I am suffered from regular headache problem. Everyday I have to bear it a lot. So what should I do?

Dear lybrate user. Phimosis is a congenital narrowing of the opening of the foreskin so that it cannot be retracted. Phimosis is a very common problem. In most of the cases you can clear the problem yourself. Phimosis could cause moderate to severe pain while having vaginal intercourse. Apply oil on your foreskin and on the glans. Move the foreskin forward and back slowly without hurting you much. Because the oil is lubricant, it will be easier than without oil. Do this forward and back movement 20 times several times in a day. Repeat the same every day for around one month. You will get the elasticity and you will be able to retract the foreskin completely. In case if there is no result from the above massage, you can always go for a minor surgical procedure called circumcision. Take care.

In order to get healthy hair, it is necessary that the hair are nourished with enough amount of healthy nutrients. While there are a lot of good solutions that could be directly applied on the hair to get healthy and shining hair, food also plays a vital role in making the sure that the overall health of the hair is maintained.

Here is a list of 20 best and worst foods that can enable a person to maintain healthy hair:

  1. Salmon: Vitamin D and protein are the best ingredients for a healthy scalp and hair. The Omega-3 fatty acid found in salmon keeps the scalp hydrated and accounts for a healthy shining hair.
  2. Beef: Beef is a rich source of zinc, protein, iron, vitamin B and numerous other minerals. All these ingredients help in maintain a good and healthy hair.
  3. Prunes: Prunes may not helps with bowel movement, but are a great dietary source for improving hair texture. They also prevent hair discoloration, thinning and loss of hair.
  4. Green tea: Green contains polyphenols that help in keeping the scalp healthy. Daily intake of green tea can improve the overall health of the hair. Applying green tea on the scalp also helps to get rid of dandruff.

I have got a boil on the front portion of my tongue. Though I took becasole capsule but it gave no relief. Which medicine to take. Also I feel burning sensation throughout. Can alkasol syrup be taken.

I am 21 years old female and from past three months. I have been getting a slight pain in the lower right side abdomen it pains for like 10-15 mins and goes away. I always have pain in my stomach. When ever I eat something oily food. I get loose motion please tell me what I do.

To increase digestion power you can follow these methods: • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds (carom) and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat. • Take pudina (mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day. You can make chutney of it. Mint and corriander has enzymes that increase your digestion. Eat this chutney with which oily food you eat. • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal. Eat an apple daily. • Do jogging exercise daily for 5 to 10 minutes daily. Do pavanmuktasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert. • Eat healthy food and avoid fast food, spicy food, excessive consumption of tea, coffee and alcohol.

I am 61 years old. I have bp and diabetes for the last 10 years. I go for regular medical check ups. I give below details about my treatment b. P. 150-160 85 - 95 tab. Being taken: amlong a morning, telmiking-am night diabetes: 202 fasting & 321 pp glimistar-1 b, f, & gakvus met a. F morning & night nurokind in morning for pain in feet. I seek opinion about medication I get, and advice for further course.
