One should never take too many painkillers without knowing the reason of pain, so I shall suggest that you see a dentist in person and check out with him the reason of dental pain.

My age 24 I have one baby teeth till now but it is looking weak what should I do now can I replace with artificial teeth?

MDS Pedodontics
Dentist, Mangalore
Hi lybrate-user. It is important to confirm if your tooth is milk teeth or permanent teeth. If its permanent teeth (if it can be saved) thrn its better we save it. If it's milk teeth then removal followed by a tooth replacement is a best option. Consult a dentist.

Get your teeth checked thoroughly. If you have deposits over teeth surface, get scaling and polishing done for the teeth. Get bleaching of teeth done.

My name is john and my teeth looking like light yellow and I brush twice regularly but no effect please tell me the answer.

BDS
Dentist, Mohali
There are many ways to whiten your teeth. At first you can try home remedies then over the counter products and then if you are not satisfied with that then professional bleaching in dental office is a definitive solution for your problem. Before everything you should borne in mind that you should brush your teeth two times daily. Always use soft bristled brush and be gentle on your teeth and gums while brushing. Learn proper brushing technique. This will help you to clean your teeth efficiently and effectively. As a home remedy you can apply baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) paste by adding some water to it. Apply this paste on teeth and brush your teeth. Do it once or twice a week. You can also use snowdent whitening toothpaste for 2- 3 months to see the results. If it doesn't help you then you can discuss professional bleaching of teeth with your dentist. Hope this helps you. Thanks.

If the nerve is infected, the only 2 treatments possible are root canal treatment or extraction of the tooth.

What is teething? your baby is teething when his or her first set of teeth, called primary teeth camera. Gif, break through the gums. When does teething typically start? teething usually begins around 6 months of age. But it is normal for teething to start at any time between 3 months and 12 months of age. By the time your child is about 3 years old, he or she will have all 20 primary teeth. The lower front teeth usually come in first. Upper front teeth usually come in 1 to 2 months after the lower front teeth. See a picture that shows when the primary teeth come in camera. Gif. What are the symptoms? some babies are fussier than usual when they are teething. This may be because of soreness and swelling in the gums before a tooth comes through. These symptoms usually begin about 3 to 5 days before the tooth shows, and they disappear as soon as the tooth breaks the skin. Many babies don't seem to be affected by teething. Babies may bite on their fingers or toys to help relieve the pressure in their gums. They may also refuse to eat and drink because their mouths hurt. Many babies drool during teething, which can cause a rash on the chin, face, or chest. Mild symptoms that get better usually are nothing to worry about. Call your doctor if your baby's symptoms are severe or don't get better. How can you help your baby be more comfortable while teething? here are some tips to help your baby feel better while teething: use a clean finger (or cold teething ring) to gently rub your baby's gum for about 2 minutes at a time. Many babies find this soothing, although they may protest at first. Provide safe objects for your baby to chew on, such as teething rings. If needed, give your baby an over-the-counter pain reliever that is labeled for his or her specific age. Read and follow all instructions. Do not give aspirin to anyone younger than 20, because it has been linked to reye syndrome, a rare but serious disease. Many parents use other teething remedies, such as gels you put on a baby's gums. Many experts question if these work and are safe. If you want to try these products, talk to your doctor about which types are safe and how often to use them.

Sucah treatment are time consuming. Sometimes the treatment takes longer than usual but you got to keep patience and faith on the dentist. Still if you feel unhappy then you can consult other dentist and plan accordingly.

How to keep the teeth white in colour Even after taking lot of care.. Can you please suggest me more tips to keep the teeth white.

MDS, BDS
Dentist, Hyderabad
Professional cleaning once in six months will help maintain your gums healthy. However, natural tooth color cannot be altered unless the teeth are grossly discoloured, such as having brown stains due to fluoride or tetracyclin.

Dear dr, Im having cavity in 1 teeth and getting pus from that teeth .in tat teeth a bulge will form If I poke tat pus will come. After tat it will be normal. After 1 or 2 weeks again tat bulge will form. Im planning to remove tat teeth. Is tat pus is because of cavity or it may leads to any problem. At tat time there will be head ache and jaw pain. Will tat pus spreads to other parts like face brain etc. Pls advice.

BDS
Dentist, Surat
You have cavity in your teeth, that may be the reason for pus discharge. Cavity for long time develops chronic infection. It can spread to your adjacent facial spaces in acute exacerbation. It does not spread to brain. Tooth can be saved by root canal if adequate structure is left. Better consult dentist in person at clinic.

In certain health conditions specially in patients with existing heart conditions having a infected tooth or gums can have ill effects. It's always better to have infection free mouth for overall better health.

Saving a fallen tooth can be useful. Try to keep it in place while you seek immediate medical attention. If that is not the case, try wrapping the tooth in a piece of plastic or soaking it into milk and call for immediate dental service.
