Following a healthy lifestyle that is armed with a well-regulated diet is the most important aspect of combating your cardio-vascular disease. You can achieve your goals by following short and simple steps that would help you to reap long-term benefits for protecting your cardio-vascular health.

  1. Try to use the calories consumed: It is very important to know how many calories you are consuming in a span of 24 hours. The calorie and nutritional information given on the food levels are normally based on the 2000 calorie diet. But it is crucial to know that your individual calorie requirement is dependent on numerous factors, including your age, gender as well as level of physical activities. When you are aiming to restrict your weight gain, it is recommended not to eat more than you can use up in a day along with increasing the intensity and amount of physical activity so that it matches the amount of physical activity. You must try to incorporate either 75 minutes of hard training or 150 minutes of moderate exercise in a span of seven days in order to boost healthy weight loss.
  2. Consume a wide array of nutritious items from all food groups: Though you may believe that you are eating a sufficient amount of foods, your body may not be receiving an optimum amount of nutrients it needs for proper functioning. Foods that are considered rich in nutrients must contain sufficient amounts of protein, minerals, whole grains and other variants of nutrients with low calorie content. These foods not only aid in reduction of weight but also trigger lowering of blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
  3. Eat right: You must aim to incorporate fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet besides whole grains, dairy products with low fat contents, legumes and nuts. It is important to stay away from red meat, trans fat, artificially sweetened beverages and sodium. Experts also suggest consuming less of food that has poor nutrient content in order to protect your heart.
  4. Avoid smoking and alcohol: Simply exercising and eating a healthy diet is important, but you should not eliminate the adverse effects of smoking and alcohol consumption, which not only cast an impact on the health of your heart but also cause a variety of cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases. The medications and remedial measures vary greatly among individuals and thus, it is crucial to speak with a doctor for receiving personalized treatments. 1. Almonds, sugar, and butter:

Ingredients needed:

  •   7 soaked almonds

  •   2 tbsp sugar

  •   2 tbsp butter

Peel off the skin from soaked almonds in the morning and crush them into a paste to which butter and sugar have to be added. Mix this well to eat every day morning and evening to cure a dry cough.

2. Basil leaves, honey, and ginger:

Ingredients needed:

  •   handful basil leaves

  •   1-inches ginger piece

  •   3 tsp honey

Make a paste from basil leave and use 1 tsp of this to be mixed with 1 tsp of ginger paste after which this mixture has to be sieved through in order to get juice from it. To this juice now add 3 tsp of honey and mix it well, take 1 tsp of this mixture 3 times every day.

I am giving you some health tips to avoid acidity 1.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2.Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 4. Moderate physical activity regularly 5.avoid excessive tea, coffee, Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food 6. Do Not postpone Breakfast 7. Avoid excess citrus fruit 8. Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Size and hardness of penis never matters in a sexual intercourse. Love and passion matters and determines the sexual pleasure. Usually, in flaccid condition, the size will be less than 2 inches. Average size of erect penis is 4 inches. But even a two inch erect penis can satisfy any woman across the world just because, woman sexual nerve endings which is the reason for pleasure for women, are available only up to two inches from the opening of vagina. Hello Sir, 1) You seem to be suffering from Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy. Long standing high glucose levels ( due to poorly controlled diabetes) can cause damage to nerves of feet, legs, hands and arms. 2) The symptoms include burning sensation of feet, hands ; pricking sensation; stabbing sensation; numbness etc. Solution: 1) Good control of your diabetes ( your fasting blood glucose should be less than 110 and 2 hour post prandial blood glucose should be less than 160. Your HbA1C should be less than 6.5 %. HbA1C gives average blood glucose over the past 3 months) 2) Follow a good diet avoiding high sugar and high calorie food items. 3) Exercise at least 45 min everyday 4) See your doctor who can prescribe medicines to relieve you of your burning sensation symptoms . For chronic amoebiasis take metrogyl 400mg 3 times/day for 5 days. For urine complain get urine complete test done. Also sonography of full abdomen is required.

3 simple ways for a restful sleep 1.Cut down on caffeine: Caffeine drinkers may find it harder to fall asleep. Even a single cup of coffee in the morning may lead to a sleepless night. Caffeine blocks the effects of adenosine, a neurotransmitter thought to promote sleep. Caffeine can also interrupt sleep by increasing the need to urinate during the night. Because caffeine withdrawal can cause headaches, irritability, and extreme fatigue, it may be easier to cut back gradually rather than to go cold turkey. Those who can’t or don’t want to give up caffeine should avoid it after 2 p.m. Or noon if they are especially caffeine–sensitive. 2.Stop smoking or chewing tobacco: Nicotine is a central nervous system stimulant that can cause insomnia. If you continue to use tobacco, avoid smoking or chewing it for at least one to two hours before bedtime. 3.Limit alcohol intake: Alcohol depresses the nervous system, so a nightcap may seem to help some people fall asleep. Alcohol suppresses REM sleep, and the soporific effects disappear after a few hours. Alcohol also worsens snoring and other sleep breathing problems. 4. Worry and stress are usual causes. Most probably the surgery must have been by key hole method giving minimum cuts and trauma. Your doctor has suggested you to eat everything except fats. Trust him. Bad fats are not good for anyone, not even a 10 years old kid. After gall bladder surgery the appetite becomes better as there is no fear of pain after eating. Eat whatever you like but do reduce your weight the healthy way by eating right and exercising according to your constitution and physique. Walking is best exercise which is meditative too. Drink warm liquids more often as gall bladder juice-bile has no reservoir now as gall bladder is removed and bile is flowing constantly in the food pipe. Take warm water with honey, green tea, clear soups, plain warm water more often to wash away the acid and bile juice in stomach. Hope you know about bad fats. Let me repeat-street food and trans fats present in packed foods. But do take good fats like a spoon of pure ghee/butter + katori of assorted nuts everyday. Seasonal vegetables and fruits-lots drink a glass of warm water with fresh lemon juice + spoon of honey on empty stomach in morning-it does burn fats and extra sugars. Say no to empty calories like sugar and sweets, fizzy cold drinks, packed juices. Eat fresh fruits. If worried about heart get basic tests done like ecg, echo, stress test, blood test for sugar & total lipids. Get back here with reports and progress of weight loss. Only 10 kgs need to be shed @ 5 kg /month.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Neck advice hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck.

you can take Tab. Dolo 500 mg sos. Tests..mp,cbc.urine r/m,ns1, blood c/s, After tests you can take antibiotics by doctor.
