Tell me about my weight loose trick and how it possible in a month. What should I do to gain weight as fast as?

Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Gut bacteria helps us digest food, but we often regard the germs outside our bodies as vile, filthy things. While some of them are, we need these germs to stay healthy. 

The human immune system adapts to different attackers, which is why our species has survived for so long. When our bodies come into contact with a foreign substance, the immune system attacks it and retains this information. If this particular foreign substance comes back, the immune system knows what to do. This action can be seen most commonly with measles: a single infection is usually enough to protect a person for life.

My period was due on 26th nov. It was like 3 days late. I started getting period cramps on 29th but then I had sex that night and after that there's no cramps nothing. I am confused and worried both. What to do? We used protection. We had sex just after my periods got over last month. And also this month around 16-17 nov. All with protection. There's no chance of pregnancy right?

On 25th jan 2016 I was hit by one guy on my left eye. After that fight I got some black mark under my left like a dark circle. The mark is still not cleared. Also I have some. Dark circles. Kindly suggest me how can. I remove that mark and dark circles.

Hi lybrate-user. You had injury over left eye orbital space. According to anatomy this used empty space where fluid or blood accumulates very easily. So we got swelling and redness with tenderness over this area. It requires large time to resolve such damage. You had black mark which is remain purpura that is (bleeding beneath skin) mark. You can go with ayurveda use yashtimadhu churna mix with milk and apply over affected area. Take haridra khanda daily morning with milk.

What are the symptoms of dengue, how to overcome dengue, shall I would take any medicine?

Because dengue is caused by a virus, there is no specific medicine or antibiotic to treat it, the only treatment is to treat the symptoms. For typical dengue, the treatment is purely concerned with relief of the symptoms (symptomatic). Rest and fluid intake for adequate hydration is important.

Hi, After having unprotected sex I took ipill within 32 hours. I got my first periods after it on 3 August (earlier period was on 4th july). But this months periods are delayed. How long I need to wait or Do I need to do any test?

Apple Cider Vinegar Take two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Mix an equal amount of water and 15-20 drops of tea tree oil in it. Apply it onto your scalp and massage. Rinse your hair after a few minutes. Follow this natural treatment two or three times a week. Just massage 2 tablespoons lemon juice into your scalp and rinse with water. Then stir 1 teaspoon lemon juice into 1 cup water and rinse your hair with it. Repeat this daily until your dandruff disappears.

She is post graduate and a house wife but not comfortable with new people. Always see herself very low as she can not speak English fluently. She always avoid the new people to meet. Always try to find out the faults in others and in me too. I think she is under depression and sometimes she start crying on a very small fights with me. She does not reply to my parents even having so many complaints and always tells me about them. She is under highly depression. What to do? Please suggest.

Without a professional diagnosis it is not correct to say that your wife has depression. First get her to see a psychiatrist and a counsellor to get a diagnosis and any treatment if needed. Mild and moderate depression can be treated a with counselling and lifestyle changes only. 1. Since you mentioned that she feels shy to talk because she doesn't know English, then grooming her English would be a good idea. Maybe someone can come home to teach her or some books will teach her the basics and then as she becomes more confident, she can go to common group classes where conversational English is taught. 2. She seems to be picking faults in others, because she's so aware of her own shortcomings. But to acknowledge and acept them openly is so difficult. Thus finding faults in others to raise your own self esteem is a common strategy that most people use. 3. As her caring husband, you could show her your loving care without any comparison or fault finding. She might be feeling lonely as she's not meeting many people. Arguing and fighting will make situation worse only. Tell her that you care for her and want her to enjoy her life. Ask her what she wants to do about her problem. Living in isolation is a short cut method meant. To relieve anxiety and will not work out in the longer ŕun. 4. Invite people who are considerate of her condition and do not make fun of her. Take her to see English movies with subtitles when she's picked up some language. Slow exposure will help her gain mastery over the language. 5. Praise her when ever she achieves something. Encourage her when ever she makes a mistake. Scolding and punishing has negative effect. 6. Try to see her point of view wrt your parents. Don't try to be the mediator by taking sides. It is best that she talks to them about her problems in an assertive manner and seeks solutions.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.
