Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. For a healthy and effective weight loss, -Cut back on all junk and processed food -Plan your meals: Plan meals ahead of time and make sure they are calorie controlled. Include lots of healthy food such as fruits and vegetables in your diet. Prefer only home cooked meals. -Increase your water consumption. -Exercise regularly. -Stay consistent to see results Protein rich foods include pulses, beans and lentils, almonds, peanuts, green peas. Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

No craving is not sign of pregnancy but if you doing exercise and burn calories may be due to if doubt do pregnancy test.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.

Low back pain can be due to many different causes such as muscular, disc/spondylosis, joint/degenerative arthritis or in young people due to poor posture and weak abdominal and back muscles. Try simple stretching exercises for the low back and leg muscles. Use alternate ice packs and hot water fermentation over painful area as tolerated. Sleep over firm mattress, not too soft and not very hard. Be aware of your posture throughout the day. If pain persists then consult a orthopaedic physiotherapist. Good luck for quick recovery.

Knee pain can be cured by strengthning the muscles supporting your knee joint. Replacement is not the only option. Start quadriceps strengthning exercise. Sitting on chair and raising your leg. For 20 times. Slr, knee bending, foot strengthning will also help. Use some analgesic gel and knee cap for pain relief. Hot pack can also be used. I have irregular periods when I went for scanning the result was pcod doctor preferred harmonic F for me for 3 months but they was a little change thus other doctor preferred me cyst go tablet but I have doubt whether I have take other tablets with this so any please sort this problem
