Grey color material is probably smegma. Reddish thing that appears should be shown to dermatologists.

It is there, if the reason of formation of stone is not corrected. Most commonly it the less intake of water. Some other biochemical parameters are also to be checked like uric acid, cholesterol levels, calcium levels. Any abnormality if corrected, and you maintain your body well hydrated, specially in summers, then you don't have to worry much.

The Ureteric stones Of less than 7 mm, moving down are likely to pass. Adequate quantity of water intake is the key to success. For the stones which are larger, one which don't progressively descent may need intervention to avoid progressive backpressure on the kidneys.

Urologist, Bangalore
I'm suffering from kidney stone. I want to know what to eat & what not too in kidney stone.
Plenty of oral liquids predominantly water goes a long way in preventing stone formation. Water intake on an average should be about 2 to 2.5 liters a day, distributed uniformly throughout the day. One should take a balanced diet avoiding excess of any food elements and try not skipping or avoiding any food. Fluid intake - adequate quantity, distributed uniformly throughout the day aim - to keep urine output at least 1.5 litres per day. Type - predominantly water, followed by barley water or yoghurt. - freshly squeezed oranges or lemons, juices made from the same, green tea and wine. - completely avoid soft drinks / aerated drinks. - avoid other fruit juices; instead eat fruits. Adequate consumption of fruit and vegetable. Avoid excess of or skipping of any dietary element. Adequately treat any urinary infection.
