Hi this can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.

Thanks for contacting with your problem and going through your history I have come up with following healthy living and Immuno modulation concept i. Daily regime: Don’t skip breakfast-->Take your lunch between 12 -1 PM which is the peak period of Pitta (responsible for digestion)-->have your dinner 2 hours before sleeping. Ii. Make sure you do not travel, do heavy exercise, or indulge in sexual activities within one hour after meal. Iii. It would be good if you cook some quick and healthy food and avoid taking junk/processed, easily available food from outside unless your job/occupation is of constant touring or mental/physical stress is more. Iv. Proper sleep with proper diet is the key to healthy living in Ayurveda. V.Avoid smoking, alcohol,caffeine, eating late at night, stress,drink water instead of colas. Vi. Practice Yoga, Meditation and go for an exercise regime. Vii. Walk a while after meal to help digestion B.IMMUNOMODULATION (Immunity) Rasayana drugs (Rejuvenation/Immuno modulators) should be instituted in your management as part of (palliative) therapy i.e. Which corrects the dysfunction of tissues without disturbing the functions of normal tissues, also Rasayana drugs potentiates humoral antibodies, by increasing serum Immunoglobulins such as IgA, IgG and IgM. The best time is early morning 7 am for bathing and you can take bath any time, twice or thrice in a day in summer only but not more than because it causes under temperature, cold, running nose, headache, loosmotion.

Hello, Lybrate user, It's your 9 th month of pregnancy, almost,movement of baby should once in a day or more. You can not feel pain in umbilical cord & uterus, rather than pain in neval region may occure. You might be suffering from gastric disorder, too which is very much common in pregnancy. Please, go for a NST test. Maintain intake of proteine, calcium,Iron till the delivery of the baby as per instruction of your gynae, of,course. B stress free with regards to your delivery. Tk, plenty of water to hydrate your body & to condition the amniotic - fluid, properly. Tk your diet, easily digestible, on small intervals. Tk homoeo medicine, if you so require: @ Rhus tox 200-6 pills, dly morng. Avoid, junk food, pizza,burger, cookies. Always be in touch of your gynae wish you a normal delivery of a healthy baby. Start taking small small meals at least 4 time a day take milk at night with munakka don't drink water in between or after meals take buttermilk. Take geriforte tab n ashwagandharishta.

Hello. I read your problem for your right side knee pain. Pain while running indicates that you have a muscle strain in the main hip and knee muscle. It is known as runner's knee. I would like you to apply ice pack for 15 minutes exactly on the length of that painful structure called IT Band. (Look for the location of the muscle from internet) It is on the outer part of the thigh. Do gentle massage on that muscle with a stick or a foam roller if you have for 5 minutes. Use some thick and hard structure on it. Avoid running on the uneven ground, wear proper running shoes and always stretch your calf muscle and quadriceps muscle before running in standing position. Look for images on google. Stretching should be 30secs-1 minute long for muscle to elongate properly Without any jerks. For knee-apply ice pack again if you have pain above 5/10 and swelling. Proteins - a mix of all essential proteins - channa dal, soya, moong dal, peanuts, cashew and badam - take them in equal quantities, dry roast it and grind it to make a powder. Two tablespoons of this powder is to be taken daily - you can mix it with milk/water and have it daily first thing in the morning. This helps you to gain weight. For pimples make a paste of rice powder, lemon peel, honey and water. Apply it over the face and wash after half hour. Do this on alternate days for great results.

Lack of sleep and disturbed sleep are two of the main reasons behind daytime sleepiness. Hence, setting a proper sleeping schedule is one of the best ways to prevent daytime drowsiness. Proper sleep will even help fight low energy, fatigue, depression and stress. Different people need different amounts of sleep to function well, however an average of 7 to 8 hours of sound sleep is enough to help your body function properly. To help enjoy sound sleep: •Maintain a sleep schedule that has a consistent bedtime and wake time. •Keep your bedroom completely dark to promote restful sleep. If needed, use shades or blinds to block out any exterior light. •Invest in a good quality mattress, comforter and pillows to improve your sleep quality. •Read a book or do some relaxing yoga stretches for about 20 minutes before going to bed. •Limit your screen time staring at computers, TVs or phones in the evening before going to bed.

Your weight should not be more than 80 kgs. Its a long way to go but follow a healthy lifestyle and try shedding 3 kgs weight per month. To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Gradually, focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Combine these dietary changes with 1 hour play/walk / exercise.
