Hello- early menses can be due to excessive heat generated in the body as a result of fever, sun exposure or excessive intake of spicy diet. It is absolutely normal if it is happening first time.

I am suffering from low back means exactly at the end of the spinal cord. I did all types of tests and MRI scan also. Doctor told that I don't have any problem and due to lack of muscle strength am getting pain. Am using medicines prescribed by him. But am always feeling pain and it is not reducing. Somepeople are mocking me that I am facing some sort of psychological disorder. Can I do gym even though I am facing this problem? Please someone help me how may I relieve from this pain or may be if am in a psychological disorder or anything somebody please help me to get out of it. Literally am in he'll with this problem.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello lybrate user- irregular menses might occur due to two causes, first if you have developed anaemia (low hb count) or you have experienced hormonal disturbances occur in pcod (poly cystic ovarian disease. Try this ayurvedic treatment- a) tab kuberaksha vati 1 tab twice daily. B) tab hyponid 1 tab thrice daily. C) do basti treatment by nearby ayurvedic doctor (it is a very effective treatment in ayurveda for irregular menses and pcod). D) maintain proper eating routine, avoid fast foods and spicy diet.

Without physical work there is no short cut route for reducing your weight, less food is ok, but calorie burning is compulsory.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hye, thanks for the query. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. But, dietary changes can speed up the effects exercise has on your belly fat and love handles. Commit to a lower-calorie diet. A pound of fat equals 3, 500 calories, so when your body burns that much off and doesn't replace it with more, you lose weight. Create the deficit with your exercise and increase it by choosing smaller portions of whole, unprocessed food. Cutting out soda drinks, pastries, burgers is one way to quickly eliminate unnecessary calories fast. Also, refusing refined grains -- such as in white bread, pasta, pizza and baked goods -- and avoiding foods high in saturated and trans fats helps you trim calories and shrink belly fat. Choose white fish, egg whites, skinless chicken and beans, dals, low fat paneer and sprouts as examples of lean protein. Fill up on fibrous, watery vegetables; cauliflower, spinach, lettuce, peppers, green beans, pumpkin and cabbage. A small serving of whole grain roti or unpolished rice -- about 1/2 to 1 cup of rice or 1 roti -- rounds out your meals. If you find yourself hungry between meals, resist the chips, snack mixes and energy bars. Go instead for a piece of fresh fruit, some nuts or plain yogurt. Quit smoking and reduce stress to help you target belly fat and love handles for loss. Stress can cause you to make poor food choices, overeat and release a hormone called cortisol, which makes your body more likely to put on fat in your midsection. Adequate sleep, more than five hours per night and less than nine, correlates with slimmer bellies. Drink about 2 liters of water per day. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to lush out your system & avoid bloating. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad diets and only doing singular ab exercises or ab machines alone will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

My wife aged 25 years is suffering from PCOD problem. She is getting treatment from Gynecologist since 8 months. Nearly 10 tests have been done to diagnosis the exact problem like FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin etc. And found results are within good limit. Still Eggs are not maturing due to multiple cysts around the ovary. She has been doing regular exercises, yoga etc. She is prescribed for Myocyst M tabs for 2 months twice daily. And after that, CCQ 100 tabs for D2 to D6 & Valest 2 tabs for D7 to D12 and USG (Ultrasound) suggested, which resulted good and provided Hucog HP 5000 injection. Again suggested for being in contact for next 5 days. What is the chance for her eggs maturation. Please suggest.

With all the treatment your wife has taken, it is sure that she must have had formed good and mature eggs and that is why your doctor must have given her HUCOG injection. So, don't stress. Trust your doctor and your wife will conceive in due course of time. Since the eggs have formed in this cycle, it doesnot mean that she will conceive definitely in this cycle (chances of conception are 15--20%). So, don't stress and give time to yourself as well as the doctor and your wife will definitely conceive.
