Faceclin gel twice daily over affected area. Rejuglow face wash/ Episoft OC cleanser / Saslic DS wash.tab Limcee 500mg once daily for one month. Tab Ascazin twice daily for one month. Chemical peel to clear spots. For spots Demelan cream twice in a week ( very little over the spots only)

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Thank you for the query. As per the symptoms you have provided, your wife is probably suffering from a condition called diabetic neuropathy. It is a condition which causes nerve damage in diabetics. High blood sugar can injure nerve fibers throughout the body, but diabetic neuropathy commonly damages nerves in the legs and feet. This leads to tingling/numbness, burning sensation and pain in the feet and hands (gloves and stockings distribution). A nerve conduction velocity test confirms the diagnosis. Usually vitamin b12 supplements help. A number of other medications like gabapentin, duloxetine, pregabali are available for this condition, but they should not be given without consulting your physician, as they may cause sleepiness. Glycomet has metformin, which itself can lead to vitamin b12 deficiency. It is important that your wife takes adequate foot care, and note for any corns/callous or minor injuries, which need to be dealt with early in diabetics. Regards.
