After taking high hormonal emergency pill like unwanted 72 one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then new cycle starts so new date needs to be calculated differently. Occassionally this treatment may fail as nothing is 100 % For future learn about family planning methods instead of using such emergency pills

OCP are available under various brand names, but these are to be taken only if you are not pregnant, so confirm your pregnancy first, only once your pregnancy test is Negative ,can you start the oral contraceptive pills.

Usually after taking pills the bleeding stops in 15 days but if still bleeding then better get ultrasound lower abdomen done to see whether any product is still present. As it may require d&c.

Hi How to know my ovlution day to get pregnant I request suggest some symptoms of ovlution day. Thank you.
Ovulation occures normally 14 days before the next cycle your body temperature falls a little at the time of ovulation so if your cycles are regular a28 days cycle then 14 days before your next cycle is your ovulation day if you check your body temperature every morning when you getup at a fixed time before starting your daily activities and note it you will find there is a slight dip in the temperature on 14 or 15th day that is the time of your ovulation.

Hello I undestood your concern. Regarding your infertility problems. Nothing to worry in this era. Regarding fibroid size its very small size. But I have to know that where its actually located. If its inside uteruine cavity and disturbing cavity than you should ideally go for. Procedure known as hysteroscopy and remove that. If its outside uterine cavity than nothing to worry, you can send your report so I can know properly. @ not having child issue. Please do following tets for you -semen analysis for wife- s lh, s fsh, s tsh, s estradiol, s amh. Pelvic usg if everything comes normal than please for iui/ivf technique. You can follow up with reports thanks.
