Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Women and girls who are not lactating will ooze clear liquids from their breasts if squeezed. This is common and nothing abnormal. Don't confuse yourself and Take care.

I am a 20 years old unmarried girl. I have a boyfriend. I love him and likes to close with him, like when he seduces nd all, but I don't have any interest to do sex, I actually have a fear of the pain. And when he seduces, I get back to normal very quickly. But, I don't know the reason. Do I have any problem of sex hormone? The 2nd problem is, he insert his figure into my vagina, but he feels that there is no hymen. But, I have not sex before. Soo, how can the hymen disappear. I can't understand. Can you please give any solution of my problems?

Hymen can break without women knowing it. Strenuous activities, such as bicycle riding, horseback riding, stretching, or dancing, can also cause the hymen to break. Secondarily, a woman's hymen could have already been broken or stretched by sexual activity, even if she has not had a penis inside of her.

Reasons You Can't Get Pregnant - Plus A Fertility Checklist

Here's a list of the most common reasons women can't get pregnant, plus a fertility checklist. The reasons for not getting pregnant range from azoospermia (no sperm) to irregular periods. These male and female fertility checklists will help you decide if you should see a doctor or infertility specialist.

Think about making lifestyle changes if you can't get pregnant. 'Couples who have sought specialist help and have been diagnosed with 'unexplained fertility' may find that making certain lifestyle changes can assist in conception,' writes Michael Dooley in Fit for Fertility. 'These fertility checklists might be useful.'

Why Can't You Get Pregnant?

The Fit for Fertility Checklist is made up of four individual checklists, for the egg, the sperm, conception, and general male and female fertility problems.

Fertility Checklist #1: The Egg (Female Fertility)

Answer yes or no to the following questions:

1. Are you having irregular, short (less than 21 days) or long (greater than 34 days) periods?

2. Do you bleed between your periods?

3. Are you overweight (with a body-mass index greater than 25)?

4. Are you underweight (with a body mass index under 18.5)?

5. Do you exercise excessively?

6. Have you had treatment for cancer?

7. Are you being treated for depression?

8. Do you have diabetes?

9. Have you ever had thyroid problems?

10. Have you stopped having periods?

Fertility Checklist #2: The Sperm (Male Fertility)

Answer yes or no to the following questions:

1. Have you had an operation on your testicles?

2. Have you had a hernia repair?

3. Is there blood in your ejaculate?

4. Have you had mumps?

5. Have you had an injury to your testicles?

6. Do you have any family members with cystic fibrosis?

7. Have you had a vasectomy?

8. Are you overweight (with a body-mass index greater than 25)?

9. Are you taking medication for a peptic ulcer?

10. Do you have diabetes?

Fertility Checklist #3: Getting Pregnant

Answer yes or no to the following questions:

1. Do you have intercourse less than twice a week?

2. Do you have a problem with intercourse?

3. Do you have pain with intercourse?

4. Does your partner have problems with erection?

5. Does your partner have premature ejaculation?

6. Have you had the pelvic inflammatory disease?

7. Have you had an operation on your abdomen (eg, a burst appendix)?

8. Do you have discharge?

9. Have you had an ectopic pregnancy?

Make sure you have intercourse at the right time (when you're ovulating)!

Fertility Checklist #4: Male and Female Fertility Problems

Answer yes or no to the following questions:

Do you have a good, healthy diet?

Do you smoke or drink excessive amounts of alcohol?

Have you been exposed to environmental hazards?

Have you tried to conceive before without success?

Are you under significant stress?

Do you spend a lot of time apart?

Do you drink excessive amounts of caffeine?

Do you take regular medications?

Do you use recreational drugs?

Do you have a history of a genetic problem?

If you answered 'yes' to one or more of these questions, you need to consult a doctor about why you can't get pregnant. Make an appointment with your family physician doctor, and consider talking to our fertility specialist.

A Few Point To Be Consider For The Infertility are Stress, OverWeight, Irregular Periods, Having PCOS/PCOD Issue, Low Sperm Count , Sexual Problem.

Hello, As its already 2 months and breast feeding was not established in the NICU, it would be difficult to initiate milk production unless the mother is feeding the child again.

I am 50 years old lady with weight around 79 kg. Having irregular periods with heavy flow and severe stomach pain for past 4-5 years. 2015 and past ultrasound revealed a normal size uterus having one small fibroid. Undergone dnc and biopsy (which was negative) in 2013. Doctor advised to take trapic mf 3 times a day. Another private doctor advised me to undergo hysterectomy while government doctor advised me to go through this phase considering my age it may be sign of menopause. 1. Should I take medicine or go for operation? 2. If operation, will it be laparoscopy or major operation? I had 2 caesarean operations in 1987 and 1991. I was told that due to caesarean operations it may be not be possible to do laparoscopy as some organs may be joined with uterus over the years due to the internal stitches. Any clinical test that can reveal the above fact. 3. For how many days trapic mf can be taken. My last periods lasted for 20 to 25 days and therefore had to take it for all these days. Any side effect of taking trapic mf for long? 4. Also taking homeopathic medicine for the past 4-5 years was helping me to some extent. Recently medicine was changed which finally stopped the bleeding after 20 to 25 days but the side effect is that I am feeling very sleepy and lethargy.

if pain is occurring for long time it is better to do surgery. One can try with laparoscopy and if impossible to separate bladder from uterus one can proceed with open surgery. trapic mf should not be taken for so long. homeopathic medicine is of doubtful role in relieving these kind of conditions.

To get pregnant you need to have regular sex i. E. 3-4 times a week for one full year before you start seeking medical help. If you want to make her pregnant fast then you can follow this calender method. If a women’s menstrual cycle varies from 26days to 31days cycle, The shortest cycle (26 days) minus 18 days = 8th day. The longest cycle (31 days) minus 10 days=21st day Thus, 8th to 21st day of each cycle counting from first day of menstrual period is considered as fertile period. No need take any medicines for getting menses on time as little hormonal changes are causing this.

Hey lybrate-user, better to visit gynaecologist for internal examination and termination of the pregnancy. She will need surgical evacuation. Pills won't work. Please don't wait as pregnancy grows futher complications will increase.
