I am a 40 Years old person and suffering from Knee pain with swelling and sound of rubbing problem  in right leg.
Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire. Take one tablespoon of castor oil before going to bed, once or twice a week. It helps in cleansing ama (toxin) build up and balancing vata. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.Apply oil on affected joint gently... before fomentation

Apply an ice pack to the painful area of your head. Try placing it on your forehead, temples, or the back of your neck. Take a warm bath or shower; take a nap; or take a walk. Ask someone to rub your neck and back, or treat yourself to a massage. Apply gentle, steady rotating pressure to the painful area of your head with your index finger and/or thumb. Maintain pressure for seven to 15 seconds, then release. Repeat as needed. Rest, sit, or lie quietly in a low-lit room. Close your eyes and try to release the tension in your back, neck, and shoulders.

Hi. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days.

check ur suger level and apply ice pack on swelled area. avoid long standing and do gently stretching exercise. 14 glass water per day avoid spicy food do core strength exercise

Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2. Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3. Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day. 4. Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5. Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc. 6. Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7. Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8. Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9. Be patient with yourself.

For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest.

Hello, The nutritional recommendations for weight control include the following: - Emphasize weight control by exercising daily and not taking in too many calories. - The bulk of your diet should consist of healthy fats (liquid vegetable oils such as olive, soy, mustard, sunflower, and peanut) and healthy carbohydrates (fruits, vegetables, and whole-grain foods such as whole-wheat bread, oatmeal, and brown rice, sweet potatoes etc. - If both the fats and carbohydrates in your diet are healthy, you probably do not have to worry much about the percentages of total calories coming from each. - Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits (six to eight servings per day). - Eat moderate amounts of healthy sources of protein (nuts, legumes, fish, poultry, and eggs). - Limit dairy consumption—other than nonfat dairy products—to one to two servings a day. - Minimize the consumption of red meat, butter, refined grains (including white bread, white rice, and white pasta), potatoes, and sugar. - Lose weight slowly. Lose no more than one kilogram (2.2 pounds) per week. More rapid weight loss results in the loss of muscle tissue. If you sustain a mild caloric deficit, you will lose fat. You lose little muscle or water this way. The weight stays off better. When you lose muscle, your body’s metabolism slows. This reduces your need for food. When you go back on your normal diet, you gain weight rapidly because you no longer need as much food as before. - Stress a balanced diet. The diet should be relatively high in complex carbohydrates and low in fat. Create a caloric deficit by combining caloric restriction with more exercise. Take in enough protein to help control appetite and maintain your muscles’ needs. For active people, this is approximately 0.8 to 1 gram of protein per kilogram of body weight a day. You will lose muscle if you cut your calorie intake by too much, regardless of how much protein you take in. - Exercise is critical. It is recommended that you exercise moderately for one hour a day. For the average person, the best exercises for losing weight include running, walking, and cycling. Your metabolism increases both during and after exercise, which causes you to burn calories at a faster rate all day long. Also, exercise helps maintain muscle mass, which is crucial for maintaining metabolic rate. If you can maintain your muscle mass during weight loss, you will be much more likely to maintain your new weight. Incorporate both High intensity weight training as well as Long endurance training in your fitness program. As both types of exercise are beneficial for weight control. Stay healthy, stay strong. Take cinnamon water 2-3 times in a day. Drink hamdard joshanda twice a day. These will help you with the cold. Take steam regularly. And eat healthy food like vege, daal, chapati, soup.Avoid rice.

You may be having vasovagal syncope, meaning the blood flow to brain is temporarily reduced when you get up suddenly or get emotional disturbance, if blood di normal .Or else you may have vertigo, due to middle ear imbalance. Make sure you're well hydrated by drinking 10 - 15 glasses of water daily.

Hello lybrate-user you can add glycerine to that mixture n can also apply curd pack (take 4spoons curd add 2spoon baesan n 4pinches of turmeric powder )apply this pack before bath it will really help you.

I have an desk job my weight has been increased last 2 years from 75to 90 how to decrease my weight.
Body gains weight due to different reasons like improper digestion, acidity, constipation, side-effects of some medicine, low physical activity. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Drink 2 glasses of lukewarm warm daily in morning. 5. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana -nauka asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation

Hi, please use dial antibacterial body wash with moisturizers spring water daily. If you can not find it, then use sebamed body wash daily followed by sebamed body lotion or ketonazole lotion.

Don't worry take balanced diet and more protein rich diet eat dark green leafy vegetables and fruits daily avoid stress and strain avoid smoking and alcohol consumption if any drink plenty of water drink coconut water twice a day avoid day time sleep take sound sleep at night for 8-9 hours avoid fast food and restaurants food take less oily and less spicy food practice yogas and pranayamas daily practice morning and evening walk necessary eat milk, milk products, eggs more avoid to take very hot water on head while bath wash hairs with lemon juice daily morning avoid to go in polluted area practice vajarasan, padmasan more hope better health.
