Just changing the tooth paste will not help you solve the problem. Because the food particles stuck between your teeth must have become hard. Please visit a dentist for cleaning and polishing of the teeth. Following that, brush twice a day. Use a medicated mouth wash. Also, do tongue cleaning. Drink lots of water. Also, check for any cavity present in your teeth.

The best ayurveda herb for your case is \take one table spoon of untamed rose hips, add a pair of glasses of boiling water, boil it for ten minutes and let it sit for 2-3 hours. Take 1/4 - 1/2 of the extract 3-4 times each day with honey. Mix one a part of fresh raw juice with one part of honey. Take 1/4 glass of the combination three times on a daily basis. Take one table spoon of untamed rose hips, add a pair of glasses of boiling water, boil it for ten minutes and let it sit for 2-3 hours. Take 1/4 - 1/2 of the extract 3-4 times each day with honey. It will surely help you.

Sitting in class with teacher teaching ,me trying to focus; but I gets distracted by the movements of students nearby. While looking at the whiteboard, I feel like I can see 180 degrees. I also feel affected that I should not do that and as a result I end up not looking at the whiteboard and thus becoming poorer at academics. The neighbouring students feel like I am looking at them indecently (at their private parts which I do not want to) and all this causes headaches and increases my anxiety levels to a next level every week.(i wear glasses. Tried medication from youtube but it effect lasts for some time .after that terrible mood swings occur .i am in constant analysation .can not do even a basic thing (which I used to do 2 years back) without pondering over it. I just want to get over it as I feel like I have ruined my life Please help doctor ?What should I do? What the average time by which I would be able to overcome this?

You seem to be experiencing symptoms of depression. You talked about poor concentration which is a symptom of depression and low mood. It seems you are getting hopeless in yourself. You look around yourself and only things you notice in yourself are social anxiety, embarrassment, and pessimism. You seem to be having feelings of guilt and shame. You feel you are unworthy and helpless. Your efforts are not helping you and your energy levels are reduced. Overthinking is a coping and problem solving strategy which depressed individuals use most often. But this strategy is fruitless. You only stress yourself by thinking too much and get headaches or tensions. Please consult a psychiatrist or a clinical psychologist before your depression gets severe.

Flax calcification are a normal finding on CT scans of the brain in many completely healthy patients and usually have no clinical relevance. The flax is a folding of the covering tissue of the brain that lies in the crevice between the two hemispheres. As we get older, there may be a local collection of calcium along the fold. Typically it means nothing and we call it an "incidental finding. Of course, I have not personally reviewed the films or examined you. If it's really a meningioma (benign brain tumor that calcifies and can be located at the falx) then it's another story. But if it truly is just flax calcification, then I would not be concerned. However, if your husband's headaches are progressively becoming worse or are associated with neurological deficits, then further imaging with an MRI of the brain may be warranted. Talk to your docs about this. Best of luck.
