From a long span I had taken a good sleep as soon I go to sleep and when I close my eyes my mind start thinking about all the things I did in the day, because of this I m unable to sleep for whole night and my dark circles has increased very badly.

Before going to bed read some good books avoid thinking. After this you are not getting sleep take sarogandha mishran tablet 1in night after taking tab do not think. Think only i am sleeping in few minutes. Feedback to me after 15 days.

Hi I am 31 yr old male, I suddenly developed a neck pain which goes towards shoulder both sides. I felt I am not able to lift my body in the morning. I somehow managed to stand and did some stretching exercise for 20 min to reduce the pain and felt little better the all day, but again same problem persists next morning. What should I do?

Kindly show me a photograph & digital X RAYS of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I generally have low blood pressure around 90/70. However for a few weeks I have experienced some chest discomfort and lower blood pressure.

Avoid stress, anxiety, depression 9.Take.adequate rest and have 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night 10. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 11. Check your hemoglobin, monitor BP and consult physician for advice and treatment 12. If required take ECG after consulting doctor.

First thing you should do is to get rid off anxiety and stress as those are main offenders in many. You can try any of the following methods. You can do squeeze and stop technique. You can stimulate your partner to maximum before getting yourself stimulated. You can deviate your thought to something nonsexual when you about to near ejaculation. You can put on a condom or condom with anesthetic which will decrease the excessive stimulation on penis and there by prevent premature ejaculation. Hope this may help you. Psoriasis is manageable, the traditional approach is to start with the mildest treatments topical creams and ultraviolet light therapy (phototherapy) and then progress to stronger ones only if necessary. The goal is to find the most effective way to slow cell turnover with the fewest possible side effects coupled with a dietary therapy specially designed to manage psoriasis. Researchers found several studies linking obesity to an increased risk for psoriatic disease. These studies indicate that a higher body mass index (bmi) is associated with an elevated risk for developing psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, as well as increased disease severity. Obesity may provide the nudge that triggers psoriasis in people who are already predisposed to it, researchers also found that in overweight individuals, losing weight may improve the effectiveness of treatments. I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. When there is excessive acid build-up in your body, you experience a burning sensation in your chest. This condition is called acidity.  

You feel a burning sensation in your chest, your mouth tastes sour and your throat may feel sore during bouts of acidity.  An antacid can give you quick relief, but sometimes, you might feel like it isn’t working very well for you. Ayurveda may help you in this case.

Ayurveda is safe, and it provides a natural way to heal acidity.

Here are some Ayurvedic remedies for acidity:

1. Bananas: The potassium in bananas is an excellent antidote to acidity. Eating a ripe banana can provide you relief from the discomforting symptoms of acidity.

2. Milk: The calcium in milk bars acid build-up and absorbs the extra acid produced. For best results, drink cold milk to ease your discomfort.

3. Mint leaves: Mint reduces acid production and cools the burning sensation in your stomach. Chop and boil some mint leaves; then drink the cooled solution for relief.

4. Tulsi: Tulsi boosts mucus production in the stomach and has antiulcer properties. To ease your discomfort, chew on 5-6 tulsi leaves.

7. Aniseed: Aniseed cools the stomach lining, which reduces the burning sensation. Simply chewing a few aniseeds or saunf seeds, can bring about instant relief.

8. Cumin: Cumin stimulates saliva production, which aids in improving digestion and metabolism. You can eat cumin seeds, or boil them in water and then drink the solution for relief.

9. Ginger: Ginger improves digestion and helps absorb and assimilate essential nutrients better. It also protects your stomach from ulcers by boosting mucus secretion, which reduces the damage to the stomach lining caused by acid.

10. Amla: Also called the Indian gooseberry, amla has high amounts of vitamin C in it, which helps in healing the agitated lining of the stomach and oesophagus. What is insomnia? — Insomnia is a problem with sleep. People with insomnia have trouble falling or staying asleep, or they do not feel rested when they wake up. Insomnia is not about the number of hours of sleep a person gets. Everyone needs a different amount of sleep.

What are the symptoms of insomnia? — People with insomnia often:

●Have trouble falling or staying asleep

●Feel tired or sleepy during the day

●Forget things or have trouble thinking clearly

●Get cranky, anxious, irritable, or depressed

●Have less energy or interest in doing things

●Make mistakes or get into accidents more often than normal

●Worry about their lack of sleep

These symptoms can be so bad that they affect a person’s relationships or work life. Plus, they can happen even in people who seem to be sleeping enough hours.

Are there tests I should have? — Probably not. Most people with insomnia need no tests. Your doctor or nurse will probably be able to tell what is wrong just by talking to you. He or she might also ask you to keep a daily log for 1 to 2 weeks, where you keep track of how you sleep each night

In some cases, people do need special sleep tests, such as “polysomnography” or “actigraphy.”

●Polysomnography – Polysomnography is a test that usually lasts all night and that is done in a sleep lab. During the test, monitors are attached to your body to record movement, brain activity, breathing, and other body functions.

●Actigraphy – Actigraphy records activity and movement with a monitor or motion detector that is usually worn on the wrist. The test is done at home, over several days and nights. It will record how much you actually sleep and when.

What can I do to improve my insomnia? — You can follow good “sleep hygiene.” That means that you:

●Sleep only long enough to feel rested and then get out of bed

●Go to bed and get up at the same time every day

●Do not try to force yourself to sleep. If you can't sleep, get out of bed and try again later.

●Have coffee, tea, and other foods that have caffeine only in the morning

●Avoid alcohol in the late afternoon, evening, and bedtime

●Avoid smoking, especially in the evening

●Keep your bedroom dark, cool, quiet, and free of reminders of work or other things that cause you stress

●Solve problems you have before you go to bed

●Exercise several days a week, but not right before bed

●Avoid looking at phones or reading devices (“e-books”) that give off light before bed. This can make it harder to fall asleep.

Other things that can improve sleep include:

●Relaxation therapy, in which you focus on relaxing all the muscles in your body 1 by 1

●Working with a counselor or psychologist to deal with the problems that might be causing poor sleep

Should I see a doctor or nurse? — Yes. If you have insomnia, and it is troubling you, see your doctor or nurse. He or she might have suggestions on how to fix the problem.

Are there medicines to help me sleep? — Yes, there are medicines to help with sleep. But you should try them only after you try the techniques described above. You also should not use sleep medicines every night for long periods of time. Otherwise, you can become dependent on them for sleep.

Insomnia is sometimes caused by mental health problems, such as depression or anxiety. If that's the case for you, you might benefit from an antidepressant rather than a sleep aid. Antidepressants often improve sleep and can help with other worries, too.

Can I use alcohol to help me sleep? — No, do not use alcohol as a sleep aid. Even though alcohol makes you sleepy at first, it disrupts sleep later in the night.

Hii sir. Em 25 years old. I use to masturbate everyday sometimes more than twice a day. Whenever I am alone in home or stressed I do masturbate. Ma scrotum size reduce. Early ejection of sperm. One side testis hang down low. Skin of ma scrotum one side s shine. I am scared now. Last two wk I didn't masturbate. Now I feel health not tired. Very much scared of scrotum became small. Hi, contrary to general belief, masturbation is almost certainly ok for your sex life. The fact is that most males masturbate. Masturbation isn't only about sex, it's a routine way of relieving stress, clearing your head before work, or going to sleep. But off course too much of anything can be bad. It leads to anxiety and loss of control over body mechanics. Though it may be ok thrice in a week, too much of it affects the senses and sensibility of an individual.
