•Drink lots of water. At night, as you study, keep water at hand and sip it regularly. •Avoid tea and coffee. Yes caffeine will wake you up and give you a buzz right away. But once the effect wears off; you will feel even more tired and sleepy than you were before. This happens because these drinks dehydrate you. •Have a balanced diet: Eat a heavy and healthy breakfast but have a light dinner. If you feel hungry at night, eat fruits, dry fruits, and salads only. Avoid junk food. •Take a 20-30 minute nap during the day. This shall help you to concentrate better. •As you study, whenever you feel tired or sleepy or even stressed, take a minute to practice yoga- breathing exercises. Concentrating on your breath can help bring more oxygen to the brain which will in turn wake the body up and help clear your mind to study better. All the best!:)

You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs and genital area. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. Mistreatment with over the counter Steroid containing creams lead to repeated case of recurrence and also side effects due to application. Do not use steroid containing combination creams. There are several things you can do to prevent a cold. they are all easy. -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.staying at home will keep you from spreading germs.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/boiled eggs without yolk with milk). Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can impair your sleep -Treatment:A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment. -Complications like infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs must be treated with antibiotics. -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily -Cough- For dry cough.Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough.(1 tsp thrice daily) -Productive cough:it brings up mucus from behind the throat or the lungs.These coughs should not be suppressed to the point that they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. -Get chest xray done if cough lasts for more than a week and consult doctor immediately.

Hi lybrate-user, You dint mention if you took treatment for typhoid. If you dint send the Widal test reports. After checking the levels, we cAn start you on treatment. Till then take healthy nutritious diet. Avoid too much oil n spice in food. Hydrate yourself more. Take adequate water. Have good sleep. your pain in neck n chest cud b becos of myalgia. Take an analgesic for your pain.

Planter fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis.

Follow health advises given below: Measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Get CBC checked and review with reports consult physician/me for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

Most likely not. The appearance of any symptom after the bite is 3-8 weeks. The typical symptom is fear from water. But you do not seem to have such symptom. You should not panic. You seem to be ok.

Hye, thanks for the query. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Whatever exercise you can manage consistently and enjoy too eg jogging football dance swimming.

Low energy level and sleepiness maybe a result of low motivation or lack of interest in what you are doing. Another reason can be too sedantary lifestyle. Lack of exercise may lead to lethargy. Forgetfulness is also due to lack of interest and/or disorganised work style. Get some exercise. Drink lots of water. Avoid junk food and fried food. Prepare your'to do' list, first thing in the morning. Set timeframes for the tasks. Take a short break when you feel sleepy, in which you should have a glass of water, stretch a bit and then get back to work.

Dear Lybrate User, The size of penis depends on four factors:- 1) HEIGHT OF THE PERSON :- Every organ of a taller person posses greater dimension than those of a shorter person. 2) TESTOSTERONE HORMONE:- Less secretion of this hormone leads to underdevelopment of sexual organs 3) SEXUAL DISEASES:- Patients suffering from Erectile dysfunction often complaints of short penis. 4) FATTY TUMMY:- With every increase of 6 kg in weight, the waistline is increased up to 2 cm. If you want to stop masturbating do not look at porn & get your mind off of it. If you still get the urge to, ignore it for a about 15 minutes & it'll go away. Masturbating from time to time is completely normal for a guy. Relax and try to concentrate on your studies and/or sports that you are good at. That will help you to avoiding thinking about sex all the time.

Men in their 20s are more active and possess fast metabolic rate and they can be good in bed too, even after having a tiresome day. How can this not be possible in your 30s? This is because you have hit your 30s and there is a lot of difference in the peak you had in your previous ages. This change is quite critical, as what you do during these changes affects your overall sexual health. 
The male menopause also known as andropause starts hitting individuals as early as 35. During this stage, there is a drop in the libido and even can cause erectile dysfunctions. 

How do you avoid this? 
Here what you can do on a regular basis to keep yourself fit at all times so you can be fit when it matters the most! 

  • Check your family medical history 
  • Check your testosterone levels proactively 
  • Eliminate artificial sweeteners 
  • Keep a check on your alcohol consumption 
  • Dump the junk and add more veggies on the palate 
  • Get a lot of sleep 
  1. Check your family medical history: Family history is an important determinant to understand the faults in one's genetic DNA.
