Hello, I am male, 29 years old. I just got married a month ago. I used to masturbate after every 3 days before my marriage. Moreover, At early age of puberty I started masturbating. Now problems are:- 1. If I do oral sex like kissing, sucking or pressing body parts of wife, I ejaculate within 10 to 20 min after erection. 2. Sometimes, when I put my erected penis in vagina within seconds I ejaculate. 3. If I do sex in and out faster for 5-6 times I feel ejaculating and then I stop doing for 2 min. But after that if I or my wife starts doing sex fast, I ejaculate in 1 min. 4. When my penis is erected I go to bathroom and use climax spray. Within the time frame I come back to bed, my penis is no more harder. And it becomes smaller. 5. Also now after 1st ejaculation, my penis erect after 2 3 hrs. 6. I am unable to satisfy my wife as she only wants to have sex through penis not with fingers. I want to know 100℅ safe medicine which have no side effects. And also no effect on sperms at pregnancy time.
Since this morning I have sudden back sprain and the pain is killing. What would be the reason for this and what is the treatment for the same? Pls help.
I am 40 years old and Male. It's been few days that I have got acne all over my face (beard's area) and very few over head. Please suggest? It itches.
If you ask people what the ideal sitting posture is, most if not all will reflexively offer some variation of 'sit up straight at 90. Or keep your back straight.' but the ideal sitting posture is a variable one or constanly changing one.
Frequent changes in sitting position: leaning the seat back while keeping feet flat on the floor, sitting back and propping your legs up on the desk, or crossing your legs. The real goal then should be to prevent any given structure or tissue from bearing the load of sitting for too long, that can be accomplished by regularly shifting position. If you are sitting so rigidly upright that it's effortful, you will be in an unnatural position that will increase the pressure on back and fatigue your back structures.
Finally, do not forget to take some relief from sitting altogether. Roughly once per hour, it is helpful to stand up, gently stretch your arms towards the ceiling, and take a deep breath.
