I am having tired knees most of the times, esp area around knee cap feels exhausted. Also, click sound coming from knee frequently. There has been no injury as such but had started running few months back. There is no intense pain but feeling of fatigue/tiredness. Frequently using car clutch in traffic also hurts. - have also been diagnosed with low vitamin D, taking medicine for that. Could this be Runner's knee ? What are symptoms/treatment for this.

Hello, you can increase your stamina Balanced diet is of utmost importance. Eat a diet full of protein, vitamins, iron, calcium, essential fats and fibre.- Don't skip meals; rather have 6 meals - three mains and three snacks. Include eggs (whites), lean meats, fish, green leafy veggies, milk, soy,fruits, cereals, nuts and seeds in your regular dietary intake.- Water, water, water. Have plenty of fluids throughout the day. Keep yourself well hydrated. Even while you are running keep sipping every 15 minutes.Eat properly before and after running.- Never run on an empty stomach.- Never eat heavily just before or after running. A banana and a granola bar with some seed mix will be apt 10 minutes before you start your run.- Wait for at least 25 minutes before you have a meal after your run.

Hi Disc bulges indicate some herniation impinging nerves causing radiating pains. Use of cervical collar, isometric neck exercises, anti inflammatory drugs, and if your doctor agrees, cervical traction may be needed. If this doesn't help them surgery may be advised for disc removal, fusion of spine at these cervical levels best wishes.

Dear, the most common causes of tiredness & weakness are * anemia * metabolic disorder (diabetes, hypothyroidism) * breathing problems (asthma, sinusitis) *digestion problems (diarrhea, gestric ulcers) * cervical spondylosis first check out your haemoglobin (hb), if your hb is low, then eat a lot of green vehetables and iron rich foods like apple, guava, sapotas (cheeku, beet root and oranges. Take a balanced diet containing proteins like dhal, eggs etc. Fresh vegetables, fruits like apple guava, pineapple, pomegranate, oranges bananas etc dry fruits like dates, badami, walnuts, dairy products like milk, ghee khoya etc always wash well in salt water vegetables and fruits before using it. To remove pesticides and drugs sprayed on it. Next chew well for a longer time. Do not swallow it because you dont have time. This will lead to loss of weight and diseases. Next do not eat maida based items of bakery and pizzas and fast food items. Do proper exercise to absorb the nutrition you have taken. Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart.
