First of all you should relax many women do not experience full satisfaction until one year, you should spend more time on foreplay which should include each other's body touching and exploring, use sexual fantasy and if both of you like then go for oral sex. For pregnancy have sex regularly.

What precautions we keep in mind when we are suffering from dengue. please suggest me what should i do?
Hi, if a person who is already suffering from Dengue, the management part goes like this: Maintain a clean and mosquito-free environment. Dengue patients must go to the hospital every day to have their fever and blood count assessed. Ensure the patient gets sufficient bed rest. Give the patient Acetaminophen/paracetamol. Patients should be encouraged to drink water, fruit juice, and oral rehydration solutions to prevent dehydration from fever or vomiting. Keep a daily record of symptoms. Take the patient to the hospital if his symptoms worsen. Eat foods that are simple to digest and do not overload the liver. Try and provide the body with nutritious foods like green vegetables, soups with lentils, rice, semolina and other boiled foods. Feeding a person two-three tablespoons of the juice of papaya leaves helps in increasing the platelet count. Include a lot of vitamin C rich fruits like oranges, kiwi, lemons, amla etc. The ascorbic acid or the vitamin C content in these fruits works as a thirst quencher and provides the body with antioxidants. They also increase the production of urine, thereby helping in the elimination of toxins from the body. Most importantly, this bone breaking fever will affect the strength of the bones. Therefore, it is very important to include good protein in your diet. Try and eat easily digestible proteins like egg whites, milk, paneer, tofu and curd to provide nutrition to the bones and joints. Avoid eating red meat as it will overtax the digestive system, thereby lowering energy levels. Avoid oily and spicy foods and eat small healthy meals every couple of hours, as your body needs constant nutrition, in order to have enough supply energy to function and rebuild new cells.

Doctor pls tell me medicine for suffering from cough and vomiting. Pls suggest me medicine for early get result.
There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort. Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water. The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, or Mouth-Germs are often spread when a person touches a contaminated surface and then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth. Stay Home When You’re Sick-Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, don’t smoke, manage stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food so you can fend off viruses. Take healthy balanced diet...like boiled eggs.daily in breakfast .. Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. Routinely clean and disinfect common areas of your home. Treatment:There is a gradual 1-3 day onset of symptoms. It often starts out as a sore throat, then a fever and coughing. As the cold progresses, the nasal mucus may thicken which is the last stage before the cold dries up. A cold usually lasts for a week or two. But, taking good care of yourself at home can relieve symptoms and help prevent complications if you are otherwise healthy. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn’t need medical treatment. Complications include bacterial infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs which must be treated with antibiotics. In general you should: • get plenty of rest so your body can use its energy to fight the cold • staying at home will keep you from spreading germs • drink plenty of liquids like herbal tea or hot broth/vegetable/tomato soups. Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can keep you from getting enough sleep Runny Nose and Sneezing- if you have post nasal drip, gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Drink extra fluids. (avoid sugary and high calorie drinks) Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation • Tablet Nasorest-P once/twice daily may reduce the amount of mucous. • Humidify the rooms you are in most or your whole house if possible. • Do steam inhalation once or twice daily Cough-Coughing is how your body gets rid of debris and mucus from the airways during a viral infection. Unless your cough is severe or is keeping you from resting at night, it is better not to treat it. A severe cough can be treated with a cough syp, but don’t try to completely stop the cough. There are two types of coughs. Productive and non-productive or dry cough. Non-productive, dry cough. A dry, hacking cough may develop near the end of a cold. Dry coughs that follow viral colds are often worse at night and can last up to several weeks. Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough. Cough drops can sooth an irritated throat, but most don’t affect the cough. Productive cough. A productive cough is one that brings up mucus from the back of the throat or the lungs. Productive coughs should not be suppressed to the point they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. Drink lots of water if you have a productive cough. Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily

Many individuals have heightened sex drives that cause them to become distracted in the workplace and at home. An increased sex drive often correlates with heightened aggression, and it can also lead to sex addiction. If you have an increased sex drive and want to relieve yourself of its constant presence, there are a number of things you can do to decrease your libido and keep it under control. Step 1 Infuse your diet with soy. Soy has been proven to reduce testosterone levels, which will in turn reduce libido. Step 2 Eat a low-fat diet. Increased consumption of fat is associated with an increase of testosterone levels, but cutting back on fats--particularly saturated fats--will help bring your sex drive down. Step 3 Eat the herb caste tree berry. Also known as "monk's pepper, this supplement has been used to reduce libido since the Middle Ages. But unlike most other herbs, it has retained its use, as it has been proven over time to be effective in combating a high sex drive. Step 4 Stay away from animal proteins. The proteins and hormones found in meats like beef, chicken, pork and turkey can contribute to high testosterone levels. Vegetarians tend to have lower testosterone levels than omnivores, and thus lower libidos. Step 5 Exercise frequently. Working out reduces your testosterone levels while increasing cortisol. Marathon runners frequently have lower-than-average testosterone levels because of this. Step 6 consult me by clicking on consult option for homoepathic treatment to lower your sex drive without side effects. Your options will vary depending on your medical history, but there are multiple pills you can be prescribed to help you win the battle against an overactive sex drive.

Because of your age, you may be going through the effects of a spurt in the hormone testosterone as well as growth hormone. Together they can cause a lot of drowsiness and laziness. It lasts normally for two years. Due to this chemical alone, there are three identified features that present itself over which you will have poor control: you will be sexually active, aggressive and rebellious, and you will have acne and pimple problems. Then if you have unresolved childhood issues, they will compound the situation and fuel uncontrolled behavior. Please remember that you may not be aware of all this.Exercise will channelize a lot of your energy and help you to deal with the situation better. Meditation will also help. Make sure you get good sleep, a minimum of 8 hours and do not exceed 9 hours. You will need social acceptance especially from your friends. If you are not faring well in that area, then at least develop one or two close friends with whom you can share feelings and other matters. The social acceptance includes having a girlfriend but do not get too close as in a romantic relationship now – you will get easily drawn in with the hormones not yet fully settled down. Talk to a counselor, if there are unresolved childhood issues.

MBBS
General Physician, Trivandrum
You are most probably suffering from irritable bowel syndrome. In this condition the frequency and urge to go to toilet increases especially just after meals. Ibs can be caused due to many reasons out of which stress is one important cause. When your life and body are stressed, it can lead to ibs. You need to practice deep breathing and relaxation techniques. If your symptoms are not improved, you need to take prescription medication for a period of time.

It is very much curable. She should eat small meals frequently. Never skip breakfast. Have early dinner. Dinner being lightest. Avoid deep fried and spicy. Avoid antibiotics and heavy medicines. Drink plenty of fluids. Have a cup of milk preferably cold twice a day. And most important trigger is stress so she should do yoga and pranayam to take care of it. Do a course in homeopathy as results are excellent and cure is permanent.

Hi there ~ I am glad that you asked this question. Although this is an open forum and there would be limits to confidentiality that would be breached if I would answer your question fully, I will give you some information regarding the depressive disorder. I am however unable to prescribe medications or give you specific advice regarding counseling or therapy in your situation as it would be considered confidential and private. In that case I recommend that you book an online appointment after you review my profile on this website. Sadness or downswings in mood are normal reactions to life’s struggles, setbacks, and disappointments. Many people use the word “depression” to explain these kinds of feelings, but depression is much more than just sadness. Some people describe depression as “living in a black hole” or having a feeling of impending doom. However, some depressed people don't feel sad at all—they may feel lifeless, empty, and apathetic, or men in particular may even feel angry, aggressive, and restless. Whatever the symptoms, depression is different from normal sadness in that it engulfs your day-to-day life, interfering with your ability to work, study, eat, sleep, and have fun. The feelings of helplessness, hopelessness, and worthlessness are intense and unrelenting, with little, if any, relief. Are you depressed? If you identify with several of the following signs and symptoms—especially the first two—and they just won’t go away, you may be suffering from depression. You feel hopeless and helpless You’ve lost interest in friends, activities, and things you used to enjoy You feel tired all the time Your sleep and appetite has changed You can’t concentrate or find that previously easy tasks are now difficult You can’t control your negative thoughts, no matter how much you try You are much more irritable, short-tempered, or aggressive than usual You’re consuming more alcohol than normal or engaging in other reckless behavior What are the signs and symptoms of depression? Depression varies from person to person, but there are some common signs and symptoms. It’s important to remember that these symptoms can be part of life’s normal lows. But the more symptoms you have, the stronger they are, and the longer they’ve lasted—the more likely it is that you’re dealing with depression. When these symptoms are overwhelming and disabling, that's when it's time to seek help. Signs and symptoms of depression include: Feelings of helplessness and hopelessness. A bleak outlook—nothing will ever get better and there’s nothing you can do to improve your situation. Loss of interest in daily activities. No interest in former hobbies, pastimes, social activities, or sex. You’ve lost your ability to feel joy and pleasure. Appetite or weight changes. Significant weight loss or weight gain—a change of more than 5% of body weight in a month. Sleep changes. Either insomnia, especially waking in the early hours of the morning, or oversleeping (also known as hypersomnia). Anger or irritability. Feeling agitated, restless, or even violent. Your tolerance level is low, your temper short, and everything and everyone gets on your nerves. Loss of energy. Feeling fatigued, sluggish, and physically drained. Your whole body may feel heavy, and even small tasks are exhausting or take longer to complete. Self-loathing. Strong feelings of worthlessness or guilt. You harshly criticize yourself for perceived faults and mistakes. Reckless behavior. You engage in escapist behavior such as substance abuse, compulsive gambling, reckless driving, or dangerous sports. Concentration problems. Trouble focusing, making decisions, or remembering things. Unexplained aches and pains. An increase in physical complaints such as headaches, back pain, aching muscles, and stomach pain. I hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day!
