This may remain for one month. Take more liquids- milk, tea, water, soups, narial pani, neebupani, ors. Take fruits like papaya. Anar apple take adequate rest for med contact on private chat.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi doctor, I am currently 15 weeks pregnant. We had scan at 13 weeks and things are normal. I have 3 issues now, 1. Since night I'm having severe knee and leg pain, have applied pain relief gels but no use. 2. From this weeks start I'm facing severe constipation that the skin in anal passage is paining much while trying to poop. 3. For the last 2 days I caught cold and my nose is blocked all the time which disturbs sleep. It would be better if some simple home remedies given. In another 2 weeks my next scan is scheduled. Also I am not feeling any baby movements quite frustrated.

Respectful future mom greetings! moving your joints will reduce the pain intensity but cannot be completely relieved. Take advised amount of fluid to overcome constipation and walking may avoid such inconveniences. Breath through nose maximum - hold it for few seconds you can - and allow it to get release through mouth (not to be blown) and avoid raised pillows - it may help your cold symptoms. All these are under the scope of physiotherapy I have suggested. The best part is try it and if it doesn't work take advise from your physician. All the best for you and your baby!

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Also press your palm with your finger tips in both hands. Consult after 10 days.

Investigations adv: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

> Change your grip position to avoid an acute bend at the wrist. > Wrist wraps can help in the short term, but it's better to strengthen your wrists. The way to improve your wrists isn’t by doing more heavy lifts. Instead, work the small muscles around the wrist that provide support. 1> Use grip-based exercises to indirectly improve wrist strength: Pull ups, chest presses, biceps curl etc 2> Do wrist stretches for improving flexibility: Go for Prayer stretches, Wrist flexor stretch and Wrist extensor stretch. There is back pain, which is continually for 3 months. It taos the problem in walking or doing work properly.
1.Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). 2.Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. 3.Increase the consumption of vitamin C in diet. 4.Take fresh Ginger into pieces, place in the cup of water and boil it for 30 minutes in low flame. Cool for 30 minutes after boiling. Consume this solution with Honey. 5.While sleeping, lie straight on your back or with bent knees supported by a pillow. 6.Taking hot and cold compresses on an alternate basis can be quite helpful in relieving pain. 7. Take 2 tab lakshaadi guggul twice a day with water/ 15 days.

You need to do some exercises for your lower back on a regular basis and no matter what, you have to take out some time for the exercises. These will strengthen your lower back muscles, keep them flexible and prevent any further damage. But the exercises have to be specific for your condition so visit a physiotherapist personally to get the exact exercise prescription.

FOr pimples you do steam of face and cut down food to 1/3 of what you eat now and do exercises to reduce weight. For headache you need to test your eyes and if normal it can be migraine and migraine medicine needed . Excessive sweating can be genetic and there are medicines and surgery for it
