I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. "Do fillings last forever" is difficult to answer since there are so many factors at play. There have been fillings that last over 40 years while others fail within 1 to 2 years. The factors can include:

Type of material (silver amalgam vs. Resin composite).
Location in the mouth.
Oral hygiene.
Sugar intake.
Occlusion (how the teeth come together).

So, while occasionally a filling can last a lifetime, that is not the norm. Just like nearly all other medical appliances and devices, they can and do wear out. It is a myth that all fillings will last forever.

There are people who feel lonely but are alone and there are those who choose to be alone but are not necessarily alone, i.e. surrounded by people. So what make us feel lonely? Is it just isolation from social life or one can be lonely in the midst of all social activities? Today Psychologist Shivani Sadhoo answers some of the interesting facts and mind factors behind being alone and being lonely.

First understand, loneliness is a universal human emotion, yet it is both a complex and unique to each individual. It is commonly described as a state of solitude or being alone but in reality, loneliness is a state of mind. This state of mind causes people to feel empty, alone and unwanted. People who are lonely often crave human contact, but their state of mind makes it more difficult to form connections with other people. Loneliness as per psychological definition is not necessarily about staying & living physically alone, instead, it is the perception of being alone and isolated that matters the most.

For example, a newly joined office employee, who has difficulty in making friends and making himself/herself noticed, might feel lonely despite being surrounded by hundreds of office mates. Similarly, if a girl or a boy finds it difficult to express his/her pain, fears, feelings through verbal expressions, i.e. by talking, he/she might feel alone among a group of friends who would be all talking about themselves and would consider this person to have no trouble in life.

Loneliness has a wide range of negative effects on both physical and mental health. Some of the health risks associated with loneliness includes:

* Cardiovascular diseases and strokes

* Depression and suicide, 

* Alcoholism and smoking, 

* Progression of Alzheimer's disease

Generally, it’s very difficult to recognize if someone feels lonely and sometimes even the sufferer doesn’t recognize for the whole life that he/she was lonely deep inside.

One can cure loneliness:-

* By first identifying themselves that they suffer from loneliness.

* By realizing themselves that loneliness is a hazardous condition and they should fix it.

* If the person suffers with difficulties to express themselves to others, lacks effective communication skills, feels shy and stressed in social gathering then its advisable to take a help from experts like a mental health professional or a psychologist.

Physiotherapy and chiro give a kind of massage, exercises etc. That's good. Experience will tell how much benefit you got. However pl take decoction of dashmoola twice a day with Erand sneh20 ml put in it at night for two weeks.

You have to go with scaling and rootplaning procedure. You might be pyrrohoea problem starts. Brush twice daily along with use mouthwash regularly. Also clean your tongue with tongue cleaner because tongue also harbour more debris on it so it starts smelling.

Healthy Weight Gain Tips:

1.Eat More Calories Than You Burn:

The most important thing you can do to gain weight is to eat more calories than your body burns. You need to eat more calories than your body burns in order to gain weight. Aim for 300-500 calories per day above your maintenance level, or 700-1000 calories if you want to gain weight fast.

2.Eat Lots of Protein:

Protein forms the building blocks of your muscles. Eating sufficient protein is required to gain muscle weight instead of just fat.High-protein foods include meats, fish, eggs, many dairy products, legumes, nuts and others. 3.Eat Lots of Carbs and Fat, and Eat at Least 3 Times Per Day:
In order to gain weight, eat at least 3 meals per day and make sure to eat plenty of fat, carbs and protein.

You can cover up your exposed body parts as much as you can with cotton clothes and you can also use sun shades to protect yourself protection is the only other way to avoid exposure and try to restrict your movements too much in the blazing sun go out either in the morning before 10 am or evening after 4pm if you can manage that.

you are not overweight. In fact you are undrrweight as per the weighing scale. Understand it's important to not go just by the scale. If your fat percentage is in range then you are fine.
