The average size of the erect/aroused penis ranges from 3.2 inches to 6.5 inches, but even lower sizes don't make a difference to the ability to have sex, please one's partner or have children. The aroused female vagina only extends between 3 to 4 inches, and even here, the most sensitive parts are towards the outside. Girth is a little more important, but most important is how you use it. Does milk and milk products cause hair loss or mpb by increasing The dht levels in men.

Milk has protein and protein is good for hair. Milk products like paneer, butter milk, curd etc. Are beneficial for health (taken in limit, like two glasses of milk a day are enough). Excess of everything is bad but milk is essential for health. In some cases, it might work the other way, such as, I have diabetes and I should not have sugar. Some people suffering from some problems might have problem with milk.

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Excercises can not be informed without pictures or demonstrations so ask your obstetrician or physiotherapist. Food again specific from dietician but in general high protein, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, nutritional supplements, water, 20 % more calories.

I'm suffering from hair loss probably due to night shifts n not taking care too well n protein n vitamin -b deficiency doc suggested prp because she said few hair cells turned inactive and plasma from my blood when injected into the hair cells. Is it safe to proceed with prp I even have dandruff too. I heard with prp you lose all your hair n it grows back in a month im not sure if its safe or should I give more chance to natural resources a try.

I always stay at home I am so lonely I don't feel comfortable with anyone I always sit at home and do nothing. I am so depressed it's because I have no friends as I hate my relatives what should I do I don't like the way they behave.

For a depressed person withdrawal is very harmful. You have to make an effort to socialize with people whether you like them or not. If you have depression then there are some major ramifications to take into account. I believe there may be some genetic predisposition or there has been some childhood issue, related to anger, that needs urgent attention. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Can we know if there is diabetes by random blood sugar test if it's negative can we come to conclusions that there is no diabetes? Please suggest.

Mr. lybrate-user, Yes it is possible to know if one has diabetes or not with random blood glucose test. If it shows glucose level 200 mg and more, then diabetes is confirmed. If level below 140 mg then it is considered negative or normal. Thanks.

I am 30yrs old. And I have severe gastric problem since 2yrs. Especially when I ate any masala content I feel more gastric problem and also recently like pas t one weak I feel more thirsty even though I drunk more water. While passing urine I feel more smell frequently. And also I feel more chest pain.

Weight should be reduced @5 kg per month to maintain health. You are doing fine by taking right diet and doing exercises. Don't take any supplements and listen to body language so as not to tire yourself by working out for extra hours. Eating a healthy food along with exercise shall become a lifetime good habit, and one should not be obsessed with body, food or exercises as if the entire world revolves around only for above 3.

Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat.  The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.
