I am 26-years-old suffering from excessive fatigue, frequent headaches, feeling lack of energy, crepitation in joints...
Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretching Towel Hamstring Stretch Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it.. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated Hamstring Stretch While sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds Repeat 3 times for each leg.

I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

The key is to eat in moderation at regular intervals, and not to starve yourself. Start your day with a good and healthy breakfast like a cereal and milk combination for e. G oats/ dalia porridge with low fat milk or curd. Between your lunch and breakfast you can have a light mid-morning snack, i. E, a fruit perhaps, and follow this by a balanced meal in moderate quantity for lunch. Have plenty of vegetables which will keep you full and cut down on the amount of rice/ chapatis that you are having. Also cut down on your fat intake and reduce oil in cooking. Tips for good night 1. Sleep as much as you need to feel rested; do not oversleep. Many a time’s people have a habit of oversleeping on weekends and sleeping less on working days. In the long run such habit may interfere with your sleep cycle and your quality of sleep may get affected. 2.Quality of sleep is more important than the quantity of sleep. Some sleep for just 3-4 hours and remain fresh throughout the day where as others sleep 8-10 hours and yawn throught the day. 3.Exercise regularly at least 30 minutes daily, ideally 4-5 hours before your bedtime. 4.Keep a regular sleep and awakening schedule. As far as possible stick on to the fixed time for retiring and rising. 5.Do not drink caffeinated beverages later than 4 PM (tea, coffee, soft drinks etc.). 6.Do not smoke, especially in the evening. 7.Do not go to bed hungry and do not go to the bed immediately after heavy dinner. 8.Adjust the environment in the room (lights, temperature, noise etc.) The room you are sleeping should not be too warm, shouldn’t have some bright light. 9.Wear comfortable clothing when you go to bed. Sleeping with tight fitting clothing may affect your sleep. 10.Avoid watching TV, eating, and discussing emotional issues in bed. 11.A light snack may be sleep-inducing, but a heavy meal too close to bedtime interferes with sleep. 12.Milk contains the amino acid L-tryptophan, which has been shown in research to help people go to sleep. 13.Take a warm bath half an hour before going to bed. 14.Listen to light music in the evening hours or just before going to the bed. Listening to exciting music may interfere your quality of sleep. 15.Sleep with your head facing north (magnetic) and feet facing south. 16.Don’t read very interesting and thrilling books just before going to bed. Your mind may remain active for long time and you may have difficulty in initiating sleep. 17.Yoga and Pranayama may help in inducing sleep. Homoeopathic management of Insomnia: Many a times Insomnia is due to faulty methods adopted by the person which interferes with the sleep cycle. Few Insomniacs have some psychological and behavioral problems which need to be tackled medically. Hi, I played badminton today during 9-10 am in the morning and after coming to home I am having a high fever with no sweat. Increase your water intake. You can take allopathic medicine for fever if temperature is more than 100. If you want you can take homoeopathic medicine belladona 30 -5 pills every 1 hour for 1 day. Revert back after 1 day with feedback.

It could be due to 1.Anxiety, nervousness 2 Obesity, Diabetes, hyper thyroidism, 3.Alcoholism or due to effect of some anti hypertensive and psychiatric drugs 4. Investigate yourself to rule out these diseases 5.Avoid anxiety ,nervousness, tea/coffee, alcohol, spicy food, chocolate etc 6.Try some anti antiperspirant lotion or roll on. 7.Consult skin specialist for advice.

Hi Is sitalagliptin is a better drug than vidalagliptin for newer diabetic patients?

Take lemon juice and honey added to water every day on empty stomach. Avoid bad fats through junk eating and being eating. Eat good fats to reduce bad fats ad we do need good fats and good cholesterol, take a spoon of desi ghee or butter and a katori of assorted nuts everyday. Good luck.

There are several reasons for pain in abdomen while urinating could be due to obstruction of the urinary passage/renal stone/UTI. The cause needs to be identified- based on the same treatment would begin.
