How to remove tan from face and have a even tone on face with glow naturally at home.
You can try one of these to remove sun tan 1. Lemon Juice Cut a lemon and rub a slice on your tanned skin. Allow it to sit for some minutes before washing it off. 2. Cucumber Extract, Lemon Juice and Rose Water Mix one tablespoon of each of the 3 ingredients in a bowl and dab it generously on your tanned skin. 3. Bengal Gram Flour and Turmeric Mix a tiny amount of turmeric with two tablespoons of Bengal gram flour, milk and one-tablespoon rose water. Apply to tanned areas and leave it be for 15-20 minutes before taking it off.

1. avoid caffeine found in coffee,tea , chocolate,cola,and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. . [Use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, TVs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.

This common ailment often happens because you swallow more air than usual, overeat, smoke, chew gum, or eat foods that cause gas. Flatulence can be embarrassing and painful for anyone, but don’t worry. You easily reduce flatulence with diet and lifestyle choices. Have smaller meals throughout the day. Eat six small meals per day instead of three large meals. Your system may more easily digest fewer meals and produce less gas from them Eat easily digestible carbs. Foods that contain simple carbohydrates may be easier for you to digest Avoid gas-promoting foods. Plan your meals each day to include easily digestible carbs. Steer clear of food choices that may make create gas in your intestines. Find suitable replacements for the following gas-promoting foods Beans and lentils. Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, and brussels sprouts. Bran. Dairy products containing lactose. Fruit such as apples and pears. Sorbitol, a sugar substitute found in some sugar-free products. Fatty junk foods, like fast food burgers or pizza. Chew your meal slowly. If you're famished or you're a fast eater, avoid the temptation to shovel your food into your mouth. Chew each meal slowly so you don’t swallow too much air. Doing this can aid digestion and may minimize the production of gas. Get regular exercise. Physical activity can help your intestines expel gas and stay regular. Exercise for at least 30 minutes most days of the week. If you are unable to do 30 minutes, aim for 2-15 minute sessions of physical movement, which can also ease flatulence. Hi Good morning, From last 8 months my body size was loose and every day 2 times bathroom and every 3-4 hours gap hungry want to eat food. Finally all my friends are tell that why you are so slim now a days and even I am not satisfy when I am in front of mirror. For this I was checked all diagnosis but no problem found like BP ok but little high and sugar totally normal. please give any suggestion for gaining weight. I will same looks like last 2 years back. Which gym machines can be used for OA of knee patients? I am doing 1000steps, hydro therapy, physio therapy. please reply as I have to use gym for my periods time.

Hello madam, gym is very helpful for OA patients even many diseases and normal people too. You have to do free movement exercises rether then machine like squote, lunges. But if you are interested in machine only then you can use leg press, quadriceps curl, hemstring curl, calf up and down etc. Don't do treadmills for walking or running you have to go in open for this.
