I have a severe itching on the armpit and groin area. I have used clotrimazole for sometime. The itching is being stopped after 3 hours from applying but I got itching again. Seems to be a severe fungal infections. Also I am getting some white fluid while rubbing and at nights I am getting more itching Kindly help me on this.

Let us consider the treatment of a fungal infection in the groin region i. E. Around genitals. Medical treatment we will see in the last. First thing what you need to do is, keep the area clean. Then see to it that the region is always dry because wet and moist environment provides nice place for fungus to breed. Change the underwear daily. Old underwears to be thrown, please buy new ones. Stop smoking, tobbacco chewing etc. Habbits if present. Maintain good diet (without sweet for a few days in non diabetics, diabetics need blood sugar level control). For prompt relief medicines can be prescribed regards.

You might not be eating the right kind of food that is why the level of fitness is low. You also have to exercise to keep fit. Your diet should comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, white rice and products, bread. Do not overeat. Eat 3 proper meals and 2 snack inbetween. Stop when your stomach is 80% full. Eat slowly,

Eat green veg. More fiber foods. Avoid fatty foods,junk foos,oily meal, drink plenty of water.take digestive meal . Syp. Aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day. Take tab. Charcol at night. Syp . Livoluk 10 ml at night. tests for constipation.. stool c/s, Examination of the rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon (sigmoidoscopy) Examination of the rectum and entire colon (colonoscopy). An X-ray of the rectum during defecation (defecography). Avoid smoking/alcohol if you take.

From last two days I am having severe stomach pain mostly during morning and vomiting tendency as soon as I wake up in the morning. Today my stool has also become liquid. Headache is also there. And it feels like i'm full to my neck mostly. Cannot take lemon water because of tonsils. Please help.

I think your suffering from gastric derangement. This may be due to gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer also. Well that has to ruled out. Fr now take small amount of food 3-4 hrs interval. Do sugary soft drinks lead to diabetes and I have stomach pain week in three time?

It does not cause diabetes unless you have risk factors like obesity, hereditary tendency etc. It is better to minimise sugar consumption in any form since it can add on to calorie causing overweight and related complications.

I find very hard to sleep, if I am tired all the day then also it took more time for me to sleep at night. For ex. Today I slept only 3 hrs at night then also I am not getting sleepy till now. How I can sleep within a minutes once a get to bed?

No medication is very effective for obesity. It is better to consult a physician for your weight problem. Can a person who has gone through a triple bypass surgery use a hot water bag if having persistent cough on chest? (phlegm+cold) Also if there is water retention in both legs, what can be done to solve this issue?

Direct hot water bag in the chest should be avoided instead you can have hot fomentations. Have plenty of homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin c thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevent infection. Have warm saline gargle twice daily. Thatbwill take care of cogh and cold. Regarding swelling of keg there may be some kidney problem. For that you can consult nephrologists.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body!
