I have a lover who is interested in sexual videos and relations with strangers. His parent came to know about this and tried to inform me. For that reason he has beaten up them very badly and still lies to me and make me believe that they against him and trying to kill him. How can we all get him back normal? what should I do?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
These type of persons are sexually manic persons, very rigid in their thoughts, implement their rules on others, doesnot listen to anyone. Thinks what they say is right nd are very manipulative by nature means their convincing power is very high. So be alert and dont indulge in any sexual activity with your lover .as I am afraid that these type of people r self centered and once they get what they want, they r out for next target. So dont be a target and avoid sexual contact and if you are seriously thinking of marriage with him, then avoid sex before marriage and once married all will be normal with your love and dedication.

Hello, doctor I am a 18 year boy. I am in relationship for 2 years. I love my partner too much. There is nothing more important in my life then her. But I don't know what happened to her. First I should tell you that her father is druggist and don type man. I am very cultural and I don't like her father. She know this. But don't have any problem. If he got that we both in relationship then he will kill her daughter. Since last 2 months she does not live happily with me she always fight with me. And she is giving more importance to other people than me. And just trying to leave me. When people whom she gives more importance cheat her she cries before me and shows me anger. She tells that this is her right on me to get angry. But when I got angry she. Just forget it. She never call me first if she made mistake though I have to call her and sorry. She loves her father too much. But before this she has told me that no one in world is more important than me for her. It was a time when she can not leave a single day without me and now I am shocked by her behavior. Some times I beg her for not to fight and plzz give me back my sweet heart. But she don't. What is happening to her. What should I do doctor. I can not live if she don't change her behave. Plzzzz help me how to treat her to ger her love back. Plzzzzzzzz help it is not possible to visit a consultant together. As I mentioned about her father before. First I want to tell you that we know each other and from 5th standard. I was may be childish but from 7th standard I like her. We both in relationship since last 2 years. We could not talk in class therefore we used whatsapp. But her brother made problems for us. Also in my family. We both have faced many problems together. But still we love each other. She has a friend. Her friend is uses her to go further in studies. She knows this. Many times she cries in front of me in class. I just keep her hand in my hand and support her. I also suggest her to forget her best. But no she tells me that if sje leave her she will make problems for us. But by hearing alll this again and again my mind is blasting by anger. I don't like her friend I told her to spend time with me. And she always does opposite. Now not a one she is making new and new friends. I have not problem of friends but when she stay with them she forget me. This make me angry. Every day she finds new and new reasons and arguments for not to spend time with me. Now she says that if she spends time with me she can not study. But the strange is she got full marks in each subjects. But one thing is final I can not live. The effects of long-term benzodiazepine use include drug dependence as well as the possibility of adverse effects on cognitive function, physical health, and mental health. Benzodiazepines are generally effective when used therapeutically in the short-term. Most of the problems associated with benzodiazepines result from their long-term use. There are significant physical, mental and social risks associated with the long-term use of benzodiazepines. Although anxiety can temporarily increase as a withdrawal symptom, there is evidence that a reduction or withdrawal from benzodiazepines can lead in the long run to a reduction in anxiety symptoms. Due to these increasing physical and mental symptoms from long-term use of benzodiazepines, slowly withdrawing from benzodiazepines is recommended for many long-term users. Not everyone, however, experiences problems with long-term use. Some of the symptoms that could possibly occur as a result of a withdrawal from benzodiazepines after long-term use include emotional clouding, flu-like symptoms, nausea, headaches, dizziness, irritability, lethargy, sleep problems, memory impairment, personality changes, aggression, depression, social deterioration as well as employment difficulties, while others never have any side effects from long term benzodiazepine use. One should never abruptly stop using this medicine and should wean themself down to a lower dose under doctor supervision. While benzodiazepines are highly effective in the short term, adverse effects in some people associated with long-term use including impaired cognitive abilities, memory problems, mood swings, and overdoses when combined with other drugs may make the risk-benefit ratio unfavourable, while others experience no ill effects. In addition, benzodiazepines have reinforcing properties in some individuals and thus are considered to be addictive drugs especially in individuals that have a" drug-seeking" behavior; in addition, a physical dependence can develop after a few weeks or months of use. Many of these adverse effects of long-term use of benzodiazepines begin to show improvements three to six months after withdrawal. Other concerns about the effects of long-term benzodiazepine use, in some, include dose escalation, benzodiazepine abuse, tolerance and benzodiazepine dependence and benzodiazepine withdrawal problems. Both physiological tolerance and dependence can lead to a worsening of the adverse effects of benzodiazepines. Increased risk of death has been associated with long-term use of benzodiazepines in several studies, however, other studies have not found increased mortality. Due to conflicting findings in studies regarding benzodiazepines and increased risks of death including from cancer, further research in long-term use of benzodiazepines and mortality risk has been recommended. Most of the research has been conducted in prescribed users of benzodiazepines; even less is known about the mortality risk of illicit benzodiazepine users. The long-term use of benzodiazepines is controversial and has generated significant controversy within the medical profession. Views on the nature and severity of problems with long-term use of benzodiazepines differ from expert to expert and even from country to country; some experts even question whether there is any problem with the long-term use of benzodiazepines. However, if you are using benzodiazepines according to prescription and not overusing them, i. E. Not using as needed in increasing doses to relieve your anxiety, you are at no higher risk compared to other antidepressants.

Dear, Tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. The best method is to leave it and continue with your will power. There are other methods like Nicotine Replacement therapy and pharmacotherapy combined. If you?re ready to stop smoking and willing to get the support you need, you can recover from nicotine addiction and abuse abuse?no matter how bad the addiction or how powerless you feel. The first step in treating nicotine addiction is accepting that you have a problem. Confronting an addiction and accepting responsibility for your actions isn?t easy. But it?s a necessary step on the road to treatment and recovery. You should then consult a psychiatrist / psychologist who fill follow this treatment. 1. Detoxification using medicines. 2. Behavior modification with the help of therapies. 3. Counseling. 4. Medication to sustain and 5. Long term support. These given steps are essential for any addict to get effectively rid of smoking. Therefore, you need to stick to the treatment plan and cooperate with your psychiatrist / psychologist. Take care.

How to loose fat around hip region and how to stop hair fall and how to improve memory?

How to loose fat around hip region and how to stop hair fall and how to improve memory?
Weight 1. Whole-grain bread. Research shows that people who follow a weight-loss program incorporating whole-grain breads, cereals, and other foods lose more body fat from the abdominal area than those who eat only refined-grain foods, like white bread and rice. 2. Low-fat milk and yogurt. Scientists have found that the more calcium in fat cells, the more fat those cells will burn. In one study, two groups of overweight mice were put on a restricted-calorie diet, but one also got calcium supplements. The no-calcium mice lost 8 percent of their body fat, compared to 42 percent among the mice that did get calcium. 3. Lean protein. Good sources of protein, such as lean meats, eggs, and beans, help keep your blood sugar stable. The result youll feel full longer and get a boost in energy and that will help you burn more belly fat.
