For fast ejaculation a pinch of dried ginger with cow ghee in cow milk is effective and for eyebrow loss warm castor oil application daily is effective but if serious for both problems 999 per month for six months at least required.

You have just been through a spurt of the production of the male sex hormone testosterone. During this time three things could happen to you: you will become sexually active, you will become aggressive and rebellious, and you will have acne and pimple problems ��� all this because of the action of this hormone. During this time certain physical characteristics could become highlighted and may embarrass and trouble you. Also because you are transitioning from childhood to adulthood you may think falsely that it is from other factors. Sounds to me like you are into an anger related depression. If you have not been on medication and you want to remain so, you will have to work very hard to recover from this condition. You must first of all seek the help of a counselor, ideally. If that person thinks that you need to meet with a doctor you will need to do so and cooperate right through. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night���s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don���t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love: find someone to love and to love you back, if you are not already married. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive everyday and learn to be contended with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Hello, Use Homeodent toothpaste twice daily, morning and night before sleep. Use this home remedy to get strong teeth :- 1. Add a little water to ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder to make a paste. Brush your teeth with it, a few times a week. 2. Alternatively, prepare a paste with 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and ½ teaspoon each of salt and mustard oil. Massage it on your teeth and gums once daily. 3. You can also boil ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder in 1 cup of water, allow it to cool and use it as a mouthwash once daily.

Hello Doctor, My age is 26, weight is 55, height 5.8. 2 year earlier I have taken advice from ayurvedic medicine for weight gain, but haven't got any result in 3 months. After that I have started taking protein every day for 3 months, no results. Then I have started nutrigain capsules for 2 months, no result. Now I have started gym, doing heavy workout to gain some muscle and weight from, 8 months has been done, I am taking protein as well as diet also, but no changes in my body. Dear friend, I can understand your worry, but as I notice you are not too much under weight. Only few kg weight increase is sufficient. Can you tell do you have gone for any blood test, do you take proper diet. What is your job, do you have any disease in the past years. Try to tell. As I know for weight gain a person should take little more amount of food than his daily requirements. Some exercise is necessary to absorb the nutrients. Heavy weight bearing exercise helps to burn extra fat. For muscles you need light weight bearing exercise at regular intervals, not daily. So please inform all these and other related information to guide you appropriately. Slow processes are permanent.

Dear Lybrate User, First of all let me make it clear that you may experience nightfalls/Nocturnal Emission of sperm for twice in a month if you do not have a habit of masturbation or if you do not indulge in any sexual intercourse. However, if you experience nightfalls for more than twice in a month then it is surely abnormal. Every person experience an erection after a sleep of 6-8 hours. Such an erection during waking up from sleep is a typical characteristic of normal sexual system. An uninterrupted sleep of 6-8 hours pacifies the nerves which get hyper-activated after a long day work & results in a sexual arousal by channelising the blood flow towards the male sexual system. But an erected penis cannot ejaculate involuntarily unless it is being rubbed as it undergoes during masturbation & sexual intercourse. Involuntary ejaculation of semen indicates that the internal muscles of your pelvic region are not strong enough to control the outflow of semen. However, nightfalls indicate that you are having a normal erection as well as it also proves that there is no deficit of sperm production in testis. Nightfall implies that there is only loss of control of the pelvic muscles. It is often observed that a person suffering from nightfalls complains of premature ejaculation during sexual intercourse if his problem of nightfalls is left untreated. The cause behind such quick discharge during sex is same as it is in case of nightfalls i.e. loss of the control of the muscles of pelvic region. One of the common causes behind the loss of control of pelvic muscles is Digestive troubles. Slow digestion compels the blood to circulate around the organs of digestive system until the ingested food is fully broken down into soluble food molecules. Such circulation of blood around the digestive system for a prolonged period often results in sluggish circulation of blood around the other systems of human body. Sexual system is one of such system whose normal functioning gets disturbed due to impaired digestion. you are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medications which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. इस नए दौर में लोग नए तकनीकों के सात अपने आप को भी एडवांस बना रहे है। आज इंसान हर जगह अपना कम्फर्ट ढूंढता है और उसी का नतीजा है कि, हर काम चुटकियो में मोबाइल पर हो जाते है। लोग पैसे कमाने के पीछे भाग रहे है पर असल मे तो लोगो का घूमना फिरना भी काफी कम हो गया है और ऊपर से आजकल लोग फ़ास्ट फ़ूड के तो बहुत ही शौकीन हो गए है नतीजन हर तीसरा व्यक्ति अपने बढ़ते वजन को लेकर परेशान है।

मोटापे का सबसे ज्यादा असर यदि किसी चीज़ पर पड़ता है, तो वो है हमारा पेट। आज हर व्यक्ति बढ़ती तोंद को लेकर परेशान है। इस मोटापे से निजाद पाने के लिए लोग तरह तरह के तरीके अपनाते है लेकिन फिर भी कोई असर नहीं होता। भूखे रहके उन लोगो का वजन कम तो हो जाता है, लेकिन पेट पर जमी चर्बी वैसी की वैसी ही रह जाती है।

पेट का निकलना बड़ा आसान है, पर उसे कम करना बहुत मुश्किल होता है। आज हम आपको बताएंगे उस मुश्किल काम को करने का आसान और लाभकारी तरीका जिसे हम योग कहते है। दोस्तो योग में हर समस्या का इलाज है, पेट को कम करने वाले स्पेशल योग आसनो को करके आप पेट की चर्बी को कम कर सकते है।
साधारण व्यायाम करने से इसका असर पुरे शरीर पर पढता है। इसलिए पेट जैसी जगह को टारगेट करने वाले आसान करना फायदेमंद हो सकता है। तो आइये जानते है, पेट की चर्बी को जल्द काटने वाले योगासनों के बारे में।

1. चक्की चलनासन करे आपके तोंद को कम
पेट की चर्बी को दूर करने के लिए चक्की चलनासन बहुत फायदेमंद है। इस आसान को करने के लिए सबसे पहले जमीन पर अपना आसान बिछाकर आराम से बैठे। अब अपने दोनों पैरों को सामने की ओर से फैलाएं। इस बात का ध्यान रखें की दोनों पैर आपस में सटे हुए हो। इसके बाद आप अपने दोनों हाथों को आपस में मिलाकर पकड़ लें और घुटनों को बिना मोड़े सर्कुलर दिशा में घुमाएं। पहले तो 8-10 बार क्लॉक वाइस दिशा में घुमाएं और फिर कुछ देर रूककर एन्टी क्लॉक वाइस दिशा में घुमाएं। फिर धीरे-धीरे छोड़ दें। यह एक बेहतरीन आसन है अपने पेट की चर्बी का खात्मा करने का।

2. बालासन का लाभ
जैसा कि हम पढ़ सकते है कि बालासन का नाम बच्चो पर रखा गया है। इस आसान में शरीर की मुद्रा बिलकुल बच्चे की तरह होती है। लेकिन हम में से बहुत कम लोग यह बात जानते है की, इससे पेट की चर्बी भी घटती है। बालासन एक बेहतरीन आसान है पेट की चर्बी कम करने के लिए।
इस आसान को करने के लिए पहले तो घुटने के बल जमीन पर बैठ जाएं और आपके शरीर का सारा भाग एड़ियों पर रख दें। अब लम्बी गहरी सांस लेते हुए खुद को आगे की ओर झुकाए और अपने सीने को जांघों से टच करें और अपने माथे से फर्श को छूने का प्रयास करे। कुछ सेकंड इसी मुद्रा में बने रहकर थोड़ा आराम करके दोबारा करें। इससे आपका पेट यकीनन कम हो जाएगा।

3. पश्चिमोत्तनासन
पश्चिमोत्तनासन योग क्रिया का सीधा प्रभाव पेट की चर्बी पर पड़ता है। दरहसल इस आसन क्रिया को करते वक्त आपके पेट पर दबाव पड़ता है, जिससे पेट की चर्बी कम होती है। इस योग आसन को करने के लिए सबसे पहले तो सीधे लेट जायें। फिर इसके बाद धीरे-धीरे अपने शरीर के ऊपर के हिस्से को उठायें और बैठ जायें। अपने हाथों को ऊपर करें और आगे की ओर झुकते हुए हाथों से पैरों को छूने की कोशिश करे। पैरो को छूने के बाद 10 सेकंड तक इसी मुद्रा में बने रहे। जिन लोगो का पेट बाहर की और बहुत ज्यादा निकल गया है वह व्यक्ति इस आसान को जरूर करे।

4. भुजंगासन 
इस आसन से न सिर्फ पेट की चर्बी कम होती है बल्कि बाजुओं, कमर और पेट की मांसपेशियों को मजबूत होती है और शरीर लचीला बन जाता है। इसे करने के लिए पहले पेट के बल सीधा लेट जाएं और दोनों हाथों को माथे के नीचे टिकाएं। दोनों पैरों के पंजों को साथ रखे और माथे को सामने की ओर उठाएं और दोनों बाजुओं को कंधों के समानांतर रखें जिससे शरीर का भार बाजुओं पर पड़े। अब शरीर के अग्रभाग को बाजुओं के सहारे उठाएं और शरीर को स्ट्रेच करें और लंबी सांस लें। कुछ सेकंड इसी अवस्था में रहने के बाद वापस पेट के बल लेट जाएं। यह करने से पेट पर असर पड़ेगा और पेट की चर्बी कम हो जाएगी।

5. नौकासन योग
नौकासन करने के लिए आप सबसे पहले पीठ के बल निचे लेट जाए फिर अपनी एड़ी और पंजे मिलाये और दोनों हाथ भी कमर से सटा कर रखे। अब अपने दोनों पैर, हाथ और गर्दन को धीरे-धीरे एक साथ समानांतर क्रम में ऊपर उठाए। इस अवस्था में शरीर का वजन नितंभ पर आना चाहिए। तीस सेकंड इसी पोज़िशन में रुकने के बाद फिर से पहले वाली पोज़िशन में आये और लेट जाए। इस आसान को चार से पांच बार दोहराये। इससे आपको अपने बढ़ते हुए पेट को कम करने में आसानी होगी।
