Headache as in your case can be due to : 1. Cervicogenic headache: this occurs due to problems in cervical spine like degeneration of intervertebral disc . 2. Migraine headache : this will be associated with nausea or vomiting and photophobia /phonophobia. 3. Other causes can be Occipital Neuralgia, tumor, infections, ear infections. You should consult a pain specialist in your city for further evaluation and treatment.

I am suffering from frequent low blood pressure often what should I do to control and what are the causes?

Hi, Poor intake of food, lack of sleep, physical exertion, anaemia, severe vomitting and loose motions are all causes of low BP. Follow these tips to increase your blood pressure: 1. Increase intake of salt by adding salt to curds rice and taking pickles along with curds rice. 2. Drink plenty of fluids like Nimbu pani, tender coconut, water, buttermilk, fresh fruit juices,etc. 3.Drink hot coffee or tea when you feel dizzy. 4. Take sound sleep for 7-8 hours at night. 5. Avoid standing for too long hours. 6.Do yoga and meditation which helps to relieve mental stress and control emotions. 7. Avoid anxiety, stress and depression. 8. Perform regular exercises. 9. Consume lots of fresh green leafy vegatables, fruits, sprouts, high protein diet, etc. 10. Check your Hb% and BP with your family doctor and take their advise for further management.

My sex time during intercourse is less than one minute so how can I increase it to satisfy my wife.
1) Foreplay begins before you get undressed If asked, most of us would say that we wanted more foreplay. It often seems to us that men think of foreplay as a warm up to the main event, and try to do as little of it as possible. This is a mistake when it comes to pleasing a girl in bed because foreplay is one of the most enjoyable aspects of sex for women. Men are able to reach orgasm much more quickly than women, so foreplay gives us time to get to the same point as you. There are many forms of foreplay, so ask us what feels good if you’re not sure. If we’re not into what you’re doing then try something else; everyone is different and one woman may not like the same moves as another. And it may be obvious and off-putting to some women if we think you’re just trying some ‘tricks’ you know pleased previous women, and aren’t paying attention to whether or not we actually like it. Foreplay for women can start in the morning or afternoon. Anticipation is exciting so suggest watching a film together or offer to cook. This attention will put us in the right frame of mind and we’ll spend the day thinking about an evening together. If you can remember to send your partner a text message saying how much you’re looking forward to spending time with her, then you’re practically guaranteed a great night. This type of build up is all foreplay and one of the best ways to turn a woman on. In fact, if you begin with her imagination before even attempting to remove articles of clothing then you’re off to a great start. 2) Know where the clitoris is diagram showing where the clitoris is Make sure you know the female anatomy, and give the clitoris plenty of attention during both foreplay and sex. Keep in mind that you shouldn’t shift positions too often; women need to take their time over a build up of sensations. It’s fine to experiment and change positions at first, but if you find a position that’s stimulating her in all the right ways, then keep doing exactly the same thing. Don’t rob her of the build-up to an orgasm just because you think you’ve been in the same position for too long. This really is key to satisfying a woman in bed – don’t make her think you’re going to give her an orgasm and then take it all away! 3) Compliment her a shelf of men's magazines Make sure you make us feel like we are sexier than the women in your magazines… When it comes to feeling confident in the bedroom, we really need to be told how great we look, feel, smell and anything else you can think of. Being naked and having all those bumps and lumps exposed can make us feel self-conscious and stop us from enjoying sex. There are so many outside pressures to look great that women carry that ‘body perfect’ pressure into the bedroom. You can blame movies and super-models for any inhibitions we have. We need you to counteract our critical opinions of our own bodies and reassure us that we look good. Earlier I mentioned that foreplay begins way before any touching, so just keep in mind that if we catch you drooling over perfectly airbrushed women in men’s magazines, we’ll feel that we can’t live up to those expectations. If you can’t prevent yourself from drooling over those perfect women, then at least tell us they aren’t a patch on us – we won’t believe you, but secretly we’ll feel good, and therefore we’ll want more sex with you. 4) We love communication woman's sexy boots If you talk openly about sex and what you like, who knows what fantasies you could explore together… Women undoubtedly worry about different things to men and sex is no different. We want you to tell us if something feels good, and praise how we look and feel. Take your time over foreplay and learn what works for your partner. If you don’t talk about it, you’ll never know! Oh, and one final tip … although communication is important never ever ask us if we’ve come yet. If you need to ask then it hasn’t happened. Not only does this make it evident that you aren’t paying attention, it piles on the pressure to get there, and there’s no passion killer worse than that. If this all seems like hard work then bear in mind that the more attention you give to your partner, the more she is going to want to have sex with you, and surely that makes up for the extra attention you might need to start paying. If you have problems with your sexual stamina Finally, women do understand that some men have issues with how long they last for during sex. This is another vital area you should communicate about if you want to satisfy your partner in bed.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Simply go back to the simple living high thinking pattern of the timeless vedic culture, drink hot cup of cow's milk, be a strict vegetarian and feel healthy in mind, body and soul. You may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ent problem or may be migraine headache follow advises given below: you can take (if no drug allergy): 1. Tablet crocin (paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ent evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get bp checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Fasting 125 and pp 182 is considered almost normal. No need to worry. If you try to aggresively reduce you may land up in hypoglycemia(very low blood sugar) which is dangerous for your health.

Hi, please follow these tips: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetabes, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Do sitz bath twice daily. 9. Take 1tsf of isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. Apply pilex ointment before and after passing stools. Take tab pilex 2-2-2 for about a month and inform.

1. Do a complete blood examination like cbc, esr, mantoux test, x ray chest, sputum examination for afb (3 samples) 2. Consult chest physician with report. 3 do warm saline gurgling 3-4 times daily 4. Avoid smoking if you smoke 5. If all the test reports are normal, it could be due to allergy. Do an allergy test after consulting allergist/immunologist and follow the advice and treatment.
