Hye. Thanks for the query. It's possible you are deficient nutrients needed for bone health. Get your calcium, vitamin D checked.

It may be due to inadequate sleep or some short of anxiety. Sleep for 7-8 hours daily and avoid stress if you have any.check your Bp and Hemoglobin. Consult for further advice

pain is complex phenomenon, so there are many treatment options medications, therapies, and mind-body techniques. Apart from pain killers, there is evidence that certain dietary supplements and vitamins can help with certain types of pain. Fish oil is often used to reduce pain associated with swelling. Hi, I want to ask that my mother was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 1 year ago she has chronic pain all over the body she can not sit for much time she can't walk much otherwise extreme pain starts in her body she can't go everywhere because of this reason she has to lay down to ease her pain even after lying down her pain does not completely go away even if she is lying in her bed whole day her whole body aches she can not lean very much she can not sit on floor because her muscles are strained all the time. It has become very difficult for her because she can't walk much she can not sit much only lying on in bed is a comfortable position for her. She has used many medicines prescribed by rheumatologist she have used anti stress medicines pain killers and other medicines for fibromyalgia but her condition is not improving. Please tell me about this.

1.no alcohol 2. Reduce body wt if over wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. No sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more water- proper hydration. For medicine contact on private chat.

Stretching Tools and Props

 Different stretching tools and props we feel will help you reach your flexibility goals and as add variety to the basic stretches. These are relatively inexpensive and can be found at a local store that carries fitness equipment, or some may even be substituted by items lying around your house.

Foam roller: 

The foam roller is used to release tension in the muscles, and provides effects similar to receiving a massage. The foam roller can be used on most muscle groups and is a great warm-up tool for any activity.

Dowel rod: 

This could easily be replaced with a broomstick. It often accompanies rotational poses and overhead movements around the shoulders to accomplish a greater range of motion.

Risers:

Any sturdy elevated surface can serve the same function as risers for many stretches shown in the book. However, the risers are nice because you can adjust the height to what fits you best.

Stretch rope:

Simply a rope that can be purchased at any home goods store. This piece of equipment assists a movement and provides a deeper stretch to the targeted muscle group. A 7-foot length works fine.

Stability ball and medicine balls:

 Many different size balls are utilized . The large ball is known as a stability ball and can be purchased at many stores that carry fitness equipment.The stability ball adds an extra element to many stretches by incorporating a balance component or a greater range of motion.Medicine balls of various sizes are also used as props, but any type of sport ball will work as well.

Supported stability ball:

 Using a support frame, or Halo™, with the stability ball will provide a stationary platform with more stability when needed. This can also be replaced by a sturdy chair for most of the stretches.
