Hello, Eat lots of fish green vegetables and fruits, Wholegrain, pulses are some excellent sources of fiber. Make sure you are drinking lots of water along, as only fiber without water can make you severely constipated.

Maybe you have a higher metabolism. Also its possible you are not taking the right foods at the time when needed by the body. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Dear lybrate user, It's not necessary to take 100 grams protein. Any how if you want to take , you can take it by taking 100 grams cheese daily and boiled eggs four to five daily.

Hello, here are some tips to increase your weight, but most important is your confidence. Your looks don't define you, your talent does, so cheer up and go with the confidence for your interviews: ok so let's talk about weight gain, healthy weight gain: eat more often. Frequent meals. Min 6 meals in a day. Increase your protein intake. Have nuts, eggs, soyabean, soya paneer, cheese, milk. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and can affect your appetite. Eat plenty of calories at each meal. In between you meals you can have nuts or milkshakes. Like banana milkshake, chikku milk shake. Get quality sleep. Heavy stress can also affect your weight gain. Avoid stress. Keep your body hydrated. Drink plenty of water. Try to avoid junk and fried foods. They can affect your metabolism and can cause you to gain fat instead of muscles.

Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. You should have healthy diet, healthy lifestyle with some physical activity. You should stop laziness and make your timetable of everything. Take your meals in proper time do not skip meals. Go for more fruits vegetables juices instead of bakery products sweets junk food.

Lybrate-user there is so many causes. Might be you are not taking sufficient diet. Might be you are taking your diet properly but it has not been digested & metabolized. At times due to recurrent illness people can not gain weight. I don't know whats the cause with u. If there is digestion & meatbolism problem then you can take homoeopathic medicine alfalfa q/bd 10-10 drops+1/2 cup water. If there is recurrent illness problem then give me details of your illness. 1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs interval instead of 3-4 large ones only 2. Eat fast & in bigger utensils 3. Include nutrient & calorie dense foods low in volume like paneer paratha with chutney, dates almonds milkshake, peanut chikki, til ladoo, cow's milk with skim milk powder, premix with soup, egg curry + rice with ghee, cheese-potato sandwich, wheat malt with milk & sugar, fresh fruit juice, sugarcane juice. 4. Drink 3 litres water daily (but not with or just before a meal) 5. Take 15 mins light walk prior to main meals to enhance appetite 6. Have regular sound sleep 7. Get a thyroid function test done.

You can have your oats at an earlier time if you feel hungry. There is no need to delay having them till 10 am. Oats has high fiber content and is low in fats and calories. It promotes weight loss. That must be the reason for your week feeling.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: 1. To get fitness, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. Do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. LUNCH: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size bowl of green veg 1 small plate of rice 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time 3. LATE AFTERNOON: 1 fruit and coffee with 4 cookies 4. DINNER: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size of bowl green veg 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm 5. LATE NIGHT: 1 glass of milk improves your water intake.

It is not a good idea to eat mega-meals at fast food joints or high- in- fat foods to gain weight. An effort like this will increase your body fat, putting you at risk for health problems. Rather work on improving the quality of your diet. Focus on eating healthy, growing strong and staying fit. Try eating six small healthy meals per day. Include 2 to 3 servings of fruits and vegetables in the day. Drink juice and smoothies made with milk and fresh fruit. Snack on dried fruit and nuts and high-fiber savories. If you are an exerciser, eat before and after workouts, and keep yourself hydrated. Here are some ideas: •Use whole fat dairy products such as whole milk, regular cheese and yogurt, cottage cheese. •Modify Cooking: Experiment by adding almonds to salads, cashews to a trail mix, or granola to yogurt. •Use" Extras" Try mixing in Ovaltine or almonds with a glass of milk. Add dried fruit or granola to yogurt. Mix in nuts, such as cashews or almonds to salads, trail mixes or cottage cheese. •Increase portion size gradually: Slowly try to increase the overall volume of the food at each meal, starting with one meal. For example, try adding one food item to a typical breakfast such as - add some fruit to cereal and milk. Then try increasing the amount of cereal. Once portions have increased over a few days at breakfast, add more to dinner or lunch. •Small meals of nutrient dense foods which you enjoy – this optimizes the smaller stomach capacity and provides structure. •Liquid supplements taken with or between meals – milk with complain, fruit milkshake… this is especially imp when it is necessary to overcome the lack of interest in food and eating. •Get adequate exercise and sleep/ rest.

I can do some blood test advised by a doctor after thorough clinical examination to rule out any underlying medical conditions. If everything is ok then try with ashwagandha cap 2-2-2.
