Hand- advice hot fomentation. Gentle stretching of hand muscles. Ball exercises. Wrist exerciser. Leg pain- for leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

For pain ask her to take tablet paracetamol and also start with Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

Calcium with vit d3 you hv to take. Expose your joints to the sun fr atlst 15-20 min regularly. With this you need proper homeopathic treatment. This will be helpful fr your mom.

I had a attack of paraplegia in 2011. After 5 year im still unable to walk properly. There is little bit problem in walking but it doesn't meant I can not walk, I can walk but not so properly. So I want to start gym. Can I go to gym? Is it beneficial for me? If I go to gym then what type of precautions should I take.

I am suffering from cervical pain in the left shoulder and currently taking the physiotherapy treatment which has really helped me a lot but from pay 4 days I am having heaviness in my center to forehead which seems to get started from my neck. The intensity of the heaviness starts from the mornings itself and get increased by the evening. So when I consulted my physiotherapists he said it might be due to BP some I have that and take medication but it was all normal. therefore I would like to request that what is the cause of this and in which specialty I should consult since due to this I am not able to concentrate on my work at all.

You must take boiled egg and sprouts for protein. Dry fruit you can take 8 to 10 pcs. Daily early morning. Do massage with seasame oil one inch above and one inch below the knee daily at night for some days.

Plaster should not be removed by patient himself with out permission from treating doctor. Kindly show me your x rays for final opinion. for pain , you may take: Paracetamol 250 mg 1 tab SOS.
