fact that you have diabetes means that insulin resistance has been present for a long time even prior to the diagnosis of diabetes in you. I personally feel that a few oral medicines can be tried out in you rather than taking huge doses of insulin. Also, do ensure that your insulin administration technique is correct. A lot depends on that. And lastly as you have mentioned of an exercise bereft lifestyle, even a small effort in starting exercise will go a long way in overcoming the insulin resistance. At night while slipping sperms are coming out what is the reason and what should I do.
Semen coming out at night is also called night fall or nocturnal emission or wet dreams. Do not be tensed about this issue. It is normal at your age. It is not an illness but a natural phenomenon by which old sperms come out and make space for new sperms. New sperms are produced continuously in our body by pushing away the older ones. It does not cause any physical harm or weakness.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

Home Remedy- Soak 10 almonds over night in water. On the next day, peel off the skin, and blend the almonds in a blender with 1 cup of cow hot milk (or crush them in hot cow milk) and add a little bit of saffron, ginger and cardamon to it. Drink this every morning. Treatment- 1-take pranacharya heman syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. 2-take pranacharya heman capsule 1-1 twice a day. Diet-avoid taking tea and coffee. Alcohol consumption and smoking. Take milk. Butter milk and curd.
