My age is 42, I play badminton but I get elbow joint pain if I play continous for 5 to 6days. after some days rest it gets okay. Can I have a permanant solution.

Its possible that you may be having" tennis elbow" which occurs due to repeated pull over a muscle attachment (common extensor origin). I would suggest that you apply warm water and pain relieving gel over the elbow where it pains. Physiotherapy will also help. Nowadays tennis elbow brace is available in the market which help in reducing stress over the elbow if the pain keeps getting back consult an orthopedist.

LIFE-STYLE CORRECTION 1) Correct your sitting posture. 2) Take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) Foot should rest to floor easily. 4) Take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) Do neck & upper back extension, give feedback after 4 days. tips 1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR

Your weight is did appropriate for your height. Reduce it and try abdominal muscles strengthening exercises as well as posterior pelvic tilt.

My mom have heavy pain in knee and foot. Once she had steroid injection in her foot at the calcaneous bone region. At that time it was okay and after 2 months, it had developed again. She daily walks to some distance to school, she's a teacher, and so she stands for the whole day and at home she stands in kitchen all time cooking for us. Kindly help my mom cure out of this pain.

Hello lybrate-user. Osteoarthrits of knee needs to be ruled out, sply because you give a history of knee injury in past. Physical examination and X ray of knees would help in making a diagnosis. He needs quadriceps exercise. Calcium and vitamin D will not ease knee pain but definitely help in maintaining bone health.

This is called peripheral neuropathy. Get your blood sugar done as it is a known cause of it. We have to rule out leprosy also, in which you have to take help of a dermatologist.

To reduce fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

LOW BACK PAIN PHYSIO BALL EXERCISE DEAR, 1…. Chest pain causes 1. Heart disease 2. Stress, anxiety 3. Lack of exercise 4. Sedentary life style 5. Obesity (over weight) 6. Smoking, tobacco and alcohol consumption 7. Excess oily, fatty, cholesterol rich diet, junk food 8. Hyperacidity, musculr pain 9. Heredity and genetic factor prevention follow the advice given below 1. Avoid stress and strain 2. Do regular exercise, yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 3 avoid alcohol, smoking and tobacco consumption. 4. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fatty and junk food 5. Take paracetamol 500mg one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily, at the time of chest pain 6. Drink plenty of water and take rest. 7. If you have recurrent attack of chest pain take ecg and consult cardiologist.
