Dear, there are methods by which you can gain some height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. Y * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Hello relax! * plz follow the following tips to b ever green. * go for a walk in d morng/evning for an hr. * consumption of plenty of water b ensured. * opt, staircase instead of lift. * take,plenty of salad,fruits,sprouts in lunch to minimize qty of bread & rice ,consume fruits,whenever u feel hungry. * go for swimming, gardening jogging, ** home care** @ fucus vas Q 10- drops, thrice with 1/4 cup of lukewarm water 1/2 an hr of each meal. plz, report,fortnightly.

Day 7-18 of cycle is fertile period when risk of pregnancy is most if sex happens. So avoid sex in these days. Hwever chance ovulation may smtimes happen before/ after, thus this method has high failure rate too.

Stop worrying, take food regular and in sufficient quantity, have good sleep and moderate exercise. 1- ashvagandha churna 50 gm + vidarkanda- pueraria tuberosa churna 50 gm + yashtimadhu-jethimadha powder 25 gm + shatavari churna 50 gm+ dalchini powder 25 gm + candy sugar powder 150 gm mix well in mixer, take 10 gm with warm milk twice in a day 2- drakshasava 15 ml with water after food twice in a day 3- all body massage with narayan tail or coconut oil before bath every day morning may take regularly pure ghee haluva-shira (soji prepared) with adding dry fruits. Record weight before treatment and after every month.

Dear Rajesh, Your father needs to consult a psychiatrist with all his medical reports. All psychiatric treatments take time to become effective. For that you need to consult the psychiatrist repeatedly. Of course you are welcome to change the doctor without discontinuing the treatment by the previous one and taking a referral letter from the previous psychiatrists. Otherwise each one will start with the first line, will not be able to assess you for the effectiveness. No one will be able to go for resistant depression treatment.

Avoid sunlight Use sunscreens, umbrella and towel to protect from sunlight. Take high protein diet with lots of green vegetables, salad and fresh seasonal fruits. Take plenty of water several times daily. Use Beoquin (2%) cream on blackish parts twice daily for 2-3 months.

In female, its not possible to increase height after 18 years, but you can try these tips with homeopathic medicine, I hope you get some good results. If you are willing to take a homeopathic treatment just let me know through private conversations. In Lybrate. 1) Stretch Your Body Stretching is another effective way to enhance height at any age. Try to stretch your body by standing on your toes for a few minutes daily, several times a day. Other stretching exercises that you can try at home include car stretch, super stretch, cobra stretch, bow down, twists and basic leg stretches. 2) Indulge in Yoga You can also do some yoga to increase your height naturally. Certain yoga exercises facilitate the release of growth-inducing hormones in the body. Yoga also helps release stress that causes tension in the back muscles, which in turn paves the way for maximum growth. The best yoga pose to increase height is the ‘Surya Namaskar’, in which there are 12 different postures performed in a particular chronological order. 3) Engage in Exercise and Sports Exercise and sports stimulate the release of growth hormone that contributes to your height. To enjoy good height, you must exercise regularly and take part in sports activities. One good exercise to increase height is skipping where you need to jump a lot. Do skipping for at least 30 minutes each day in an open area. Holding on to a horizontal bar and hanging with your spine stretched out is another effective exercise to facilitate height gain. Stay in the position for 10 seconds and repeat at least six times daily. Plus, play games like tennis and basketball that require you to jump a lot. This will help increase your height and also help in maintaining ideal body weight. Also indulge in outdoor activities, like cycling and swimming, on a regular basis to enjoy good height and a toned body. 4) Get Proper Sleep When you rest, the body grows and regenerates tissues. In fact, the Human Growth Hormone (HGH) responsible for increasing height is produced naturally in the body when you have a sound and deep sleep. During sound sleep, the brain is relaxed and releases more growth hormones. On the other hand, a tired brain shows low release of growth hormones. As a rule, during the growing stage, a person must have at least eight to 11 hours of proper sleep every night to enjoy maximum height. 5) Eat a Balanced Diet - It has been found that lack of proper nutrients is one of the leading causes behind people failing to reach their maximum height. To get proper nutrition, follow a balanced diet. Essential nutrients like zinc, manganese, vitamin C, protein, potassium, calcium, and phosphorus provide the required stimulus for increasing height. A daily diet should contain fresh leafy greens and colored vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, whole grains, and low-fat dairy products, all in their proper proportions. 6) Enjoy Sunlight Sunlight is the best natural source of vitamin D, a key nutrient needed for overall growth, including maximum height. When your body does not get enough vitamin D, you can have weak bones as well as less height. To make sure your body gets the required amount of this vitamin, spend 20 to 30 minutes daily in the sunlight. Go out in the sun during early morning or evening hours to give your body vitamin D with minimal exposure to harmful ultraviolet rays. Along with sunlight, you can get vitamin D from milk, cheese, eggs, oily fish, and fortified foods. 7) Practice Good Posture A good posture plays a key role in the development of your height. A good posture is one where the head and neck are aligned without any sign of bending or slouching. This type of posture straightens out your spine, relaxes your muscles and helps improve your height. On the other hand, a bad posture makes your spinal cord bend, which in turn suppresses your normal height. So, make sure to sit straight on a chair and keep your shoulders straight and chin high. When you stand or walk, keep your body straight and tight. 8) Drink Plenty of Water- Try to drink ample amounts of water throughout the day. Water flushes out harmful toxins from your body and improves digestion. Plus, it will improve your metabolism rate, which will have a direct impact on your height. For overall health, drink at least eight glasses of water every day. Along with drinking water, eat water-based fruits and vegetables like cucumbers and watermelon. Additional Tips: Try to maintain ideal body weight as obesity can have an adverse effect on your height. Stop smoking as it acts like a growth inhibitor. Avoid drinking as it suppresses your growth level. Avoid eating fast foods.

It is tricky. Working out for two hours will bring awesome results but drain your energy. The workout has to be very balanced along with your diet. -give some time to cardio, some to weights and some to stretchung exercises. -divide the hours in two, like one hour in morning and the other in evening. -eat well. Take protein, protein shake, avoid carbs in night. Do not take empty calories. -do not starve yourself or treat yourself too often. -keep one day in a week where you can skip dieting. Getting an instructer for your work out will be a good idea.

These are hormonal pills they disturb your natural hormonal levels in the body and create various types of problems associated with them including almost all the functions of the body their occasional use is ok as these are emergency pills only but not regular use.

Sound from stomach is due to bowel sound. Not drink water in between meal. Drink only 1\2 hour before meal or after meal.

Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.
