Hello, she can be on local anaesthetics before penetration and that can help reduce the pain and some counselling is definitely required regarding vaginal exercises which can reduce vaginismus.

I would suggest her doctor should rule out any kind of source of infectio in her body in v/ o raised TLC but platelets are more than 1 lakh which is normal in pregnancy to see the rising or decreasing trend of platelets repeat CBC after 48 hours take care.

Sir, I want to know, during pregnancy period sex is safe or not? My wife is pregnant (one and 1/2 months) I hear during pregnancy sex is not safe because it is harmful 4 forthcoming child. Is it true or not please tell me.

MBBS, MCCEE, Fellowship in Sexual Medicine
Sexologist, Jaipur
Sex is safe only in second trimester i. E. 4th to 6th month. Ideally if some earlier abortions have happened then you need to be careful in that period also. No direct pressure should be there on abdomen and so select a position accecptable to both of you. Rear entery to vagina is better position. First 3 months and last 3 months of pregnancy one should avoid sex.

Hello, ovulation occurs by day 14-16 in a 28-30 day cycle. There is no contraindication that you cannot participate in sex during menses but generally chances of endometriosis is higher during such activities.

Don't ignore it. It is most likely due to some disease in cervix (the mouth of uterus). Get it checked by doctor asap.

Jab breast feeding chalu hota hai tab period na aaye, ya late aaye, ya kam aaye vo sab mumkin hai. Isliye ye vakt pe kam fail hone vali family planning method istamal karna jarur hai nahi to har dafe pregnancy ki shanka rahti hai. Bahut sare medical taklif ke liye khud doctor ko prashna karke detail me medical history leni padti hai, check up karna padta hai aur kabhi kabhi reports dekhna padta hai isliye doctor ko milo.
