It seems to be allergic, especially since you also have asthma. If this occurs occasionally and is not too troublesome, just leave it alone. If it occurs more often, you could apply an antiallergic cream when you get such episodes, such as Halovate ointment.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. While you sit to eat, do not just shove the food in your mouth and gulp it down. The idea is to go slow, and enjoy the entire experience, relish your food as you chew it properly to enjoy every flavour in every bite. In post operative situation you shouldn't do fasting. You should take small and frequent meal throughout the day. A balanced healthy food is all you need. Increase your protein by taking egg white milk products like dahi/chena, fish. More vegetables and fruits in diet. Try to have boiled food or as much as less oil in cooking. Avoid spicy, oily, refined, red meat and all fatty foods. Hope you soon overcome the problem. Best of luck.

Hello white spot in black part (cornea) suggests corneal scar. Corneal scar may impair vision if they are in centre of cornea having said that I would suggest you to consult local ophthalmologist for examination.

What is your age, smoking status, complaints.Is it asthma or COPD. Both are different problems with different solutions. Moreover there is no specific food restriction for asthma/ allergy. Every individual will have different allergies.So take fresh milk/ yogurt. If you are properly diagnosed with asthma/ COPD take proper inhalers( Controllers LIke formeterol/budesonide or solmeterol/fluticosone) and keep some relievers like salbutomol with or without ipratropium for emergency purpose.

according to research in genuine cow ghee cholesterol is very low comparatively to other products....but it is very difficult to get pure cow ghee...but all other ghee available in market contain huge amount of cholesterol which is very dangerous for health...so instead of it low calory butter is better
