You want to regulate your periods. I advise you to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of warm water daily. Avoid non veg and eggs and fast food.

You can’t brush every time you eat. But you sure can drink water or at least rinse your mouth with water every time you do so. Water neutralises the effects of acidic and sugary foods. Rinsing removes food particles left behind on/ between the teeth.

What is your height, don't use fat burners, it causes dangerous side effects, if you r looking for six pack abs then rigorous dedicated exercise, well balanced diet, will only help but not in short duration, diet should be more of protein and less of fat and oil, and more of green leafy vegetables salads fruit etc.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Sarswatarishta 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 2. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Your bmi score is 26. You are little overweight. But you are quite young too. So start exercise like swimming and yoga. Don't go for gym. Take warm water after meal. For fast result you can take cap. Simlim (vasu pharma) 1cap three times.

I would like to examine you in detail & investigate. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid, vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried. Do hot fomentation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1 tab od x10. Orthotrue 1tab. (from mankind) od x 10 days make sure that, there is no allergy to any of the medicines. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful. Use no pillow under the head. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days, contact me again.

Hi, add more protein in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products. Combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Dear pls sleep early before 10 or 11 pm maximum. If u go to bed in late hrs daily ur biological clock get disturbed. body needs an appropriate amount of sleep daily..so its fulfilling its need. If u go to bed early u will automatically wake up early after making a schedule and will feel more fresh. 2. Avoid use of gadgets after 9 pm. 3. Take dinner at 8 pm daily . 4.Do shavasna before sleep for 10 min. 5. Take light n oil free diet at night. 6. Donot skip breakfast. 7..Do exercise daily to keep urself fresh and active.

Hi, it’s the symptom of vitiated pitta dosha, Avoid spicy diet, late night sessions, and try the following ayurvedic treatment a) dadim ghrita 1 tsp twice a day b) avaipattikar churna 1 tsp twice a day before meals c) Tab mahavat vidhwansa ras 1 Tab twice a day c) Use shat dhaut ghrita instead of face moisturiser d) appy coconot oil on the body, and massage your foot sole with cows ghee in the night before going to bed. Avoid junk and fast food too; increase the amount of cow’s ghee in your diet. Follow this regimen and you will get a permanent fairness and skin glow in few weeks.

Hi lybrate-user. According to your age pimples are normally occur and many hormonal changes occur in our body. Daily face ko dhoyie kam se kam 5-6 time and avoid soap. Use only facewash. And avoid junk food, oily food clean your face. And take green vegetables. And please avoid sour food and pickles. Use multani mitti with lemon and milk. Or you can use besan with milk. Then after giving medicine if not better by these prevention.
