Hello liberate user is your pain starting from back to leg or upto ankle/ heel? kindly mention your symptoms completely so that we can give you best advice. Pain relief you can take medicine or can start electrotherapy treatment by qualified physiotherapist for seven or ten days regularly after pain and stiffness reduces start with light exercises of back. Hot pack on painful area of back or leg.

I m 43yrs female. Having severe shoulder pain in both d shoulders. Since past few mths movements have also bcome restricted. I also am taking thyroid n cholesterol tablets. Hysterectomy done 6yrs back. Also have general body pain. Please help.

Can be solved through acupressure/ acupuncture easily. Try this for 3 days. Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Consult me for further treatment.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Leg & Hip pain k liye ap exercise kijiye I hope you feel well. Hip Strengthening – Basic Exercises To begin with, the following basic hip strengthening exercises should be performed approximately 10 times, 3 times daily. As your hip strength improves, the exercises can be progressed by gradually increasing the repetitions and strength of contraction provided they do not cause or increase pain. Bridging Begin this exercise lying on your back in the position demonstrated (figure 1). Slowly lift your bottom pushing through your feet, until your knee, hip and shoulder are in a straight line. Tighten your bottom muscles (gluteals) as you do this. Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times. Hip Extension in Lying Begin this exercise lying on your stomach in the position demonstrated (figure 2). Keeping your knee straight, slowly lift your leg tightening your bottom muscles (gluteals). Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times. Adductor Squeeze Begin this exercise lying in the position demonstrated with a rolled towel or ball between your knees (figure 3). Slowly squeeze the ball between your knees tightening your inner thigh muscles (adductors). Hold for 5 seconds and repeat 10 times as hard as possible pain free. Figure 3 – Adductor Squeeze Hip Abduction Sidelying Begin this exercise lying on your side in the position demonstrated (figure 4). Keeping your back and knee straight and foot facing forwards, slowly take your leg to the side tightening the muscles at the side of your thigh / hip (abductors). Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times as far as possible pain free. Hip Abduction Standing Begin this exercise standing at a bench or table for balance (figure 5). Keeping your back and knee straight and foot facing forwards, slowly take your leg to the side tightening the muscles at the side of your thigh / hip (abductors). Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times as far as possible pain free. Straight Leg Raise Begin this exercise lying on your back with one leg straight and one leg bent (figure 6). Slowly lift your straight leg to approximately 45 degrees keeping your knee and toes facing the ceiling. Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times provided it is pain free. Hip Flexion Begin this exercise standing at a bench or table for balance (figure 7). Slowly lift your knee up as high as you can while keeping your back straight and tightening the muscles at the front of your hip (hip flexors). Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times as far as possible pain free.

I am 17 years old boy, I sense back pain in some postures and angles weather it is while sitting or sleeping and some times I feel the pain like pinching my back with a needle for few seconds the pain location is exactly at dorsal and lumbar. Though my bones are normal according to the reports of MRI and also there are no stones in my kidneys I am sensing pain some times. Hope I will get a solution.

HI, MRI suggested no abnormality. Pain may be due to neurological one. Avoid two wheeler driving. Lying on thin bed. Use back support while sitting on chair. Take homeopathic medicine can reduce your problem.

Hello lybrate user, - 1st this is be be get diagnosed, what is the reason for your pain. - any investigations done? need to know - if not get it done x-ray to see any changes in spinal bones. - for now apply mahanarayana taila with eucalyptus oil and take hit fomentation that will relive your pain and also strengthen the joint, relaxes the muscles. - take yogaraja guggulu 2-0-2 for 10days. - reduce the works which usually trigger the pain like heavy lifting, bending twisting - maintain aways an errect posture while sitting report back with investigations. There are two common reasons for your symptoms. It may be Impingement syndrome with rotator cuff tendinitis, or a Adhesive Capsulitis of Shoulder. It is important to assess the direction and plane of movement restriction. You should also check your blood sugar levels, and uric acid levels; if it is a recurrent problem.

Back pain-Back pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc. *Avoid bending forward while working on lap top or for any other work. *Don’t sit continuously working on laptop etc. Get up periodically and move around. *Restrict bike driving as far as possible. *Don’t carry laptop or any load on your shoulder. Carrying very light loads equally with both hands is better *Sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *You can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *Soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *Get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take Calc fluor 200--once daily in the morning.

Hello, - as you have sitting work, take a break aftr every one hr fr 5 min take a walk. - you can also do some exercises in the morning to keep your back bones and muscles relaxed. - keep one back support while working that makes you to sit errect - also apply some medicated oil before bath to relax the muscles and discs. *** next point is about asthma - need to know what medications you are using for that - better to adopt measures of ayurveda to relive this condition - you need panchakarma treatment to get cured soon - visit near by ayu doc or consult in personal. Hamstring Stretch Lie on your back with your left leg flat on the floor. Loop a towel or rope around your right foot and pull your leg as far as comfortable toward your chest, while keeping a slight bend at the knee. Keep your back pressed to the floor throughout the stretch. Hold for 10 to 30 seconds and then release. Repeat 3 or 4 times with each leg. Do this stretch 5 or 6 times a week. Short-Arc Knee Extensions In the same starting position as the straight-leg raises, put a ball (about the size of a basketball) under your left knee so that your leg is bent. Slowly straighten your leg. Hold, then slowly lower. Repeat with your right leg. Exercises To Avoid A few of the following exercises can be done safely if you have chronic knee problems; they're on this list because they're more likely to be done improperly. The exercises above are safer, while still giving you similar results. •Full-arc knee extensions •Lunges •Deep squats •Hurdler's stretches.
