Some ayurvedic and effective tips for you - 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Hello doctor my mom is having high blood sugar for last few years and high bp also. We have been to several doctors and also checking her diet. She takes a dose of insulin overnight b4 meal. And takes rice only once in a day. Yet her sugar level is more than 280 (pp) most of the time. What should we do further and if you can suggest any diet for her. Would be thankful.

susmita your mother can take rice. We have to understand that we indians luve on rice. But please mix chapati with rice. her sugars are high and needs further control. please get HbA1C URINE routine and microscopy. creatinine and reconnect

Our body needs energy and stamina for various activities. Our diet is the fuel for our body. No one food alone is going to help gain stamina. It's important to provide the body nutrients that it needs when it nreds. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week.

You may be suffering from solar urticaria. Strictly use sunscreen with spf 30, 15 mints before sunexposure. You may need to take antihistaminic tablets which you are taking now for long period. Consult a dermatologist for proper treatmnt.

The no-calcium mice lost 8 percent of their body fat, compared to 42 percent among the mice that did get calcium. 3. Lean protein. Good sources of protein, such as lean meats, eggs, and beans, help keep your blood sugar stable. The result youll feel full longer and get a boost in energy and that will help you burn more belly fat.

Breakfast should be the king of all meals, eat heavy breakfast. Milk, daliya, juices, fruits, milk shakes, whole wheat parantha with curd, butter milk, suji upma, dosa, these are considered good for breakfast. Apart from that eating is important but more important is how you digest your food, so to digest well do not drink water after your breakfast for 90 minutes, drinking water after 90 minutes will help to digest food better, which will help your body.

Hello Eating boiled egg is good. It does not cause any health issue. But the quantity matters. 2 whole eggs per week is fine for weight loss. Yellow part of egg is very good as it has cholesterol and a very potent antioxidants like selenium, and zinc. Cholesterol is not the culprit for cutaneous fat. infact all our cells are made up of cholesterol. All the neurological connections need cholesterol. I have white some spots on my body. Is it curable? how much time will it take. I am 55 years old.

Hello. White patches/ dots on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. The white spots and patches can also be becuase of deiciency of vitamin D (for which 15-20 minutes of exposure to early morning sunlight without sunscreen is needed, 3-4times a week). Or else they could be idiopathic (i.e., without any cause). Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. Meantime, you can start with homoeopathic Rx - Ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for 20days (as it is safe).

As per your report since your amh level is low and high fsh you are not having good no and quality of eggs, so you may not be able to conceive naturally. So ivf is a better option for you. Still if you want a natural cycle you should go for it asap with wasting time.

To Prevent hair loss follow these instructions and methods: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes do it under the supervision of yoga expert. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use Mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

I got my periods on 7 th this month Nd it got over on 10th. I got physical on 14th with protection. Actually did not reached the climax (both of us). Any chance of pregnancy?

No there is no chance of pregnancy as he did not ejaculate and the sex was far away from the ovulation date and he was wearing the protection. You can not get pregnant with the act you described and there is no need to worry.

I am having thyroid from last seven years. I regularly take thyronorm/eltroxin, as TSH was increased to 16 as on 22.9.16 so I was taking hundred mg tab since then .Now TSH is 2.5.Kindly inform how much intake of tablet I should take now.

Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs. Too much shampooing can lead to more hair fall. Start using amla bhringraj oil on your dry scalp. This will increase the density & stop hair fall. Eat amla (indian gooseberry) in daily routine in any form whether it is candies, juice or raw. This habit will help in hair re-growth. Amla is a good source of many vitamins & it also increases absorption of iron from gut. For females above 40 years of age iron, calcium is must for stopping hair fall. Avoid using comb in wet hairs.

Your penis size is fine and normal. Masturbation is not really bad; it is the addiction to it that is bad. Not even the number of years is a problem but the frequency and compulsiveness to do it is to be considered for its ill-effects. At your age you may feel it difficult and it can become addictive if you have alone time, if you obsess about it, and if you are not into relationships. The problem with addiction to this is that you may go on to prefer masturbation to heterosexual contact, even when you are married. Keeping yourself occupied and living a healthy social life are the keys to manage your sexual drives.
