Depends on your age and size of the fibroid. Maximum patients do well with oral drugs. But some may need surgery.

Your symptoms are giving a picture of soft tissue injury and inflammation around your wrist. Give rest to your affected wrist. Consult a physician and take painkillers prescribed. Go for two weeks of physiotherapy sessions. Once pain subsides do exercises (prescribed by your physio) to regain the strength and mobility of your joint.

Try to lift your arm above your head and pump your wrists to allow circulation to the arm, which could relieve the pain in your arm.

Hello Kindly consult a good homoeopathic doctor near you for treatment of planter fasciitis. Homoeopathic medicines have given good results in heel pains and other related symptoms. Kindly wear footwear that maintains the arch of your foot, doctor's sole are available in market. You can also try heel cups or shoe inserts to help cushion your heels and use them for both your feet even if the inflammation and pain is in one foot. You can also apply ice to heel to relieve your pain.
