Sir my age is 34 and since from 10 months I have high bp more than normal and now I quit smoking since from 4 months and started walking up to 6 km since 8 month but still I am taking bp tablet amlokind at and its normal when I take tablets , if I left the tablet it will be high only . . Sir give me any suggestions to be normal bp with out taking tablet .

Dear lybrate-user, blood pressure is one of the conditions that predispose you to heart attack or stroke. The other modifiable condition is smoking which you could quit. Healthy habit of walking you have started. Why don't you continue all - no smoking, walking, bp tablets to keep bp normal - forever to protect your heart and brain? if amlokind gives any unwanted effect, please discuss with your doctor. He will adjust the dose or change the tablets. Stopping smoking and walking are just bp treatment. Happy to know that your bp is normal with just one amlokind. Take care.

Has a small and thin penis Ejaculates very soon. Is addicted to porn Complaints abt frequent pain in the Scrotum and right testicle. First of all stop watching porn. Size of the penis matters little for ejaculation. Take plenty of water. Take spinach, banana,asparagus, eveveryday.take zinc along with folic acid supplement. Zinc is very much essential. Take omega 3 fatty acid. And food having much amino acids, take antioxidants. Take egg everyday. सिरदर्द सबसे आम चिकित्सीय मुद्दों में से एक हैं जो ज्यादातर लोग अपने जीवन में कई बार अनुभव करते हैं. सिरदर्द एक तेज दर्द या एक धड़कती हुए सनसनी के रूप में दिखाई दे सकता है. सिरदर्द धीरे - धीरे या अचानक विकसित हो सकते हैं. सिर की एक या सिर के दोनों ओर सिरदर्द हो सकता है. सिरदर्द सिर में एक निश्चित स्थान पर भी हो सकते हैं, या पूरे सिर में एक स्थल से फैल सकते हैं. सिरदर्द एक घंटे से भी कम समय से लेकर कई दिनों तक रह सकते हैं।

सिरदर्द तनाव या भावनात्मक संकट का संकेत हो सकता है, या यह एक चिकित्सीय विकार से उत्पन्न हो सकता है, जैसे कि माइग्रेन, उच्च रक्तचाप, चिंता, या अवसाद। अधिकांश समय में सिरदर्द हानिरहित होता है, लेकिन इससे जटिलताएं भी हो सकती हैं. सिरदर्द विभिन्न रूपों में आते हैं: तनाव, माइग्रेन, साइनस और क्लस्टर सिरदर्द.

2. तनाव सिर दर्द:

5. माध्यमिक सिरदर्द
माध्यमिक सिरदर्द एक बीमारी का लक्षण है, जो सिर के दर्द - संवेदनशील नसों को सक्रिय कर सकता है। बड़ी मात्रा में, गंभीरता से बहुत भिन्न स्थितियां होती हैं, जिनका कारण माध्यमिक सिरदर्द हो सकता है।

Hi , your problems are most probably due to over masturbation. While masturbation in itself is not unhealthy, over masturbation does affect the health of an individual. Headaches, poor concentration et al issues are commonly seen in such cases. First and foremost, I would advise you to resist your compulsive urge to masturbate frequently. Streamline your diet/ nutrition with focus on leafy greens and fresh fruits daily. Ensure a proper lifestyle with due room for relaxation and de-stressing. Exercise for at least 30 minutes regularly. Think positive, visualize success and stay focused. Yoga and meditation practice daily shall help develop focus and concentration. Plan your day realistically, and accomplish things accordingly.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. My husband, 49 undergone bypass surgery 3 years back in Medanta hospital Gurgaon. Before that he angioplasty twice, but his body didn't accept stent. Heart problem is his family history. Now he is perfectly all right maintaining perfect body weight with daily swimming and very active. Now I would like to ask about my son who is 25 having slim body built and active in nature. Yes cadiac diseases are inherited genetically. So its better to adopt preventive measures to avoid so, in future .you should routinely go for investigations which monitor cholesterol level, heart rate, blood pressure, body mass index, sugar and keep a strict eye on that. 2) Be physically active -exercise daily. 3)Eat healthy - avoid fatty fried foods, limit sugar intake, eat more of green vegetables and fresh fruits 4) abstain from smoking and alchohol abuse.

Alcohol dependence involves intense craving or desire to drink alcohol.
