It's not 100% to every people affect the bp with hot or short tempers. Due to anger all the veins and arteirs become vitated by the vata dosha. The vata dosha creates many problems like paralysis, bodyache, stress, strain etc. So try to avoid such situations. Do some dhyana it is best thing to get rid from anger. Pranayam.

Knee Replacement - Shift Focus On Recovery Post Surgery!

Knee replacement surgery is a procedure that is used to replace a worn out knee joint with an artificial knee joint. Such a surgery is advised if your knee is causing pain and limiting your daily activities, provided other treatments have failed to cause the desired impact.

Once the knee replacement surgery is completed, the focus shifts to the recovery phase.

  1. The duration of the recovery depends on the type of surgery and the individual.

  2. After the surgery, painkillers are administered to provide relief from the pain.

  3. In some cases, oxygen is administered through various tubes if required.

  4. A blood transfusion may also be required after a knee replacement surgery.

  5. The surgical wound will require a dressing to allow it to heal faster and prevent infection.

  6. A drain will be attached to the wound to drain out the blood from it and prevent accumulation of blood in the wound.

  7. The dressing of the wound should be changed regularly.

Post- Surgery Care

  • Post-surgery, you will need assistance to help you walk. If the surgery that you underwent was minimally invasive, then you should be able to walk on the very same day. Your physiotherapist will prescribe and show you some exercises to strengthen the knee. It is important that you follow his/her instructions to avoid complications.

  • A passive motion machine is sometimes prescribed as it helps to restore the movement of the knee. It helps in reducing the swelling by keeping your leg elevated and moving the knee when you are lying down.

Here are some knee replacement recovery tips:

  1. Avoid doing any work that puts pressure on the knees.

  2. Eat nutritious meals so that the body receives proper nourishment, thus allowing your leg to heal faster.

  3. Avoid heavy exercises which can strain your knees.

  4. Perform all the exercises prescribed by your physiotherapist to speed up the recovery process.

  5. Do not sit with your legs crossed for a few months after the surgery. Consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

A good nutrition and exercises which increase the blood circulation (flow) on and near the areas of pores will definately help you to remove the pores and marks on face. There are methods and instructions which give relief you from pores & marks. * Eat healthy diet daily. * Eat 20 gm of soyabean cereal daily it contains protein which help in regeneration (making of new skin) of skin on the holes. * Eat an apple daily. Dear, please see that ideal sleep duration is maximum six or seven hours a day. The following tips help one to get fit and avoid sleep disturbance: a) have bath regularly in evening after coming from work or before going to bed. Early to bed and early to rise (awake) is a nice process for natural sleep cycle. B) do not engage mind in active work or stressful talking at night before bed time. C) do not engage mind in too much of computer work in night before bed time (for example, do not do stock market work in night). D) do not read or view illicit or pornographic material at any time preferably. E) do not take heavy meals in night. Best is to have heavy breakfast, lighter lunch and lightest dinner to maintain stomach rhythm which affects sleep. Vegetarian diet is best for good sleep. F) do not over engage mind in television in night. H) do not smoke cigarette, chew tobacco, tobacco containing masala, or similar intoxicants which can disturb rhythm of mind and disturb sleep cycle. I) no tea or coffee in night (preferably cocoa and caffeine containing drinks should be totally avoided for best results). Better is to drink cow's milk in night before sleep time. J) listen to relaxing music and even then if you do not get sleep, then hear soothing stories or nice talks. K) read books which not only calm the mind but also nourish the thinking process. It is best not to depend on sleep medicines for sleep disturbance as in long run, they lead to dependency and increased disturbance. Never rely on alcohol for sleep. Some people use alcohol to help them sleep, but that's not a good idea. At first, drinking alcohol may make you sleepy and help you fall asleep. But when you drink alcohol, you are more likely to wake up later in.

Sir, I did an unprotected sex with gf after 13 days of her last period. Her last period was on 29th may 2017. And we did the intercourse on 10th june. After that she took unwanted 72 on 11th. After taking it. She got a normal bleeding like regular period from 18th-20 june. But her regular period date is 29th june. Is there any chance of pregnancy? When will she get her period again? As the pill makes your period irregular it may be the periods and she might not be pregnant. And the period may remain irregular for next few. Better advise for you is to use a other means of contraception most preferable is condom as it not only prevent pregnancy but also saves you from getting infected with some grave diseases. And the pills have many side effects. To be sure whether she is pregnant or not just do urine pregnancy test.

Follow the tips for 1 month they will help u.:: 1.Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, and 1 cup yogurt. Apply this to the hair 30 minutes to 1 hour before washing the head and hair. 2.Soak 50 gm methi dana in 2 cups of water overnight, next day in the morning make the paste and apply on scalp for 15 minutes. 3..Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. 4.Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. 5.Wash hair regularly 2-3 times a week with a mild shampoo. 6.Avoid scratching the scalp with hands or any other objects. 7.Avoid spicy, greasy, hot and penetrating foods, junk food, and aerated drinks. 8.Have food with good nutritive value; include fiber-rich foods, salads, fruits, and lentils
