Hi, try giving her a protein rich diet and a plant based protein supplement and multi vitamin and multi mineral supplement. This could aid in strengthening the muscles.

Does Eating at irregular time (for example having afternoon meal at 4 pm or after 4 and dinner at 12: 30 am or aftr 12: 30 which is not according to the daily schedule of that particular person) effects on ones health also suggest which time will be better for having meal.

1. Eat after every 2 hours. 2. Carry your own tiffin. 3. Carry poha or other snacks with you. 4. Carry 3 apples so that when you feel hungry you can have them. 5. Skipping meals can cause ulcers and constipation.

Hello. When you sleep late at night then you feel tired in morning. Try to sleep early. It gives you good sleep and makes you fresh when you wake up in morning. For hunger you can take homoeopathic tonic alfa alfa malt. Take one spoon in morning and one at night half an hr before meal. It regulate your hunger. Avoid fast food and oily food. Drink lots of water. All these will help you. Give me feedback after 15 days. If you did not notice any change you can consult me. Good luck.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day. Hi lybrate-user1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Hi , the correct dosage of bee pollen for you will depend on several factors - what type of pollen you're planning on taking, the reason you're taking bee pollen and your experience using/taking this supplement in the past. Granules: for general health purposes, my recommended bee pollen dosage is 1 - 2 heaping teaspoons of the raw granules per day. Mix them in juice, a smoothie, yogurt, applesauce, cereal or simply chew them and swallow. Capsules: for general health purposes, my recommended bee pollen dosage is 1000 mg - 2000 mg per day taken with water or juice.

You can't really go wrong when choosing nuts to eat, as long as you pay attention to quality. By this I mean look for nuts that are organic and raw, not irradiated, pasteurized, or coated in sugar. One exception is peanuts, which are technically in the legume family. My main objections to peanuts are that they tend to:

Distort your omega-3 to omega-6 ratio, as they are relatively high in omega-6
Be frequently contaminated with a carcinogenic mold called aflatoxin
Be one of the most pesticide-contaminated crops.

You are weak you should take 5 meals in a day in frequent intervals and don't skip breakfast. Include fruits and vegetables in your diet. Take healthy and heavy breakfast like sprouts, dalia, upma, poha etc. Include protein rich food in your diet like milk and milk products, eggs.
