Dear Wasim, These are the symptoms of an anxiety disorder. Which type of anxiety disorder, will be diagnosed by a psychiatrist after a detailed assessment of how long it is there, how much it interferes with your day-today life, what are the bodily symptoms associated with it, etc etc. After diagnosing, treatment may be an anxiolytic or antidepressant tablet or relaxation therapy or psychotherapy, depending on the diagnosis and your preference.

Follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Consult Physician/me for Further Management

STOP SMOKING Best age to stop smoking is before 40 ,In fact do not start all Only by using strong will power and avoiding all situations where you feel like smoking, chewing tobacco or drinking or using drugs/ weed, avoiding friends who smoke and diverting mind by reading or chewing a gum, like NICORETTE and taking a walk when you crave for a smoke can all help. You can chew Nicorette gum which is nicotine replacement. There are medicines available. Which can be prescribed if asked personally Cigarette smoking is a leading preventable cause of mortality. It kills more than 60 lakh people worldwide every year. More than 50% of regular smokers would invariably die from tobacco-related illnesses which includes heart attack, cancer or asthmatic lung diseases. Best age to stop smoking is before 40 31st May is “World No Tobacco Day” Quitting smoking before the age of 40 is associated with larger decline in premature death than stopping it at a later date. Best age therefore to stop smoking is before 40. However, stopping smoking even after the age of 50 is still associated with lower risk of death as compared to those who continue to smoke. Even in smokers aged 80 years or more, quitting smoking appears to reduce some mortality. Do breathing exercise to clean up lungs.

I understood your problem. Loosing close inmate will defntly show impact on mind& health. I do not say that forgetting is easy, but trying or deviating from those thoughts is easy, if you practice few methods like getting engaging in your favourite hobbies, conducting or attending work shops related to your interested feilds, reading, playing, working more hrs etc. Whenever you feel like depressed, you try to deviate with the other methods, watch movie, travel, chat, work. But do not let urself alone, which will aggravate your problem & moreover in this situation, spending time lonely will show deep impact on your mental/physical status. Practice meditation, pranayama, breathing techniques which will be taught in art of living etc, spiritual lessons, will help you feeling relaxed defntly. Remember that for evry problem, time is the best healer. In homeo, try to take ignatia medicine in 1m potency weekly one dose[6-8 pills] for 1 month.

My uncle is having some suspicious behavior and very short tempered. He is greedy and not at all honest. He was having some extra marital affair and beaten my aunt few times. He is living in same house with my aunt but in separate room. He always lock his room when away. Even long years back he manipulated and had sex with one of my cousin when she was minor. Now whenever we speak with my aunt she is never happy with her life. She is a working lady. Is my uncle is curable? Is my aunt can have any counselling to be happy?

From your account, your Uncle is a habitual Sexual Offender and is a criminal according to the law. Kindly take advice from an advocate or File an FIR with the Police as he can be attempting to harm other minors or girls, or women as well. As for your aunt, if she is aware of such things happening at home and is facilitating these things to happen, then she would be considered as accomplice to crime. If not she could be suffering from depressive illness and refer her to a psychiatrist as early as possible. It takes a braveheart to prevent crimes. Such crimes are very common in indian households. Most of the Sexual Crimes are perpetuated by brothers, stepfathers, fathers, uncles, cousins, grandparents, close friends and family friends and because of STIGMA and FAMILY HONOR and "I DONT BELIEVE HE WILL DO THAT" such people get away and commit sexual crimes again and again.

Dear Lybrate user. In many of the cases Stammering has two important reasons. Vocal chord misalignment or other problems are the primary reason. Dear friend Sorry to hear about your loss. Bereavement is a difficult journey and something we get through, not get over. Although grief is a condition everyone must endure, it is important not to let grief dominate your life, and in essence, become your life. Talk about your loss with friends, family or a professional. Grief is a process, not an event. Indulge in uplifting activities. These activities may be as soteric as studying philosophy or as centering as planting a tree.  Sometimes just walking through a garden can be uplifting.  Meditation, centering Prayer and stress reduction techniques. These can help to control stress and allow one to find a deeper state of awareness or relaxation. Meditation and Prayer may assist in one’s spiritual development by clearing the mind of the day to day stress, Avoiding stressful situations and decisions. This is important especially in the initial stages of grief when people are not always exercising their best judgment. Physical exercise. This is an excellent way to “take the edge” off the physical symptoms of grief. Studies show that physical exercise releases endorphins into the body which can alleviate stress and mental anxiety. Do daily morning walk for 20 minutes. Think. Would your loved one be happy to see you in this state? Do what he would have wanted you to do to be happy. Get help for severe or persistent depression. Someone once said: “grief is not a disease but it can become one.” Grief can lead to serious depression. Consider getting professional help if you feel overwhelmed, hopeless, or helpless. Other signs of depression can include sleep impairment (too little or too much), appetite or weight change, low energy, difficulty concentrating, and feeling listless or agitated. Take care of yourself. Remember open up, talk, help is just a call away. Have faith and patience. God bless you!

Strategies for Remembering 1. Become interested in what you're learning. We're all better remembering what interests us. Few people, for example, have a difficult time remembering the names of people they find attractive. If you're not intrinsically interested in what you're learning or trying to remember, you must find a way to become so. 2. Find a way to leverage your visual memory. You'll be surprised by how much more this will enable you to remember. For example, imagine you're at a party and are introduced to five people in quick succession. How can you quickly memorize their names? Pick out a single defining visual characteristic of each person and connect it to a visual representation of their name, preferably through an action of some kind. Remember: Memory is predominantly visual. 3. Create a mental memory tree. If you're trying to memorize a large number of facts, find a way to relate them in your mind visually with a memory tree. Construct big branches first, then leaves. Branches and leaves should carry labels that are personally meaningful to you in some way, and the organization of the facts ("leaves") should be logical.. 4. Associate what you're trying to learn with what you already know. It seems the more mental connections we have to a piece of information, the more successful we'll be in remembering it. This is why using mnemonics. Write out the items to be memorized over and over and over. 5. When reading for retention, summarize each paragraph in the margin. This requires you to think about what you're reading, recycle it, and teach it to yourself again. Even take the concepts you're learning and reason forward with them; apply them to imagined novel situations, which creates more neural connections to reinforce the memory. 6. Do most of your studying in the afternoon. Though you may identify yourself as a "morning person" or "evening person" at least one Study. suggests your ability to memorize isn't influenced as much by what time of day you perceive yourself to be most alert but by the time of day you actually study—afternoon appearing to be the best. 7. Get adequate sleep to consolidate and retain memories. Not just at night after you've studied but the day, you study as well. Far better to do this than to stay up cramming all night for an exam.

Your problem has to be investigated soon. Go to a nearby laboratory and do a blood smear test. Total blood counts. If anything abnormal consult your doctor immediately. Do not delay.

Hello, Body pain may be due to 1. fever 2. abrupt start or stop of exercise 3. Any other medical disease like Anaemia/ Hypoproteinemia/ Thyroid problem 4. Vit D deficiency 5. Multimineral and vitamin Deficiency 6.Stress/ anxiety 7. Over exertion (physical and mental) kindly follow advises given below: 1. Take adequate rest 2. Proper diet 3.
