Hi, Treating Seborrheic Dermatitis/ Dandruff is little time consuming, take slong time to get it treated completely. So, have patience! Management: - Rinse the soap completely off your body and scalp. Avoid harsh soaps and use a moisturizer. - Avoid products that contain alcohol. These can cause the disease to flare up. - Wear smooth-textured cotton clothing. - If you have a beard or mustache, consider shaving it off. - Avoid scratching. Scratching can increase irritation and your risk of infection. - If your eyelids show signs of redness or scaling, wash them each night with baby shampoo and wipe away scales with a cotton swab. Warm or hot compresses also may help. Medication: Start with the following homoeopathic medicines: Use Schwabe's Anti-Dandruff shampoo and Atni-Dandruff oil regularly (apply oil 1-2 hrs. Before a head wash, leave it in for an hour or so. Then comb or brush your hair and wash it. wash it in the morning as going out with the oil outside can invite more dust, pollutants, etc. Onto the scalp). Take oral medication – Badiaga 200/ thrice daily, Calc. Fluor. 12X/ thrice daily and Thuja 200/ one dose once a week. Take them for 1 month, there after revert me back for further guidance. Take Care.

DEAR LYBRATE USER...A) apply paste of fresh lemon juice and fine powder of turmeric and black cumin seeds on face with gentle massage,two times in a day...B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of triphala juice ,at night before sleep...C) take 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals…D) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and aarogyavardhini rasa after meals...Do all these things for 15 days ..it gives you good result..consult to me for further suggestions..THANKS

Check your BCB & TFT and inform meWeight reduction You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your BMI, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen .Comprehensive exercise& diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given but details needed. May also need to do some tests. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. to burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. as half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. Exercise for Belly Fat Not only females but also males desire to have flat belly. Read on and find about the best exercises for losing belly fat. Fight your belly fat with the right kind of exercise and the right diet. Belly fat can be effectively reduced with abdominal exercises. They help you to tone the abdominal area apart from enhancing the flexibility of the area. The most important point is that they resist the accumulation of fat around the belly region. The only thing that you must keep in mind is that you must regularly perform these exercises and be patient as nothing happens overnight. You ask me privately so that I can suggest you suitable exercises. Check your TSH and send the report as well. Exercises for Losing Belly Fat Some very simple but effective exercises to lose belly fat: Stretch 1 – Lie down on a floor mat. Position your legs vertically up and stay in this position for 5 to 15 seconds. This can be repeated thrice. Stretch 2 – Lie down on a floor mat. Stretch your legs straight. Place your hands behind your head and lock your fingers. Now raise your torso and bring it towards your knees. Stay in this position for 5 to 10 seconds and slowly return to your lying position. Repeat this for 15 times in sets of 5. Stretch on Chair – Lie down on a floor mat and position yourself with a chair so as to raise your legs on the chair. Your legs should be at 90 degree to the rest of your body. Place your hands behind your head and clasp your fingers. Now lift your torso and rise up as if you want to touch the knees. Continue for 15 minutes and repeat in sets of 3 or 4. Cycling – Lie down on a floor mat. Raise your legs and rotate them as if you are pedalling a cycle vigorously. Repeat the exercise for five minutes in sets of three. Breathing Exercises to Lose Belly Fat Let us briefly understand on how these work. Oxygen acts as fuel for the body. The extra oxygen that you inhale while performing the breathing exercises result in certain chemical reactions that in turn burns up more calories than you actually take in. you lose extra fat. Pavanmuktasan – for practising Pavanmuktasan, take a deep breath as you lie on your back. Bend you left knee, hold your toes and pull it towards your stomach. Simultaneously lift your head and touch your bent knee. Your other leg must be straight. Breathe in and count ten. Return to your original position and breathe out. Repeat the set with your right leg. Bhujangasan – for practising Bhujangasan lie on your stomach and place your hands under your shoulders. Lift your torso backwards using only the back muscles and not your hands. Hold your breath for 5-10 seconds and slowly return to your original position as you breathe out. Dhanurasan – Lie on your stomach and bend your knees. Hold your ankles as you breathe in. push your body outwards in the shape of a bow and pull your head back as much as possible. Hold this position for 10 seconds and release the posture as you slowly breathe out. Apart from these there are aerobics that also help you to lose belly fat. Regular simple workouts like jogging, walking up and down through the stairs fast also helps to shed those stubborn belly fat. But remember, it is always advisable to seek the advice of a fitness instructor before you decide as exercise regimen for yourself in order to get the maximum results.

Hi lybrate-user, acne is a result of hormones. Best way to keep them in check is to keep your face clean, use salicylic acid or glycolic acid based face washes, increase your water intake, don't pick on the existing ones, continue intake of anti oxidants, and don't stress.

You have to consult for Homoeopathic treatment... And need to continue it for 3-5 months... Without that cure is not possible... Still if you want to try Bacillinum 200 one dose Sepia 200 one dose after 3 days..

I have acne in my chest, back and on my shoulders and arms. It causes huge and hard dark spots. I don't know why it's coming. I had this problem​ from past 4 years. I don't know if I had any allergies.

Body acne is caused by the same factors that trigger facial acne: overactive oil glands, excess dead skin cells, and a proliferation of acne-causing bacteria. Oil and dead skin cells become trapped within the follicle, or pore, and create a blockage. Often clogged sebum and sweat glands are the causes of acne on chest. A large number of small whitehead pimples can occur on your skin as the result of such problem. Pimples on chest can appear as a kind of allergic reaction to any perfume or cosmetic product. You can use Toothpaste to cure it as below Before going to bed at night, clean the affected area with warm water and thoroughly dry it. Apply toothpaste to the affected area and make sure you do it thoroughly. Leave it overnight. Use cold water in the morning to rinse it off. Make this a daily routine until acne dries out.
