some key points about the average penis size. While 85% of women were satisfied with the size and proportion of their partner's penis men were less sure of themselves.1  45% of men believe they have a small penis.  It has been concluded that flaccid lengths range around 7 to 10 centimetres (2.8-3.9 inches).  Flaccid circumferences range around 9 to 10 centimetres (3.5 to 3.9 inches).  Erect lengths range around 12 to 16 centimetres (4.7 to 6.3 inches).  Erect circumference is around 12 centimetres (4.7 inches).  A higher BMI and older age appear to be weakly associated with a shorter erect penis length.  Male concern about whether penile size lives up to the desires of females seems to be Largely misplaced.. One study suggested that while the majority of women, some 85%, were satisfied with the size and proportion of their partner's penis, men were less sure of themselves.1 Almost half of men in the study (45%) believed they had a small penis - yet the researchers reported that small penis size was actually rare. The average penis size to be as follows: Average length for an erect penis is 14.2 cm (5.6 inches) Average circumference of an erect penis is 12.2 cm (4.8 inches). Men who want surgery to increase the length of their penis should try non-invasive methods like penile traction devices or extenders first, and in some cases, even try therapy to make them feel more confident about their bodies. There is no proven scientific method to increase size, girth or grip of penis although many false claims have been propagated by advertisements. The size is determined by an individual’s genetic build and length actually has no relation with sexual pleasure or satisfaction as many wrongly believe. Be happy with your individual qualities nature has bestowed on you. At present, there is no proof of any non-surgical technique that permanently increases either the thickness or length of a normal penis. Some general research has been done regarding the safety and efficacy (or lack thereof) of the ingredients of various pharmaceutical or quasi-pharmaceutical preparations, but thus far, nothing has emerged to cause mainstream medicine to adopt any of them. There are also risks inherent in some of the more invasive procedures, with negative outcomes ranging from the tearing of skin and scarring, to permanent loss of sexual function. AS such there are no medicines for size and have sex normally . Some tablets are there which gives longer duration and cannot be taken daily

Hi I am a 44 Years old man. While having sex the penis gets erect but fora very small durations. Any suggestion.
Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a disease that should be treated properly. All you need is to consult doctor to find out the exact cause of low stamina, so that we can give you the treatment. If the cause is not treated, no treatment will help. Do not take drugs shown in TV/ Newspaper as they are likely to harm you

Take small breaks between studying. Continuous working or studying is a lot of stress on brain. Drink few sips of water every 15-20 mins to keep you hydrated. Study in well illuminated place. Low light causes eye strain.

Dear sir,

how I can increase the platelets ...
Low platelet count could be due to 1. Dehydration, deficiency of folic acid, vitamin b12, 2. Lukemia, aplastic anaemia, liver failure, 3. Systemic bacterial/viral infection, dengue fever, 4. Effect of drugs like valproic acid, methotrexate, antacid, itp take 1. Papaya, pomegranate, milk, 2. Diet rich in folic acid like orange juice, spinach, chicken, fish 3. Hiv Treatment

MD - General Medicine
Sexologist, Delhi
Hiv Treatment

HIV treatment is done by antiviral drugs, there are number of antiviral drugs available in the market, usually HIV is treated with combination of drugs, usually two to three drugs are used in treating HIV in initial stage, we can change the combination of drugs according to requirement of the patient. Drugs can be adjusted or increased if there is resistance of HIV in the patient.

There are number of compounds (about 22 in number) which have been formally approved (by the US Food and Drug Administration) for the treatment of HIV infections (AIDS). According to their point of intervention with the HIV replicative cycle, these compounds can be classified in 5 categories: (1) NRTIs (nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors): azidothymidine, didanosine, zalcitabine, stavudine, lamivudine, abacavir and emtricitabine; (2) NtRTIs (nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitors): tenofovir, administered as its oral prodrug form TDF (tenofovir disoproxil fumarate); (3) NNRTIs (non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors): nevirapine, delavirdine and efavirenz; (4) PIs (HIV protease inhibitors): saquinavir, ritonavir, indinavir, nelfinavir, amprenavir, lopinavir, atazanavir, fosamprenavir, tipranavir and darunavir; and (5) FIs (fusion inhibitors): enfuvirtide. Starting from the drugs which are currently available for the treatment of AIDS, numerous combinations could be envisaged. Drug combinations are, in principle, aimed at obtaining synergism between the compounds (reasonably expected if they act by different mechanisms), while reducing the likelihood for drug resistance development. Such anti-HIV drug combination regimens were initiated about 10 years ago and have been generally referred to as HAART (for highly active antiretroviral therapy). While HAART originally consisted of a pill burden of twenty (or more) pills per day, this has been gradually diminished over the past few years, and, since July 2006, a all-in-one pill (teevir from myelin and virotrenz from Ranbaxy sun pharma) has become available, which contains three anti-HIV drugs (tenofovir disoproxil fumarate 300 mg, emtricitabine200mg and efavirenz 600 mg) to be taken as a single pill only once daily. Given the information that has been acquired on the therapeutic use (efficacy, safety) of tenofovir disoproxil fumarate over the past five years, it would now seem mandatory to further consider the prophylactic use of TDF [and its combination with emtricitabine (Truvada) and/or Atripla], as a single daily pill to prevent HIV infection. New combinations of drugs are also available which include tenofovir 300 mg lamivudine 150 mg which are very new drugs.

Now a days we can treat patients who had sex with some sex worker or any male transgender or some unknown person and during sexual intercourse condom gets bursted , we can treat them if they come to us within 72 hours of direct contact, these medicines are called POST-EXPOSURE PROPHYLAXIS (PEP) drugs for HIV or prophylactic treatment for HIV, by using these drugs we can treat a patient and we can stop transfusion of HIV virus to the person.

PEP involves taking anti HIV drugs as soon as possible after having been exposed to unprotected sex with some sex worker or transgender or with homosexual PrEP is a new HIV prevention method in which people who do not have HIV infection take pills of medicine daily to reduce the risk of becoming infected with HIV virus ,PEP should be taken within 72 hours of exposure to unprotected sex before the virus has time to rapidly duplicate in your body, PEP consists of 2-3 antiretroviral drugs taken for 28 days.

Instead of taking early morning bed tea, one should drink one glass fresh butter milk mixed with roasted cummins, coriander & little saindha salt.

This will strengthen the gut and boosting the immunity. That would prevent one with lot of ailments in future.
