Dear lybrate user, as far as sex is concerned body and mind act like hardware and software. Ed and pe are mostly software issues. Which means it is more about your mind and your performance anxiety than any actual physical problem. I see two main issues here - first is you are underconfident and second is, probably you are a perfectionist. Have faith in yourself. While having sex don't think about how you will do it, whether your partner will be satisfied or not etc. If you allow yourself to make mistakes then only you will be able to more forward. So instead of thinking about your performance, just enjoy sex. Don't try to give yourself any marks for the performance. Continuous use of any medication is harmful. You can consult a counsellor/sexologist. You need to know more about enjoyable and good enough sex. This will help you to get rid of ed and pe.

Hello, Eat a minimum of 3-4 cups of fresh vegetables daily. Cut out sugar from your diet completely. This means saying good bye to soft drinks, chocolates, ice-creams, jams, sauces and sugar-laden pastries. Eat whole-wheat bread instead of white read. Cutting out white bread means cutting out everything made from white flour. Be it pizza, pasta, pastries or naan. Make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Snack on whole wheat crackers or bran biscuits instead of biscuits made from refined flour. Eat at least three meals a day. Do not skip a meal. Switch to soya milk instead of whole milk. Drink plenty of water as it eliminates the toxins and keep the system clear. If you are a non-vegetarian, eat a lot of fish. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoon a day. Eat 2-3 fruits a day.

lybrate-user As you asked about your problems related to your Itching near Vaginal part I would like to advise you to follow cleaning pubic hairs and wash up with warm saline water or warm water mixed with Fitakari. Make it dry then apply coconut oil mixed with camphor over effected areas twice daily. You may use Quadriderm or Vetnovet cream over effected areas twice daily.

Things To Help Manage Your Work-Life Balance When Pregnant!

At times, being pregnant may make you feel as if it is a full-time job. This causes even more problems when you actually have a full-time job, especially jobs that require you to be seated at a desk or to be pleasant with your clients even when you don’t feel like. But thankfully, there are tips on how you can handle the major issues that you may face at your workplace during your pregnancy.

When to make the announcement?
Though it is quite natural to feel tempted to spill the good news right away, advises that it is good to keep the news to yourself until you have crossed the first trimester. This is because the chance of miscarriage drop dramatically and when you finally decide to announce the news, make sure that your boss gets to know it right from you rather than any of your colleagues.

How to manage the common symptoms while on the job?
Though pregnancy causes a variety of discomforts, it doesn’t give you a ticket for slacking off at work. There are various ways of dealing with the symptoms in order to prevent them from interfering with your work. If you suffer from morning sickness (85% of women suffer from nausea during pregnancy), you can get over it by eating your favourite food. You can take in small doses of healthy snacks for keeping your blood-sugar levels within the required limit and reduce the nausea. When your symptoms are severe, you will have to consult an expert about proper medications.

When to get ready for maternity leave?
Before you decide to bid a temporary farewell to your workplace, you will have to specify the details of your leave. You should let your boss know about an approximate date from when you will be taking leave and when you will be able to rejoin. By giving them a tentative date of your return, you are allowing them to see the light at the end of that tunnel. You can help by making a small list of tasks that you were responsible for and also offer suggestions on how they can be divided and handled by your coworkers.

Though most women are into professions which will not affect the delivery of the child, there are certain kinds of jobs that may put you as well as your baby’s health at risk. It is important to consult your doctor and ask for a detailed advice on this matter. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

Causes of abnormal uterine bleeding include polyps, fibroids, endometriosis, medication, infection and some forms of contraception. Treatment can include medications, or dilatation and curettage (D&C) to remove the uterine lining. Keep a record. Take ibuprofen. Whenever flow is heavy, start taking ibuprofen, the over-the-counter anti-prostaglandin, in a dose of one 200 mg tablet every 4-6 hours while you are awake. Treat blood loss with extra fluid and salt. Take iron to replace what is lost with heavy bleeding.
