Aman deep lybrate-user Since there is no fever ,take things easy .you are probably having indigestion causing gastritis and acidity and white coating on tongue .the underlying factor can be viral infection .since you are having body ache and pain in legs .take tab crocin tab after meals .drink plenty of water and soft diet .take rest and if need see your physician for check up please.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. Since you have already consulted many doctors, I need certain information from you to be able to advise on what will the best management for her: - detailed neurological charting of lower limbs including motor, sensory and evaluation of deep tendon reflexes - mri of involved region of spine - dynamic x rays (flexion & extension views) to look for instability in spine. Further details of your back pain is needed to give a treatment plan according to diagnosis. Backache in young age is commonly due to 1. Muscle strain resulting from improper posture. 2. Intervertebral disc bulge or prolapse. Follow these to get relief. 1. Take anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen round the clock for pain relief 2.Take rest for 3 to 4 days but avoid total bed rest. 4. Do back strengthening and stretching exercises daily once pain is relieved. 5.Apply analgesic cream over back followed by warm fomentation. 6. Keep pillow behind your knees at bedtime. While sleeping on sides keep pillow between knees. 7. Do not bend and lift weights. 8. If back pain is accompanied with radiating leg pain or tingling , numbness or weakness, consult immediately. If problem persists you will need to undergo MRI of lumbosacral spine. For further queries consult again.

1. Leg pain can be due to tightness of calf and hamstring muscles or may be referred from low back.
2. For decreasing pain try to do simple calf stretches and leg stretches for few minutes before walking.
3. Also try doing back and abdominal or core strengthening exercises. It will help leg and back pain immediately.
5. Posture plays a very vital role. Keep that tummy muscles tight and back straight while walking or doing daily chores.
6. Get enrolled in a yoga or stretching exercise program to keep up motivation.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it doe s not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

If it's an acute pain than do any exercise. You need to rest the joint and apply ice for 15-20 min, 4-5 times a day for 5days. Its a chronic means you having it for more time than please consult with the nearer physiotherapist doctor. Bez your shoulder is a complex joint and you can't start exercise without physiotherapist assessment and advises.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. Long time sitting and hunching over a desk is a leading reason why people end up with crippling back pain at some point in their lives. But a few simple changes in the way you work can make your pain go away. 1-Keep your head up; Focus on aligning your head and neck right above your shoulders; avoid straining forward. 2-Be choosy with your chair: Pick one that allows your lower back to rest against a lumbar support. Then tilt the back of the chair so it’s very slightly reclined. 3-Plant your feet: Keep them flat on the floor and shoulder-width apart to quiet tension in your knees and ankles. 4-Take breaks: Getting up at least once an hour— just do some shoulder rolls—reduces pressure on spinal disks and boosts circulation. If your back pain is severe please go to a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your pain. Best wishes.

Hello don't get upset, as nowadays due to poor lifestyle and lack of exercise low back pain has become very common. But it can be cured by making small changes in lifestyle. 1) start physiotherapy sessions and learn spine exercise 2) do not lift heavy weights. 3) do not sit in 1 position for very long 4) start strengthening exercises for back and core muscles under supervision of skilled physiotherapist do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan.
