Sex has two purpose: 1.Propagation of Human race. 2.To achieve Orgasm and sexual satisfaction. Duration of sex is irrelevant, if you achieve this two goal. Thanks for health questions need not to worry eat balanced diet and more protein rich diet eat dark green leafy vegetables and fruits daily avoid stress and strain avoid smoking and alcohol consumption if any drink plenty of water drink coconut water twice a day avoid day time sleep take sound sleep at night for 8-9 hours avoid fast food and restaurants food take less oily and less spicy food practice yogas and pranayamas daily practice morning and evening walk necessary go for ayurvedic medicines that gives excellent results go for ayurvedic panchkarma procedures use. The brain is not a stagnant realm fed with a granted quota of intelligence and memory at birth. It is always in a state of flux. Exercising your brain in various ways accelerates its ability to perform better. It is in your hands to have a sharper take on situations and occurrences. Playing games that require brainstorming, solving quizzes, crosswords or playing chess makes you feel rejuvenated and tired at the same time; the reason being activated brain cells. A healthy brain will affect your life decisions positively and you probably will think rightly before you leap.

Tips to exercise those brain cells:-

1. Meditate and calm your mind - Ten minutes of meditation each day can help you get over anxiety. When your mind is at peace you think out pros and cons with enhanced insight. This composure reflects in each of your actions. Meditation demands your brain to be quiet when it is accustomed to work; you therefore have greater control over it.
     
2. Music can improve your brain abilities - Music is the best antidote for a sloppy brain. Music excites the neurons healing a bruised memory. It gifts you with clarity of thought. Apart from listening to music one must try to play a musical instrument. Teaching yourself things puts your mind through a strict regimen of constructive activities.
   
3. Take out time to learn a new language - We are paralyzed the minute our brain gives up. Due to several external and internal reasons each one of us is likely to suffer from cognitive disorders on being subjected to extreme pressure or shock. Trying to learn a new language motivates your brain cells to have a wider vocabulary which further restricts your chances of brain damage.   

4. Mental mathematics could better your intelligence - Calculators, computers, and phones are ridding us of our ability to compute individual data. Computation and consolidation of data helps your mind to work faster with precision. So, you now know those lessons on mental mathematics in childhood were actually the key to a well- rounded brain. 

5. Think of something novel - The more the number of neurons the merrier is your brain. Take pains to direct your mind on a novel track. Thinking beyond what is given and expected helps your brain grow new neurons. It builds up your creativity letting you discover more of your capabilities.

You have to take lat. folium 1M / 5 drops in little water once in week for one month. Dow. Mobilinum 30 / 5 drops in little water thrice a day for one month. Revert back after one month with feedback.

I usually take drinks (whisky) twice in a week, like as Signature/ Royal challenge/ Vat-69 / bladders Pride etc qualities approximate 150 - 180 ml. Please advice me what precaution I should take if I continue this practice.

Hello Lybrate user, you should aim on Snacking on dried fruits like figs, apricots, and dates. Swap sugary baked desserts for fresh fruit -- raw strawberries rather than strawberry pie. Not to Eat: Foods with little fiber can cause or make constipation (and therefore hemorrhoids) worse, so it's best to limit how much you eat of them. White bread Milk, cheese, and other dairy Meat Processed foods such as frozen meals and fast food Some of these (red meat, processed meat like hot dogs, and refined carbs) as well as fried foods can also cause inflammation in your body, which may make hemorrhoids worse. If your hemorrhoids itch or hurt, cut down on things that can irritate your gut, including: Alcohol Caffeine Spicy foods Citrus fruits Watch the amount of salt you eat. It can worsen your hemorrhoids. You should aim for 25-30 grams or more of fiber every day from what you eat. Too much fiber too fast can cause gas and bloating, so add a little bit to your diet at a time if you're not used to it. You'll also need to drink more fluids to help your body use that fiber: 8-10 large glasses of water every day. For fatty liver go for foods rich in lean proteins like egg whites, roasted chicken or fish and drink lots of liquids that helps you digest fiber and proteins both and also help you overcome piles and fatty liver. For vitamin D deficiency you will be needing supplements as you will not be able to digest vitamin D plus calcium rich foods in your diet with piles. Before recommending you with supplement I would be needing your vitamin D deficiency value and according to your value will suggest you the supplement. Dear Lybrate user I understand your apprehension .But please know that scientifically size of penis is not related to sexual satisfaction or selection of partner. Most of such complaints are Psychological out of misconceptions and undue anxiety and ones' personality.In long term sexual life size has nothing to do. It is a matter of sharing ,mutual pleasure seeking by touching caressing and finding pleasure by exploring each other. Having erection is normal particularly in younger ages and early times of marriage. So no need to worry. Mutual masturbation will help to enjoy and reduce anxiety related to it. If you have proper erection that is enough. Forget about size it is not at all an issue in sexual satisfaction but that depends on mutuality and cooperation between you and healthy understanding .Go ahead and enjoy.

Hello 1. Start nilibhrungyadi oil, and asthiposhak vati twice a day. 2. Take awala juice at morning with pinch of turmeric. 3. While doing shampoo take small amount of shampoo in pot and add awala powder and shikekai, water mix and apply on scalp it will help you sure. Avoid oily spicy food, try to add more milk products.

Sir mere left eye 80% damage hai iska koi treatment hai kya. I have also glasses in left eye also no. Plus 2.5.
