Take pranacharya kasantak syrup 2-2 tsf in hot water twice a day. Take sitopaladi. Praval and tankan bhasm churna with honey 3-4 times a day. Take ginger black pepper and basil leaves tea. Gargle with hot water (salted) avoid milk. Cold drinks. Take hot water steam.

I am 21 year old male I have been suffering from hyperhidrosis for the past 7 years. I sweat everywhere not localised (palm and sole never sweat) Its been a coincidence that I started to sweat badly after I began masturbation and porn. I notice slight improvement when I get away from masturbation (when I was on tour) I also found similar experience of many people from net and some says all about sympathetic nervous system dopamine etc I want to know whether there is any connection between masturbation and hyperhidrosis.

Hi, , I reviewed your lab reports, as per your presenting complaints ,first I would like to advice you keep your self-hydrated drink more and more liquids, hyperhidrosis can be due to many reasons, but in your case you in your growing age [7 years] as during growing age metabolic rate of body is very high which can lead to hyperhidrosis. As concern to your habit of masturbation and if lead to hyperhidrosis. I would suggest better not to do for some period of time. Mean time eat healthy.

Sir, recently my FBS showing above 112. Once 125 then 131 and then 120. My parents/grands not diabetic. I never tested pp. But last test done at Thyrocare for H1BC was 6.2. Please suggest how to reduce it below 110. Also my LDL shotted at 150 tested 2 days back though it was normal earlier. Please advise.

Fasting blood sugar should be below 126 or pp or randum blood sugar less than 200 when some body is lebeled as non diabetic. But fasting blood sugar more than 100 is abnormal. Also get pp blood sugar done and consult with reports.

Dear Lybrate User, Increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. First of all let me tell you that there is no shortcuts in the process of muscle gain. Increasing muscle volume & strength is a highly complicated process which is influenced by various internal & external factors. In the following article you will get a glimpse of that highly complicated process as well as some of its influencing factors. I have made utmost effort in the following article to oversimplify the total process & the factors so that it would be easy to understand for you Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. All type of exercises can be classified under two broad headings:- (1) HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training (2) LISS or Low intensity Steady Stamina. In short just remember that HIIT is weight training & LISS is cardio exercise like swimming & running. Both the form of exercise increases the rate of metabolism. But if your goal is to increase lean muscle mass of your body then you should stick to weight training aka HIIT The basic role behind the process of increase in lean muscle in human body is played by Metabolism. Metabolism is the set of life-sustaining chemical transformations within the cells of living organisms. The three main purposes of metabolism are the conversion of food/fuel to energy to run cellular processes, the conversion of food/fuel to building blocks for proteins, lipids, nucleic acids, and some carbohydrates, and the elimination of nitrogenous wastes. In order to add mass to your muscle you need to increase your rate of metabolism. Once your rate of metabolism or BMR is increased you will be able to achieve your goals There is an internal factor which controls & triggers metabolism. It is the TESTOSTERONE hormone secreted by your body. This TESTOSTERONE hormone plays an important role in the development of the lean muscle. An increased TESTOSTERONE level will help you to achieve your goal of muscle development in a considerable less time. Just follow these three basic rules during exercising:- 1) Do not rest for more than 1 minute between sets 2) Do not exercise for more than 60 minutes continuously 3) Progressive overload is necessary to increase your muscle mass Now lets come to your diet. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of excess protein in your diet. It is another vital part of increasing muscle mass. You may have noticed that professional body-builders take supplements according to a fixed schedule. They take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. They take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again they take 40 grams of whey just after finishing workout. Now you are a normal person & unless you have any intention to compete in bodybuilding competition you do not need to follow the above timings of whey protein. In fact you can get the extra protein from your diet only. Try to take 50- 70 grams of protein daily. That would be sufficient for your daily need in initial stage. As you continue progressive overload then you should also increase your protein intake. Excess protein produces excess harmful urea. Our kidney has to function more to excrete this excess harmful urea from our body. So excess protein creates excess pressure on our kidneys. For better reasons try to take protein from plant origin. Protein obtained from animal sources like meat & egg are found to play an important role in cancer. Just after exercise the rate of metabolism is increased but to maintain that increased rate of metabolism or BMR throughout the rest of the day you should need to make some little changes in your food habit. Just think of your body as a furnace & the fire as metabolism. If you add 10 kg of wood to the fire all of a sudden then the temperature of the fire will be increased suddenly but it would not last long. So in order to maintain the constant temperature of the fire it would be wise to add 1 kg of wood after every interval of 1 hour. Same happens with our body. You need to provide food to your body at certain intervals so that the rate of metabolism remains constant. I am giving a description of your food timings:- Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up Take some pre workout nutrition Exercise for not more than 60 minutes Take a heavy breakfast within 30 minutes of exercise Take a midday snack comprising of fruits or nuts after 2 hours of breakfast Take your lunch within 2 hours after having midday snack Take an evening snack comprising of fruits or nuts after 2 hours of lunch Take your dinner at least 2 hours before going to bed Get an uninterrupted sleep for at least 7-8 hours daily Throughout the rest of the day try to drink a glass (300 ml) of cold water after every one hour If you have a habit of masturbation then you should keep a minimum gap of 5 hours between exercise & masturbation. Just after ejaculation of sperm a sudden decrease in the amount of TESTOSTERONE hormone occurs. So it would not be wise to masturbate either just before or just after exercising. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

Hello doctors . My weight is 100 kgs n height is 5.6 inches. Since 3 years whatever I do there is 5 kgs up n down in my weight. I'm having cereals n boiled egg without yellow morning. When I go to college I take 2 with wid vegetables for lunch. If I am at home I have phulka or one cup rice. Evening have green tea. And I have one jowar roti with vegetables at night around 7 pm. Then I don't eat anything at night. Drink water in adequate amounts too. Morning due to hectic college schedule if have have time then I do walking for nearly half to one hour. Im fed up im not at all loosing weight. Please suggest me. I had few thyroid abnormalities in childhood so had iodine tonic for 2 months then it was fine. Again at the age of 15 I had imbalance so ate 12. 5 mg thyroxine for one month. Now at the age of 20 again symptoms of thyroid with pcod im having. Since 6 months eating 25 mg of thyroxine. There is a family background of hypothyroidism and diabetes. Pls help me I don't want to be inline with them. And want to loose my weight too.

dear first of all make principle of life small frequent low calorie diet. Fruits in betwnnn breakfast and meal then lunch and dinner. Brisk walking and anxiety free life and some drugs like kg cut 30 min before dinner 3 tsf in water.

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort. Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water.The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, or Mouth-Germs are often spread when a person touches a contaminated surface and then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth. Stay Home When You’re Sick-Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, don’t smoke, manage stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food so you can fend off viruses. In general you should: -Take healthy balanced diet...like boiled eggs.daily in breakfast .. -Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Routinely clean and disinfect common areas of your home. -get plenty of rest so your body can use its energy to fight the cold -staying at home will keep you from spreading germs -drink plenty of liquids like herbal tea or hot broth/vegetable/tomato soups. Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can keep you from getting enough sleep -Runny Nose and Sneezing- if you have post nasal drip, gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Drink extra fluids. (avoid sugary and high calorie drinks) -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation • Tablet Nasorest-P once/twice daily may reduce the amount of mucous. • Do steam inhalation once or twice daily Treatment:There is a gradual 1-3 day onset of symptoms. It often starts out as a sore throat, then a fever and coughing. As the cold progresses, the nasal mucus may thicken which is the last stage before the cold dries up. A cold usually lasts for a week or two. But, taking good care of yourself at home can relieve symptoms and help prevent complications if you are otherwise healthy. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn’t need medical treatment. Complications include bacterial infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs which must be treated with antibiotics. Cough-Coughing is how your body gets rid of debris and mucus from the airways during a viral infection. Unless your cough is severe or is keeping you from resting at night, it is better not to treat it. A severe cough can be treated with a cough syp, but don’t try to completely stop the cough. There are two types of coughs. Productive and non-productive or dry cough. Non-productive, dry cough. A dry, hacking cough may develop near the end of a cold. Dry coughs that follow viral colds are often worse at night and can last up to several weeks. Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough. Cough drops can sooth an irritated throat, but most don’t affect the cough. Productive cough. A productive cough is one that brings up mucus from the back of the throat or the lungs. Productive coughs should not be suppressed to the point they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. Drink lots of water if you have a productive cough. Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily

Normal level of blood Testosterone is 3-10 ng/ml or 300 to 1000 ng/dl. Your Testosterone level is low. You may have to take injection Testosterone after consulting physician/Endocrinologist.

yes..When a man is aroused, he begins dripping a fluid called pre-ejaculate fluid. There can be sperm in the pre-ejaculate fluid.  So while the pre-ejaculate fluid might barely contain any sperm, there is always the possibility that some might survive. After you ejaculate, semen continues to drip from your penis for a time. That is because not all the semen comes out during ejaculation. Some is left behind. You also continue to produce pre-ejaculate fluid, which then pushes the leftover semen out of the penis. This fluid contains a great number of sperm cells and can easily cause pregnancy. So while you were trying to avoid pregnancy, you actually only decreased the amount of semen you left in her. You did not eliminate it. Therefore, the odds of getting her pregnant is nearly the same as if you had ejaculated in her.

Masturbation is only an alternative to actual sexual inter course, it's inappropriate to label it as either good or bad. To masturbate or not is a choice to make. If masturbation becomes the only alternative for you always to get rid of stress and anxiety, that becomes a perversion, a bad habit as you say. So if at all you feel need to get rid of the need to masturbate, start leaning new and healthy ways of relieving stress and anxiety, arising at times due to sexual stimulation. A relationship with a girl is not a quiz. Hugs, kisses, and sex may all come about int he course of a healthy relationship but you cannot earmark a certain behavior or time it out. To really keep a relationship strong you must respect each other and never use pressure to manipulate anything. There must be love, commitment, obligation, trust, respect, and mutuality in everything that is said and done. You seemed to be focused too much on the physical aspects and that itself is holding the wrong end of the stick. You see, we are into relations all throughout our lives. Yet, for the least of reasons, when it comes to marriage we are ready to throw in the towel. I am glad that you are seeking to know how to keep the relationship strong and healthy. Yes, communication is important. But there are two important considerations that matter a lot before you take the plunge (if you do that is): compatibility and adjustability. The former is almost a fixed aspect of both of you and it includes education, language, communication, community, caste, religion, socio-economic status, personality etc. The more the similarity, the better. The second consideration, that of adjustability, is more important and plays a very important role to determine whether your relationship will remain healthy or not. If compatibility is good, less adjustability is required. But as in most cases, there will be some disparity, and this will tax adjustability considerably. If you are not able or willing to adjust, all hell will break lose. This is what you must examine while you are courting each other. dont take cold water ..take lukewarm water to drink..gargles with warm saline water at night...u can take tablet cinarest once daily to relieve acute symptoms ...but if it occurs frequently then u can take giloy extract to increase your immunity..avoid curd at night time....avoid cold drinks
