I have a problem of hair fall. Tried many ideas but totally waste of time. Please suggest any solution.
Hello, hair is the part of the body. Any disturbance in the body will reflect on the hair. There are various reasons for getting hair fall. It can be postpartum any acute illness like viral infections, malaria, typhoid can also cause it. It can happen in long term disorders like diabetes, high bp, arthritis. Medicines taken for all these disorders can also trigger the hair fall. There are different diagnostic tools which are used to check the condition of hair. Sometimes we think it is hair fall but it may be thinning of hair and balding. Nutritional part should be taken care. Eat food which is rich in proteins, minerals and iron. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. This is the basic care of hair.

I am 41 years female. From three years I have spots on my face I consulted doctor 1 year before he said pigmentation ...
Homeopathic medicines have shown great results in cases of melasma or chloasma or blemishes or pigmentation. They help to better the problem from its root slowly and gradually. Homeopathy believes that the use of creams and ointments in skin disorders leads to the suppression (temporary removal) of the main symptoms of the internal disease which is done in the conventional or allopathic treatment. In allopathic treatment only creams are used to treat the condition and the internal problem is overlooked. The melasma spots may become lighter temporarily but they come back and can be even worse with these creams and lotions. Homeopathy concurs that skin disorders are to be treated from within. A well-prescribed medicine not only takes care of hyper pigmentation but also treats as a whole and improves general health as well.

I squeezed some pimples of face, which becomes scars and holes on my face, how to get rid of this holes.
Hello. The scars and the pigmentation on the face are treatable. It's better to get it examined first so that we can identify the type of skin, scars and if they are hyper pigmented, atrophic or ice pick scars. The treatment are of various kind like ranging from simple scrubs and mild peels for the face to the major interventions such as laser therapy, dermaroller, subcision or peeling. These depend on the type of the scars and which kind you opt for. You can consult me online or text me with pictures for further details.

Is it save to do hair transplants coz my husband is having little baldness from middle any good suggestions please su...
In case of male pattern baldness where hair loss happens in a specific pattern, that is more on frontal, hairline and vertex region of scalp hair transplant is required where hairs are taken from the back of the scalp and transplanted in frontal and vertex region since it is progressive irreversible disorder with different stages. You can go for hair transplant but follow latest technology in hair transplant i.e FUE technique (follicular unit extraction) is the best hair transplant technique now a days. For your existing hair start taking preventive treatment from now otherwise there will be too late.

5 Effective Home Remedies To Treat Fungal Infection In Nails!

If you are experiencing symptoms such as swelling, inflammation, thickening, yellowing and crumbling of your nails, toenail fungus or onychomycosis is indicated. This is a very common problem, which is usually painless, unless the infection gets spread. The fungus thrives under certain conditions like abnormal levels of pH in the skin, a weak immune system, poor hygiene, diabetes and a continuous exposure to moist or damp environment. If not treated properly, toenail fungus can lead to cracking, splitting or total loss of your toenail. There are various ways of treating fungal infections in the nails. Some of them are as follows:

  1. Tea Tree Oil: Tea tree oil contains antiseptic and antifungal properties, which help in treating toenail fungus. You need to mix some drops of tea tree oil with coconut oil and olive oil. Using a piece of cotton, apply the mixture on your affected nail, keep it for 10 minutes and scrub off the nail with a toothbrush. For ideal results, you must repeat this process more than twice regularly.

  2. Baking Soda: Baking soda is a commonly used remedy for fungal infections in your nails. It also helps in neutralizing foot odor. Add baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and Epsom salt in hot water, add vinegar to the mixture and soak your affected nail in the solution. After this, wash your feet with water. Repeat the procedure twice a day for several weeks.

  3. White Vinegar: This is an ideal ingredient for the treatment of toenail fungus. It helps in restoring the pH balance of the skin and fights against infections. Add one part of white vinegar to warm water and soak your affected toenail in it for about 10 minutes. After this, you must wash it off. Carry out the process twice a day for effective results.

  4. Oil of Pregano: Oil of oregano is considered effective because of its antibacterial, antiviral, analgesic and antiseptic properties. It is an ideal way for treating fungal infections in your nails. Mix oregano oil with olive oil, apply the solution on your nails and leave it for over 30 minutes. Repeat the process thrice a day for good results.

  5. Listerine Mouthwash: Listerine mouthwash is another important home remedy for treating fungal infections in the nails. This mouthwash contains certain compounds along with alcohol, which have very strong antiseptic properties and help in eliminating harmful fungi and bacteria from your nails. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dermatologist.
