Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Being a homoeopath,I will suggest you a natural way to glow your lips along with a lip balm. Lemon, Sugar Lip Scrub: In a small bowl, mix in 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice and coconut oil. Add in and stir thoroughly 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar, a bit at a time to make thick paste of uniform consistency. If needed, you can add in more sugar. After mixing it well, you can transfer the scrub into a suitable storage container. It can be safely kept in fridge for about one week.Apply a little bit of the scrub to your lips, and scrub it in circular motion. To effectively exfoliate your lips, use a small toothbrush. Rinse your lips with warm water, and apply a LIP balm( BAKSON) on your choice.

Instead of reducing your calcium intake, focus on limiting the sodium in your diet. Extra sodium causes you to lose more calcium in your urine, putting you at risk for developing another stone. Limit your sodium to 2, 000 milligrams each day. There are many sources of hidden sodium such as canned or commercially processed foods as well as restaurant-prepared and fast foods. Calcium oxalate kidney stones are the leading type of kidney stones. Oxalate is naturally found in many foods, including fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, grains, legumes, and even chocolate and tea. Some examples of foods that contain high levels of oxalate include: peanuts, spinach, beets, chocolate and sweet potatoes. Another common type of kidney stone is a uric acid stone. Red meat and shellfish have high concentrations of a natural chemical compound known as a purine. High purine intake leads to a higher production of uric acid which then accumulates as crystals in the joints, or as stones in the kidneys. To prevent uric acid stones, cut down on high-purine foods such as red meat, organ meats, and shellfish, and follow a healthy diet that contains mostly vegetables and fruits, whole grains, and low fat dairy products. Limit sugar-sweetened foods and drinks, especially those that contain high fructose corn syrup. Limit alcohol because it can increase uric acid levels in the blood and avoid crash diets for the same reason. Eating less animal-based protein and eating more fruits and vegetables will help decrease urine acidity and this will help reduce the chance for stone formation. You should also be sure to drink at least 6-8 glass of water a day to help reduce the risk for stone formation.

Mr. Lybrate-user, the figure mentioned is 288, what is it related to blood sugar (fasting or pp). Bp can not 288 mm hg. Please clarify all the readings properly, like fasting & pp sugar levels and hba1c% as well as bp readings like systolic / diastolic. Also mention if you are on any treatment for either of these conditions.

Hello, lybrate user, obaesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking, meal, judiciously. * go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell& tissues to curb fats cells. * go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing, regularly. * opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office. * tk, oats with green tea or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast. * tk, salad, fruits, sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian, high in proteins and fibre, maintains 1300-1600 calories through dietary regulation. * consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. * avoid, nicotine, coffee, alcohol, junk food, cookies, burger, pizza, butter, ghee, sitting on computer late in d night. # homoeo medicines which r administered gently, acts rapidly without any adverse effect, thereof. @ phyto berryq -10 drops, thrice, with little lukewarm water before each meal * your feedback will highly b appreciated for further follow up, please. there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result

If your breast feeding your baby it's common in normal as well as c section of. Post delivery lactational amenorrhea it's called. Don't worry .but do test urine for pregnancy test and take contraceptive measures like condom or cu the later after periods. Or else it's common to become pregnant in breast feeding pts. And they don't notice it in same period as many months sometimes don't get periods.

Hello Lybrate user Thanks for the question in Lybrate. According to Ayurveda hairfall is named as khalithya, caused by aggravated pitta dosha. Excess of Pitta dosha in the body is increased by hot climatic conditions, excessive intake of spicy, salty and sour food, hot and sharp food, tea, coffee, alcohol, meats and excessive smoking. Eating too much fried, oily, greasy, and acidic foods also aggravates Pitta. Pitta balancing herb (Eg: Shatavari —Asparagus) effective in treating hair fall. There are a number of other causes for hair fall like acute illness, scalp infection like dandruff, high stress, and thyroid imbalance, certain drugs, sudden weight loss and high fever. Try to rule out the cause by few investigations. Best tips to prevent hair loss Massage scalp weekly twice with Durdurpatradi taila. Do yoga and meditations as these are stress buster and mood elevator Adequate amount of water is essential for proper growth of hair One shouldn’t comb when the hair is wet Sound sleep for 7-8 hours is utmost important Avoid beverages like alcohol, coffee, excessive smoking Give more weightage to seasonal fruits and green vegetables Iron rich and adequate protein diet is good for hair loss The juice of carrot, lettuce is good for hair growth Avoid Pitta aggravating foods like spicy, fried and oily foods Applying the juice of coriander on the scalp proves very fruitful in preventing of hair loss. Exercise and Your Blood Pressure
Another benefit of exercise is lower blood pressure.

Exercise is beneficial to many health conditions, and hypertension is one condition that improves with exercise. The National Institutes of Health, the Centers for Disease Control, and the American Heart Association have promoted the benefits of exercise for individuals with high blood pressure. A meta-analysis, or a large study of 54 smaller clinical trials of aerobic exercise, found that systolic blood pressure, the top number, is reduced an average of 3.84 mmHg in individuals who exercise regularly.Diastolic blood pressure across these studies was reduced an average 2.58 mmHg. A meta-analysis of the effects of resistance training showed reductions of 3.2 mmHg systolic blood pressure, and 3.5 mmHg for diastolic blood pressure.

What Type of Exercise is Best?

Although both resistance activity and aerobic activity have shown benefits, there is an apparent link between resistance training and reduced compliance of the arteries. Compliance in the arteries means that the arteries expand when there is increased blood flow. If the arteries don?t readily expand in areas of high blood flow, it can cause blood pressure to increase. It appears that performing aerobic exercises with strength training negates this effect, and the overall effect of performing both resistance and aerobic exercise is a healthy blood pressure reduction.

Find An Exercise Activity You Enjoy!

You are more likely to exercise if you find something you enjoy. For some people, time alone while walking or running can be a rare moment for reflection.

Others may enjoy bicycling or rowing. These activities can be enjoyed alone or you can enjoy sharing your exercise time with a friend or neighbor. Team sports are good physical exercise, and like other forms of activity, they usually relieve stress. Fitness classes can help you lower your blood pressure and provide a wonderful social outlet.

Take It Easy!

When you begin a new exercise program, particularly if you haven?t been active, gradually increase your activity level. Listen to your body, as unusual aches and pains associated with exercise may indicate something is going on. Most people benefit from physical activity, but if you have a chronic illness, including high blood pressure or heart disease, you may want to check with your doctor before you increase your activity dramatically.

What About A Warm Up?

Everyone should incorporate a warm-up period and a cool-down period into their exercise routine. A warm up allows you to gradually increase your heart rate from rest. Try to warm up at least ten minutes when you begin to exercise. A warm up will also help you avoid injury to your muscles. It?s also important to cool down, so your blood pressure doesn?t drop too quickly when you stop your exercise. Stretching at the beginning and end of your exercise will help you avoid sore muscles and will increase your flexibility.

What Is My Target Heart Rate?

When you are exercising, you should monitor your heart rate by measuring your pulse during exercise. Your resting heart rate means your average heart rate when you are resting, and it is usually between 60 and 100 beats per minute. You can determine your resting heart rate by checking your pulse when you get up in the morning.

Athletes may have a lower heart rate. Some blood pressure medications can keep your heart rate low. If you are taking a medication for blood pressure, ask your doctor what your maximum heart rate should be.

To check your pulse, use the tip of your first two fingers, and press lightly on the blood vessels on the inside of your wrist near your thumb. Count the number of beats in ten seconds ? you will have to look at a clock ? and multiply this number by 6 to find out how many times your heart is beating each minute.

To determine your maximum heart rate, subtract your age from 220. Your target heart rate should be somewhere between 50% and 85% of your maximum heart rate. When you are exercising moderately, your heart rate will usually be between 50 and 69% of your maximum heart rate. With high intensity exercise, your heart rate can range from 70% to 90% of your maximum heart rate.

Checking Your Workout Intensity

When you are exercising, you should try to reach a moderate intensity to achieve maximum health benefits from your workout. If you are able to carry on a conversation when you are exercising, you are probably not working hard enough. You should be able to speak in short sentences while you are exercising, but if you are having a lengthy conversation, you probably aren?t working hard enough. If you have to stop to catch your breath while you are exercising, your exercise intensity may be too high. When you are in doubt, don?t forget to check your heart rate.

Hello, not to worry, we care due to wrong feeding habit like irregular hours of eating improper food, excess of fatty acid n starches food drink grapes, pear, plum, tomato, cucumber, carrot spinach home made juice 1/2 times a teaspoonful of coriander juice mixed with pinch of turmeric powder and apply fairness cream / saffron face wash / papaya fairness scrub gel.

DEAR Lybrate USER. Follow few basic things so that you get better results in short period of time…. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 2) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal…3) avoid oily, fermented and stale foods…. 4) drink lukewarm water regularly as possible…5) sleep upto 10.30 pm…6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning. A) TAKE 30 ml of divya shawasari pravahi (PATANJALI AYURVEDA) along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals. B) take 2 tablets of SWAS-KASA-CHINTAMANI RASA, early in the morning on empty stomach along with 1 tsf of honey and ginger juice. C) take 2-2 tablets of LEELAVILAS RASA and EKANGVEER RASA after meals. Do all these things for 30 days. This formulation of treatment is 100% effective. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.

Requires detail examination and investigation Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Reversal of 30% blockage can occur with time if you take caution about diet and medicines and exercise, do get an echo test for % age of functioning of heart.
