I can understand if the problem is with a teen or young adult, but you r 35 years. Still this happens with few men, who are brought up with few exposure to opposite sex interaction. I suggest you go to behavior therapy to a lady psychiatrist or clinical psychologist, it will immensely help. All the best.

Hello, your ideal body weight considering your height is 80-82 kgs. Gaining on muscle size is called hypertrophy of muscles which is possible by making the following modifications- 1. Diet- have a high carbohydrate and high protein diet. Low fat milk, milk products-curd, paneer, dals and pulses, meat, fish, egg whites especially post workout. Have frequent meals at 2-3 hours intervals. 2. Exercise- doing weight training for 45 mins atleast 3-4 days/week. Lifting heavy weights with 6-8 repetitions and in between sets resting period of 1.5-2 mins. 3. Rest- taking good rest for 8-10 hours will lead to release of anabolic hormones leading to muscle built up. All the best!

Hye. No specific food causes weight loss. Even if you eat qinoa but dont pay attention to the overall diet and exercise you will not lose weight. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken, fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: Eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

It can be your age factor or may be your dietry issue if you take so much of oily or fast food then you have to stop it or I may be due to irregular menses or unhygienic condition or many other things so you think what the reason shoots you.

Hello! the 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat (almond, walnut, peanut, flex seed, chia seed etc.) stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, excess sugar n sweet items.

hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. Fresh ginger juice (1 tsp) + lemon juice (1tsp) + sauph powder (1tsp) - mix this in one liter of boiled and cooled water. Drink this water everyday, and you gas trouble will vanish it no time. You need not drink 1 liter of water at a stretch. Have one cup every now and then. But make sure you finish the 1 liter of water in 245 hours.

1] Avoid fast food, oily food, packaged food, junk food, ice-cream, soft drinks, sweets , bakery items, rice and potato. 2] Eat a plate of salads before lunch and dinner. 3] Do not drink water immediately after meal. You can take it after an hour. 4] Do not lie down soon after meal. Have a walk after it. 5] Do not sleep in the after noon. 6] Take a glass of lukewarm water with a spoon of old honey and some lemon juice in the morning. 7] Consume old grains as new grains tend to increase weight. 8] Have brisk walking daily at least once. 9] Do not sit long. Take a break and walk for some time in between work. 10] Drink plenty of water and eat more salads and green vegetables.

Hi, you seem to be having a sensitive skin as it reacts to changing the soaps as well. In that case however, you should avoid changing the soap you use and continue using the brand that suits to your skin. As far as possible, use a mild soap for your face or may be a face wash for your face and a regular soap for rest of the body. As about the dust, dust particles settle on oily skin and block the pores which gets infected and leads to acne. You will have to wash your face at least three times a day to reduce the oiliness of the skin and in turn decrease the pimples.
