Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Facial and bell's paralysis is loss of facial movement because of nerve damage. There can be many reasons for it. It can be due to any infection in nerve, any head injury, tumor, stroke, high bp leading to hemorrhage, any auto immune diease, the most common is ear infection or inflammation directly affecting your facial nerve as it passes through your ear. In physio we have very good treatment plan include: muscle stimulator - stimulate / strength the weak muscles those are paralysed. Facial soft tissue manipulation, facial exercises, pnf, etc so in general I would advice you to go for some treatment if possible visit some neurophysio who will guide you your treatment plan according to your problem. Please follow: 1. Facial exercises like eyebrow raising, drawing, wrinkling, deep breath from nose, smiling, ballon filling, jaw moments etc 2. Using your fingers massage the entire area of massage with applying any cream or talcum. Guidance required from physio. 3. If not that weak then you can apply hot pack also for 10 mins. Precautions: 1. Take eye care. Wash properly. 2. Use goggles when moving out from home. 3. Take mouth care. 4. While drinking or eating take care. 5. Hairfall can be due to many reasons, like excessive pitta in the body or sinus problem or loss of asthi dhatu. So proper treatment is necessary according to symptoms. So please see some ayurveda physician near you personally. Till then you can try these home remedies. 1) start taking 1 amla everyday. 2) Apply paste of trifla, bhringraj & methi seeds on head before washing & wash after 1 hr. 3) Increase the qty of milk & ghee in your diet. 4) Have a good sleep. 5) Go for shirodhara, a panchakarma treatment for reduced stress & better hair growth 6) Reduce the amount of salt & spices in your daily diet 7) wash hair with trifla & neem kadha 8) Make a Hair pack mixing fine powders of triphalā 50 gm, nāgaramothā 10 gm, methī seeds 40 gm and mehendī or hīnā (Lowsonia inermis) powder 150 gm in water and apply from the root to the tips of the hair. This pack is kept for about 2 hrs and washed clean. 9) Take 1/3rd cup of aloe vera juice daily 10) Alcoholic drinks have animosity with good hair so you should better avoid it.

Add a mixture of turmeric powder and a couple of teaspoons of mustard oil and apply it to the areas where you see white patches on your body. It will help in boosting your immune system. If there are a lot of areas in your body where you see white patches, then you need to increase the quantity of oil and turmeric powder accordingly. Apply this mixture to your skin twice daily. You need to use this continuously for a year to see visible and effective results.  Neem Extracts Neem is used to treat a lot of skin problems and it is said that it is a very good remedy for treating autoimmune disorders. All you need to do is to make a good powder of the dried leaves of the neem tree along with its dried flowers and fruits. You need to take one teaspoon of this powder mixture with a glass of water every day. It helps to fight immunity disorders and thereby help in reducing white patches on your skin. You can also make a fresh paste of the neem leaves with a little bit of water and apply it to he affected area. You need to rinse it off after ten to fifteen minutes. This remedy will greatly help in reducing white spots if used on a regular basis.

Gaining weight is not a single day process.Follow these.To get proper weight Eat food more frequently.Take extra amount of food than before.Avoid fast foods as far possible.Add cream with tea/coffee.Take ghee,cream,cutter,cheese with food.Eat lots of fruits,dense vegetables.Use refined foods.Eat more protein.Use extra oil in cooking.Use weight gainer supplement.Use nuts,seeds more.No water just before or during meals.Quality sleep and stress free life.Do muscle building exercise to gain weight and proper body shape.These gonna help you.

Hello, if you are not hypertensive and not on any medication for blood pressure then you should drink plenty of liquids and cut down your fat, salt and sugar intake. Go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minutes. Take a sound sleep and try to avoid anger. Revert after 15 days with feedback.

Hi,Male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia.Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. Hello, Kindly explain me what type of Menstrual problem is there - are you getting periods frequently/ getting delayed/ much bleeding during the menses? Since how long you have been suffering from this problem? Any associated symptoms or complaints? Any medical condition do you have? Have you got your investigations done (if yes, share the reports with me)? Answer all these questions for proper diagnosis and proper treatment. Menstrual periods are often irregular during the first few years after menstruation starts. It may take several years for the hormones that control menstruation to reach a balance. Menopause or peri-menopause is the phase when a female again faces irregular menses. Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed period. If you might be pregnant, treat yourself as if you are pregnant until you know for sure. Use a home pregnancy test as the first step to finding out whether you are pregnant. If you are not pregnant, other causes of missed or irregular periods include: Excessive weight loss or gain. Although low body weight is a common cause of missed or irregular periods, obesity also can cause menstrual problems. Eating disorders, such as anorexia or bulimia. For more information, see the topic Anorexia Nervosa or Bulimia Nervosa. Increased exercise. Missed periods are common in endurance athletes. Emotional stress. Illness. Travel. Medicines such as birth control methods, which may cause lighter, less frequent, more frequent, or skipped periods or no periods at all. Hormone problems. This may cause a change in the levels of the hormones that the body needs to support menstruation. Illegal drug use. Problems with the pelvic organs , such as imperforate hymen, polycystic ovary syndrome, or Asherman's syndrome. Breast-feeding. Many women do not resume regular periods until they have completed breast-feeding. Other diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome, tuberculosis, liver disease, and diabetes can cause missed or irregular periods, although this is rare. Any nutritional deficiency can also lead to Menstrual problem/ irregularity. Take more of green vegetables, nuts, salads, seasonal fruits, yellow coloured veggies, milk & milk products, plenty of water and enough of sleep & rest. Take homoeopathic medication – Schwabe's Five Phos. And Alfaalfa Tonic – both thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back..take care.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

What is required for hair growth is the nutrients at the hair root. Probably your food is lacking in most essentials minerals for hair growth. It is selenium, chromium, like trace elements. Ad stress and lack of proper sleep is another common major factor. Avoid using any kind of shampoos. Take Tab Fourts B once a day for 2-3 months and tab Biotin one tab a day for 3-6 months. You will have good hair growth. Hair fall will stop. Sleep adequately. Attend to your stress aspects if any.
